We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again.

We were very helpful during our holiday. The employees are very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Very close to the city center, 5-6 min walking distance. The view is very beautiful and you can enjoy the balloons. Almost all of the rooms have balconies and gardens in front of them where you can relax. We stayed as a family with children and had no problems.

We had a wonderful family holiday in Emin Kocak Thermal Hotel . The food was delicious and varied. Our rooms were always spotless and the smiles and thoughtful service from the staff made us very happy. We definitely recommend this hotel and it exceeded all our expectations. This is an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday.

I love this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. My room had a great view of air balloons. The terrace has a great view too. Location was ideal for us. 10 minutes walk from town center. Peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful.

A great hotel for transit and to visit Cappadocia. The balls are visible from the parking, of course, but it is better to go to the View in Herem (10 min by car). The rooms are big. There is a parking lot. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m. Thank you for the gifts, very unexpectedly!

Real cave room, the hotel is on the mountain. You can see the night view of the town when you go out. When you open the door in the morning, you can see the hot air balloon, which is very good👍. You can also light a bonfire at night by asking the front desk guy

Originally, I was going to book the next Hilton. The price of the house temporarily increased. I booked this one, including breakfast and dinner for $30. No guests are staying in the off-season. The room is relatively old and the food is very simple. The breakfast is collected at 9:30, there is nothing to eat, it is not recommended that there is no hot air balloon in winter.

To be honest, I was a little disappointed at first. I feel that there is nothing in the house, but I am familiar with it. In fact, there are basically basic things, including safes. The bathroom is well prepared and the bathroom is one piece. The fruit sent is relatively small, but I have a heart. The breakfast was a bit awkward, and flies flew around. The things that are eaten for two days are exactly the same. The little brother of the fried egg can't understand English so no matter what you want, he gives two fried eggs... The hotel waiter reacts a bit slow, the paper towel in the room is gone, please send it to the front desk, 40 minutes passed, no one , had to remind. Here is the scenery is super good, in the morning can see the hot air balloon rise, but the price is OK, don't expect too high

The hotel environment is very good, you can also have a small meeting in the lobby, you can see the hot air balloon in the morning, it is so beautiful! Recommended recommendation!
