Luxury Hotels in Adelaide

"Very happy with the service regarding my order for additional services - eg surprise flowers and a birthday cake. All was very well communicated and the execution was exceptional - was a lovely surprise for my partner. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you Grand for making our stay truely memorable."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good. The room service food and drinks were also excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful with my luggage storage issue."

"Great location, great staff. But nothing amazing, felt a little outdated in rooms. Also amenities, mini bar, room service were very basic. Rooms with bathtubs should have bath salts. I know they are planning on opening a sauna/steam/cold plunge, which will definetly make stays more pleasant. Good, but just felt little outdated today with all amazing hotels around. I spend a lot of time in hotels, traveling both for work and pleasure, and I appreciate when hotel rooms have good quality tea, better snacks than just crisps and chocolate, nice bath items etc. For me, it was outdated."

"Even though it's a five-star hotel that's been renovated, the location is really great - there are tons of restaurants and shops around, and it's pretty standard with good value for money!"

"This time, my family and I stayed at the InterContinental Adelaide, opting for a City View Classic Twin Room, and the overall experience was truly excellent, completely exceeding our expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the River Torrens. We could walk to the riverside promenade, downtown restaurants, and shopping areas. It was perfect for strolls during the day and enjoying the night view in the evening. The room offered a nice view, with city and river views from the window; the lights reflecting on the water at night were beautiful. The room was also quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleanliness details were meticulously handled; the room was spotless, and the bedding and bathroom facilities were reassuring. The twin room offered enough space for a family trip, allowing us to spread out our luggage without feeling cramped. The facilities were well-maintained; the lobby had an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere, and the elevators and corridors were clean and quiet. The service left a deep impression; check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. We had a small request during our stay, and it was addressed very promptly, truly reflecting the InterContinental's service standards. The breakfast and public areas also offered a good experience, with a very relaxed pace overall. Adelaide itself is quite laid-back, and staying here allowed us to enjoy the convenience of the city while still feeling like we were on a vacation. We were very satisfied with this family trip/family stay, and if we visit Adelaide again, the InterContinental will definitely be our top choice."

"I had an amazing stay at EOS Adelaide! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable with stunning views and great facilities. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city, and every detail of the stay felt luxurious and well thought out. A special thank you to the team for making my experience so enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend EOS Adelaide to anyone looking for a relaxing and premium stay. I will definitely be back!"

"A beautiful hotel room and attentive staff. A poor breakfast which fell far short of expectations for a 5* hotel. You are better going elsewhere for breakfast"

"lovely hotel conveniently located where my wife had to go for her conference. i tagged along to accompany her and to shop which was amazing at rundle. hotel staff were polite and helpful, enjoyed my stay, will definitely come and stay again."

"The hotel is in the city center. We checked in late and left early, so we didn't get to experience much. The room size and facilities met our expectations for the price. My wife, who is a clean freak, said the hygiene was excellent and the room was spotless."

"The room was clean and tidy, perfect for two people. The hotel is located on the third to sixth floors of the Adelaide Stadium, in a quiet area. Breakfast is à la carte with a wide variety of options and excellent service."
