My stay here was amazing! The room was comfortable and the service was super friendly. They helped arrange a quick tour of the Chagga caves and helped me go to the ATM while there. The chalets were a lot bigger than I had anticipated which was a nice surprise. Breakfasr was delicious!

ph_zmNo matter the environment and service are absolutely first-class, it is especially suitable for special planes, and the pick-up service is also very considerate.
We needed medical services during our trip, and the hotel also helped to contact medical institutions.The whole process exceeded our expectations.
