"A hot spring hotel that is worth staying in again. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well equipped, and the bathing area is very clean. We booked a night and two meals at Yunsong Temple. The dining area is in a separate room, which is a very good arrangement. There are places to drink tea and coffee on the ground floor and second floor, very quiet and comfortable. There is a small path outside the hotel that leads directly to the main hot spring street, which is very convenient. "

Even though their English wasn't perfect, we were able to communicate effectively and understand each other. "This is a hotel with a long history since the Edo period. It is 2 minutes away from the bus station and Yuten. The hotel's meticulous service is meticulous and thoughtful, with a smile on your face, and the special apple juice is very delicious. "Overall staying in this hotel was pleasant, and it was of great value considering the package had already included dinner and breakfast buffet. Regarding location, it was a bit far from the bus terminal by walking. It took us about 15 minutes, as the route by Google was not quite correct. The main entrance of the hotel was up on a slope, which was not as easy as we were carrying luggage. Remember to ask the front desk for the password of the back gate. It was a short cut route leading to the main shopping street and the Kusatsu Yubatake. The room was pleasant and clean, a bit too basic. There was only a socket near the tv wall, not close to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. There was wide range of food in the buffet, with some interesting local dishes. Food was delicious. The hotel also offer free late night snack noodle, which worth trying too."

That means they will not check into the room at all! Then I think the second night's rent should be discounted, such as 10% off, which would be more reasonable. In addition, the hotel itself does not have a parking lot, so it is troublesome to check in if you drive, and you have to arrange travel transportation by yourself."
