I went there for the hot springs, and they were, of course, excellent. The location is also fantastic for sightseeing, with Bonte Museum, Bangju Church, and Biotopia nearby. Camellia Hill is just a 5-minute drive away, so I really got to relax amidst nature. The breakfast was also great value for money. I plan to go back with my friends. I even got to see a lot of stars at night, which was a nice change.

No service, general facilities, very good environment, very clean. The overall feeling is average, I used to play Honglong, barely live, it's okay, that's it, no extra feeling.

Very clean and new. Relatively cheap compared to others. The jacuzzi charge is too high especially if you booked but can’t use it due to bad weather. Not language friendly For international travel if you do not have Korean phone number. You have to rely on Trip.com message. Functional kitchen but not washer is a miss for a family suite like this.

The room quality is on par with budget hotels like Home Inn or even older Crown Plaza hotels in China, so don't expect too much when you book here. The cleanliness is about the same. It's comparable to a room under 200 RMB in a first-tier city or around 100 RMB in a second-tier city. The wardrobe, desk, sofa, and even the bedding all look quite old and well-used. Although it states it was renovated in 2023, it still feels run-down, more like a renovation from around 2014. The cleanliness reflects this; there were water stains on the sink, and while there's a bathtub, I didn't dare use it. Luckily, I didn't see any obvious mold spots. The front desk staff's attitude was neither particularly good nor particularly bad. Overall, if you're booking this room, don't compare it to hotels priced above 400 RMB in China. Instead, think of it as a 200 RMB room in a first-tier city or a 100 RMB room in a second or third-tier city, with a renovation from around 2014.

The Shilla Hotel is great! 👍 The hotel's overall decor feels quite new, despite what I'd heard online about it being a 10-20 year old establishment. The actual environment is really good. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient. The 600 bus stops right outside the hotel for both pick-up and drop-off, running every 50 minutes. In the afternoon, the 2:20 PM bus goes from the hotel to the airport and takes about an hour. You can buy and top up a public transport card at any convenience store. My child absolutely loved the hotel pool. The hotel boasts three restaurants: a buffet, a Japanese restaurant, and a pool restaurant. We had breakfast and lunch at the buffet. For kids, it was RMB 154 on the first day and RMB 177 on the second. At the pool restaurant, we ordered abalone udon noodles. One bowl of noodles came with two small bowls of rice, which was more than enough for two people. The fried chicken was very greasy and a huge portion; I only managed to eat two pieces before giving up. However, the fries in the burger set were delicious! You can access the beach directly from the hotel. Even though it was raining, the sea was still beautifully blue.

My stay at the Memory Villa, a standalone ocean view villa in Aewol-eup, Jeju Island, completely exceeded my expectations! It deserves a five-star rating! I was blown away the moment I stepped into the villa. The standalone design offers complete privacy, including a private pool and stunning ocean views. It's quiet and private, and the interior is warm and stylishly decorated in a Korean style. It's a photogenic getaway with my girlfriends. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the incredibly popular Blue and White Coffee, so dining and drinking options are a breeze. The Chinese host was incredibly kind, sending us a detailed check-in guide in advance. Any questions were promptly answered and any issues were proactively addressed. We even hired a car for two days, which was a fantastic way to explore the area. It was a truly memorable experience. This is definitely the most satisfying B&B I've ever stayed in Jeju Island. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to all my friends traveling to Jeju!

A great hotel for a vacation! The room was spacious, and the balcony offered a nice view. The hot spring water truly had mineral deposits, leaving my skin smooth and comfortable after a soak. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese-speaking butler who showed us to our room and explained the facilities in detail. Due to the underfloor heating and air conditioning, the room was quite dry in winter, but the front desk promptly responded when we requested a humidifier and bottled water. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant's view was breathtaking. The nearby Podo Museum is worth a visit. It was also easy to get a taxi to Seogwipo; an Uber arrived in about 5 minutes. If I come to Jeju Island again, I would definitely consider staying here, and I'm grateful to all the hotel staff for the excellent experience.

The hostess built a house that many people dream of in Jeju Island. It is even more beautiful in reality than in photos. It is the most suitable place for 4 to 6 friends and family to drive there by themselves. All the details of the hard and soft furnishings are great. You can see that they are carefully made. Although the host may be away, some service details may have some problems. But for those who pursue their dreams, full encouragement is necessary. I will recommend it to my friends next time they go to Jeju.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! To the left, it leads to Oedolgae Rock, and to the right, to another section of Route 7 of the Olle Trail. On the first day, the weather was beautiful, and the sea looked stunning with its distinct colors. On the second day, it rained, but even walking a bit in the rain was lovely. When returning by bus, just walk up from the hotel entrance, turn right at the intersection (make sure not to go the wrong way, as the old bus stop is closed), and you'll find the bus stop. It's very convenient to get to Olle Market from there. During my stay, I met Alesha, a wonderful lady who spoke Chinese, which made ordering food incredibly smooth. Thank you for all your help! The brunch was quite good and varied, with a decent selection of seafood, and the taste was fine. However, it only runs until 2:30 PM, so if you have plans to go out, you might want to skip lunch. We stayed for three days but never made it to the bonfire party. Maybe next time! It seems to rain quite frequently in Seogwipo, usually alternating between sunny and rainy days. The island is abundant with tangerines; there are orange trees everywhere, which is very beautiful. I truly believe Olle Route 07 is one of the most beautiful trails. If you get the chance, you should definitely experience it. I've always thought that a hotel's price isn't just about the room, but more importantly, about the surrounding environment and the people you encounter there. The bathtub in the bathroom was very comfortable. They provided bath bombs and bath salts every day, and the water felt so smooth, as if it was the same water used in the hot springs downstairs. Breakfast was a set menu; the bread and yogurt were delicious. For other meals, we mostly chose seafood noodles and abalone porridge. Looking forward to visiting again!
