Hotels with Breakfast in Adelaide

The location is superb, right next to the Central Market! It's very convenient to walk to the commercial street and museums (mainly because the city isn't very big). The breakfast is plentiful, and there are many foreigners staying there. The overall service level and attitude are also excellent! The sofa in the suite can actually sleep one person, saving you the trouble of adding an extra bed!

My stay at Peppers was fantastic. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great location. Housekeeping was outstanding and kept everything spotless. My expectations were definitely met with the room. Only two small negatives: the restaurant downstairs is extremely overpriced, and when I called 40 minutes before check-in to see if I could get my parking pass early, I was told no — I’d need to buy a normal ticket and then the pass at check-in, which felt inconvenient. Overall, I was really happy and would definitely stay here

I loved the hotel! It’s new, very beautiful, and the rooms are modern, nice, and very clean. The facilities are also lovely. It has underground parking. The breakfast was also really good, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. We were also very happy with the price, especially for a brand-new hotel.

Great location, great staff. But nothing amazing, felt a little outdated in rooms. Also amenities, mini bar, room service were very basic. Rooms with bathtubs should have bath salts. I know they are planning on opening a sauna/steam/cold plunge, which will definetly make stays more pleasant. Good, but just felt little outdated today with all amazing hotels around. I spend a lot of time in hotels, traveling both for work and pleasure, and I appreciate when hotel rooms have good quality tea, better snacks than just crisps and chocolate, nice bath items etc. For me, it was outdated.

The Jacuzzi was good and the accommodated for my children in 1 room. The buffet breakfast had a good continental variety. But the bed was hard but there was a pillow menu to help a little more with comfort.. the sofa in the room was only 2 single seats. And parking was $30 per night and parking lot was a really tight space.

Very happy with the service regarding my order for additional services - eg surprise flowers and a birthday cake. All was very well communicated and the execution was exceptional - was a lovely surprise for my partner. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you Grand for making our stay truely memorable.

The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

The staff were so kind, there were many great restaurants nearby, and it was really nice to take a walk around the lake area. I would love to visit again.

Really happy with this hotel. It offered excellent value for money — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped without the price tag of a hotel. The staff were helpful and the location made getting around easy.

Safe enviroment for solo traveller..a little tired and needing an upgrade  but handy location in good area. Gardens and grounds need tidying. Always enjoy my stay here
