Perfect location, perfect service, and perfect hotel. The hotel is very close to Taj Mahal. The hotel provides electric cars to the Taj Mahal. The swimming pool and back garden of the hotel are a piece of art. I will live for a longer time next time.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Fairfield Marriott due to the warmth vibes that the staff gave us. The room was spacious and everything in the room was okay especially the iron. The gym was nice but can be improved. The dinner buffet was okay but they can also offer more fruit options. The breakfast was really nice. Overall, Fairfield Marriott is a nice place to stay whenever you are in Agra.

This is just an island of civilization in a dirty city and an opportunity to relax. Lovely big room with a comfortable bed, cozy pool and really good service.
Traveler's life hack: when trying to find a place to switch in countries like India, you can go to the lobby bar of a 4-5 star hotel. Here in the lobby bar everything was super, Indian white wine and masala tea 🙌

We couldn't sleep...people screaming all night, it was like a fair. Is it possible that the hotel staff is only concerned with receiving customers and not ensuring their per***ent comfort? How is it possible to have loud music in a room, people slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridors all night long????

It didn't look like a Marriott property.
1) Arrogant staff.
2) View from hotel windows is not good at all.
3) Mosquito in the breakfast area
4) Full of flies and mosquito in kids play area.
No one would take care of your special request, was there for anniversary but none of the staff bothered to even wish.
Other hotel chains like holiday inn, Radisson are much better then Marriott Agra.

Worst Policy and Stupid duty Manager...
I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr .
I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ...
The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy..

I went with friends and family for Agra visit and had lunch at Royale residency Agra hotel. It was great pleasure there and the staff and the ambience was mesmerising. I really like the place and food was delicious. I will recommend to taste paneer butter Masala, that will be the one of the best to taste there from my experience.

I stayed for one night, but it was less than 5,000 yen, so it was the best value for money! I arrived at 22:00, and there was a party, so I could hear the loud background music from the room, but I think it ended around midnight.
In front of the hotel, there was an ice cream cart and a cart selling snacks until late at night. I was alone, but the trees in the small park-like space in front of the hotel were lit up and it was always bright, so it didn't seem dangerous to hang around after 1:00. The road was difficult to cross because of the high traffic fees. There didn't seem to be any convenience stores nearby. There was a cafe.
There were also a lot of stray dogs.
It was displayed as a 16-minute walk to the Taj Mahal, but it was almost 40 degrees that day, so Uber was safe. You can also leave your luggage for free after checking out.
The person at the tour desk was a little cold, but he didn't seem to be a hotel employee. The male staff and especially the doormen were very kind. They gave me water after I checked out, and when I had trouble with Uber, many staff members came and called me and helped me kindly.
If I come to Agra again, I would definitely like to stay here. This price is really a good deal for this quality!

Excellent service provided, staff of all departments was caring and supportive.
Room was spacious , neat and clean.
Buffet Breakfast was basic and good.
Highly recommend to stay in this hotel if visiting Agra.

GGuest UserOn my arrival i was greeted with love and smiles, jay at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Very informative and very helpful. I had booked a private room, the room was spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the streets. The owner, rocky was more than accommodating and very informative. He made sure that i had a comfortable stay. Beautiful experience overall. Will visit again.

SSoodTrident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option.
The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

HharuxuTransportation location: The hotel is only 5km away from Agra Airport and 1km away from Agra Railway Station. The location is not bad, but it is a bit away from the Taj Mahal and requires a tuk-tuk, which takes about 20 minutes.
Overall impression: The hotel is an English-style building with a history of more than one hundred years. Before it can be seen, its owner should be a large local family. Nowadays, there are still many portraits of the owner’s photos as decorative paintings. The characters are dignified and well-dressed. It can be inferred that the person who can keep such clear photos in that era must be of extraordinary origin, probably a certain prince. The front desk service was very good. There was a welcome gift as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Our family of three each gave a bunch of wreaths on our necks, and we also put a red dot on the eyebrows, which is said to be a sign of luck.
Guest room impression: The rooms are very local in style. From the bed to the dressing table, all the furniture is very old and old. The room is equipped with a TV and the bathroom is also very large. In addition, due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening, each room is also equipped With the oil heater, it is very warm.
Public facilities: The hotel has an English garden with swings and lounge chairs in the garden. There is also a swimming pool in the backyard. The environment is good. You can see monkeys in the hotel.
Catering services: The hotel restaurant is located on the first floor and provides all-weather catering services. Breakfast is fine. After lunch at the hotel, the price is more expensive, the serving speed is slow, and the taste is average, so it is not recommended.
The hotel as a whole is very local. The staff is attentive and courteous. When we left, we also gave each of us a beautifully packaged candy. It is worth staying in Agra.

GGuest UserLike so ***y places around the world post Covid and in India… the rooms are old and literally falling apart in some respects. It’s walking distance to Taj Mahal. When you arrive at the gate on the way don’t listen to anyone trying to make you transfer onto a tuktuk or camel or whatever. You can walk from there if the person ***ning the gate refuses to let your taxi in. Or call the hotel to tell them to let you in. The guys at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice.

The Retreat hotel in Agra. They advertise the hotel as a luxury hotel, it is far from luxury. The keyfob itself was filthy with torn stick on labels. The room category was supposed to be a Deluxe room. It was not even up to a level of a Standard room. For a start the door lock was broken. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned. The furnishing such as the ottoman and the couch was torn, there was no other chair in the room despite having a desk. The kettle, dustbin, taps and wash up sanitary was filthy and rusted. The toilet had brown stains and was leaking on the floor at the back and also running continuously, the shower tap was dripping continuously. I had reported this to the front desk and requested that we be shifted to another room which request was refused. I was told that they will attend to the problems while we were out for the day. Upon arrival at the end of the day I was told to make use of a manual key as the locksmith did not come. The toilet was also not fixed. The carpets in the passageway was filthy. For breakfast which was included in the price, we had to ask for cereal which was kept under the counter away from the buffet tables. The only cereal they had was corn flakes. Not sure if this was some sort of bias against an Indian even though I am foreign residing Indian. To be honest, I will not recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.

Hotel is also good and is located in one of the prime location.A special thanks to Barkat ji.Though he is not directly associated with the hotel but a genuine person as he is a a very good hu*** being in nature have catered our every travel needs and have guided us throughout our journey while we have availed his transportation. I wish Barkat ji,Mahto ji and Pandey ji every success in operating hospitality industry

GGuest UserA really nice mid-range hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, which I confess to using throughout my stay in Agra. There is a wedding venue close by, which may disturb some people. It didn't bother me but the owners have a partner hotel nearby, if it's a problem.

GGuest UserBest hotel to see Taj Mahal - walking distance from the east gate- no need for transport to see the Taj, quiet spot and room with view very nice view. Close to plenty of other restaurants but being that close to the beautiful walk to the Taj was amazing. Travel ***ager A*** can assist with other Agra experiences and a driver who works for the hotel. He arranged tickets /transport to nearby SOS elephant wildlife rescue and had plenty of other ideas of places to see if we’d have had more time.
