Special praise: The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful. I was on a 2-day tour, so I had two separate stays and stored my luggage at the hotel. However, the local tour was delayed, affecting my check-in and luggage retrieval time. They were excellent, confirming everything via email, helping to arrange things, and even delivering my luggage to my room. Truly, truly fantastic! 👍👍👍"

"The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers."

"We checked into HotelMotel late in the evening and picked up the keys from the reception at Hotel Alba next door. It was a short walk to the motel. The group operates 3 hotels that are adjacent to each other including the Terrace Hotel on South Terrace which is the southern border of Adelaide City. The hotel has rooms on 2 floors surrounding a central carpark on 3 sides. Parking is free for HotelMotel guest whereas guests have to pay extra for secure parking at the other 2 hotels. HotelMotel has been recently renovated and won some awards for its upgrade. There are no lifts and bags need to be carried up a flight of stairs if your room is on the upper floor. The surroundings were very quiet which enabled us to have a good sleep. The room was comfortable and the bathroom modern. We would stay again on our next trip to Adelaide. There are not many options for places to eat late at night except for the Pulteney Pokies place around the corner which had friendly and helpful staff."

"First of all, there’s an extra $100 bond you are required to pay upon check-in even if you’re just staying the night and it doesn’t get refunded straight away after you checkout. They advise that it will take up to 5 or more business days to reflect back in your bank account. There’s street parking available but good luck finding one and there is an extra cost for parking. There’s no facility in the building so you’re just paying for the room. It’s very noisy, especially in the morning due to construction sites in the building next door. The room size was decent but the setup is quite off."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mantra Meridien Adelaide. There was plenty of parking, the reception area is lovely, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a balcony with a nice street view. The location is excellent — very close to the CBD, restaurants and cafés, which made getting around easy. Overall, we had a great experience. On our last night there was some noise from neighbouring guests, which was outside the hotel’s control. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again."

There is not much services provided by the receptionists, not sure why they have two to three receptionists during the day. Their rooms are clean, amenities are excellent, rooms are spacious, views are scenic and it is cvonveniently located to any major plae you would like to visit. I loved how generous their compliments are, including the fridge with merchandise that would be essential in the middle of the night or so! It was also fairly priced and we loved our spa and pool sessions. If you need to relax and unwind in a well hosted environment in Adelide, do'nt hesitate to make a booking. I will definitely book them if I have to go back.Thank you😊😊😊😊"
