"I thought it was good to have dinner because there was no meal. (There were almost no convenience stores nearby) The room was a Japanese-Western style room, spacious and quiet! "Everything was fair, except the staffs trying to change me onsen tax but it was not described in the room rate when i made booking. Moreover, they try to overchange onsen tax of 3 preson/room (2 rooms = 6 person; and 2 nights) while I check in only 4 person. I refuse to pay, so they prohibit me from using onsen. i know the law that tax has to be paid. BUT IT HAS TO TELL CUSTOMERS TOTAL PRICE IN ADVANCE WHEN I MADE THE BOOKING. Therefore, I rated service only 1 star !"
