Hot Springs Hotels in Metro Manila, Philippines

3.2 / 5 Stars This place is listed as a 5-star hotel, but it really does not feel like one. The hallway on my floor was super dark with barely any lights on. It also smelled like mold and felt very old. Inside the room, the sofa had obvious stains and a bad smell like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The location in Makati is great because there are tons of places to eat nearby, but the traffic around the area is terrible. The food at the restaurant tasted good, but there were not many choices. On a positive note, the room attendant was very nice and helpful. She always refilled my amenities quickly. She did leave a paper bag full of empty food containers on the second day, but I think she just thought it was my personal stuff, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, it is an okay stay, but definitely not a 5-star experience.

What I like about this hotel is the location and the aesthetically pleasing rooms. The bathtub is also a plus. Breakfast selection needs some improvement. Service is great and the lady at the front desk, Zea, is very accomodating and very helpful.
