The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service.
However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It is crucial that these points are quickly improved to maintain the reputation of the establishment.
First time staying, the lobby is quite beautiful, free tea available! The room is clean and tidy🤫, with a small bathtub🛀, comfortable to sleep! The hotel restaurant has a buffet, paid $ to try, very good!
The location is great, right in Olaya, and the coffee shop attached to it is laid back and a fun spot. However, the hotel is very old and the rooms need a renovation (stains on the walls, carpet, mold...). I also had no towels in my room. The upstairs gym had very little equipment, and the sauna/steam were completely out of order (being used to store garbage and old furniture instead). Rooftop pool was also in need of cleaning.
Around the subway construction, the entrance is a high speed, crossing the road is dangerous. Crossing the road is the King's Tower.
It is estimated that the traffic will be OK after the subway is completed
Breakfast does not match Chinese taste.
The service staff was ok.
The air conditioner in the room was very cold and cold, and the cups were quilted and very thin.
The air conditioner temperature can be adjusted.
The room does have 55 square meters.

CCalvin- bansgroheIt’s an amazing experience to see how Saudi people hospitality and kind to Chinese . I m driving for 5 hrs Fromm Dubai to Riyadh for an exhibition. It’s too early to check in as there are all rooms occupied. But the duty managers were working hard to arrange a room for me even considering to offer their apartments nearby for my accommodation. I m touched not because of their general but their trust in our Chinese . All perfect !!! Not matter environments , service , equipments but also price reasonable.
