The suite was very spacious and comfortable, very clean bathroom with all the amenities inc hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, etc. I had asked for a quiet room and they delivered with a suite at the end of the corridor. There is also water refilling stations at each level. Hotel is at an excellent location, everything within walking distance inc the bus stop for the airport bus and the free bus service. There is a wonderful restaurant at the hotel itself."

"The building's exterior is quite new, and the overall environment and hygiene are good. The bed was also very comfortable, and I slept well. However, the hotel front desk staff's service attitude wasn't enthusiastic enough, and their service needs improvement. They also didn't proactively mention many things, like the location and hours of the gym or the fact that there's no free drinking water in the room. Furthermore, everything in the mini-bar, including mineral water, required payment. I only found this out after asking, and the signage in the room wasn't clear enough about it. The air conditioning was a bit strange; it would be very cold one moment and very hot the next, and it would automatically turn off during the day. Adjusting it myself didn't work. During my two-night stay, I contacted the front desk several times about this issue, and they only managed to fix it by adjusting it from their end. They were quite quick to answer the phone, though. The hotel is a bit far from public transportation, requiring a seven to eight-minute walk, which might not be convenient if you have a lot of luggage. However, the surroundings are very quiet, which could be a plus for those who enjoy walking."

"The hotel's exterior looks decent, but the in-room facilities are quite poor. The furniture is old, the lighting is dim, and some of the lights weren't working. We booked a one-bedroom unit, but they gave us a two-bedroom (one large, one small) at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the small room had no power outlets or bedside tables. Luckily, I brought a long charging cable, so I had to plug it into an outlet in the hallway (possibly for cleaning staff) and then moved a stool from the living room to the bedside just to charge my phone. Thankfully, we only stayed one night; I probably won't be returning."
