The first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable.
I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel.
The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible.
As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better.
I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.
I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation.
The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.

Alan BaudeI have stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts throughout Asia and TUI Blue is easily one of the finest I've been to, from reception to meals to the cleaning staff, grounds staff, and spa staff.
I booked this TUI Blue late because I was completely dissatisfied with a nearby hotel that did not provide the luxury service they advertised. The worst decision I made on this vacation was booking that other hotel and the best decision was leaving and booking TUI Blue.
Upon arriving we were met by Somalai, from reception, who took our bags, gave us a cold towel to refresh ourselves and a welcome drink. It is just what I would expect and a precursor to the experience I was about to have. Alogic gave me a short tour as he showed me to my room and was blown away at the accommodations.
Our Welcome was fantastic and showed me exactly what I was to expect from my stay that the other hotel could only fathom.
Rooms were huge with lounge, kitchen, tub and shower, two patios, and comfortable beds. The large pool was clean, with comfortable lounges with a gorgeous landscape. Had a great spa treatment and had access to a Japanese bath.
We booked our Angkor Wat tour with reception and it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. At every stop we were given a cold towel to wash and ice cold water to refresh and replenish ourselves in the intense heat. Our guide and van driver were excellent and made out tour special.
TUI Blue offered exceptional service and quality and I will forever be grateful for turning what could have been a nightmare at another hotel into a dream experience.

Our stay at Memoire Palace Resort was a mix of delightful hospitality and frustrating miscommunication.
Positives:
• The staff were consistently warm, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with genuine smiles.
• The massage itself was excellent — relaxing and skillfully done.
• Resort facilities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and restaurants were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.
Areas for Improvement:
• Communication between the reception and the spa, as well as between staff during shift changes, was poor. Despite confirmed bookings, our itinerary was disrupted multiple times.
• The spa seemed understaffed, often reducing or rescheduling the committed time even after prior confirmation.
• Transportation arrangements were unreliable. After booking a ride to the airport, the agreed price was unexpectedly changed at the last minute, which was disappointing.
Overall Impression:
Memoire Palace Resort has wonderful staff and excellent facilities, but operational inefficiencies in communication and booking management significantly impacted our experience. With improvements in coordination and reliability, this resort could truly match the high standards its staff and amenities suggest.

We stayed in the connected family rooms. The bigger room has a better view, is bright and spacious. You will be woken up by the roosters early in the morning, but our daughters did not mind. I stayed in the smaller room, which is a lot quieter, but it’s dimmer.
Both rooms are well maintained and cleaned well, which is rare in Cambodia as we have experienced many overpriced but badly managed hotel rooms.
The swimming pool is nice and cozy, and the food is great. We ordered a sandwich for snack and it is well made (Well done, chef!). Internet is great around the pool area, but really choppy in the room. We used our own internet data, so it’s fine for us.
We paid for breakfast on the last day for convenience, coffee is above hotel average and they have a nice selection of food. However, the same front desk staff clearly gave us different information on the breakfast price before and after we ate the breakfast, making it a little annoying at the end of the trip and leave a bad impression on their professionalism.
I will definitely come back for the rooms and the pool, but would recommend people pay for their food right away to avoid any bad feelings when checking out.

Guest UserCannot thank or recommend this hotel enough. It’s away from the city but you’ll know that by looking on a map anyway.
The staff are fantastic and so welcoming. Go above and beyond.
Helped us convert currency.
We stayed for a whole day after we checked out and were made to still feel like guests.
The food was so delicious. Both Cambodian and western style. Happy hour is 5-7pm!
Rooms and very big and clean.
Pool is gorgeous and salt water.
Book this is you want quality, relaxation and a great nights sleep in such comfy beds.

One of my favourite hotel in Siem Reap for its central location, cleanliness, service, pool and gym.
Everything is at walking distance.
It’s not very noisy at night as it’s in a quieter area.
The breakfast is good with a variety of food that changes daily for most of it.

I stayed for two nights.
The shared part was hot because the air conditioner was not working, but the room and cleanliness were good and the staff were generally satisfied.
The location of the electricity in the room was difficult to understand, and I spent the first day in a state.
On the second day, the concert was held by the pool side of 1F until after 22:30 and it was very noisy.
People who walk for a long time due to visiting the ruins the next day will not be able to sleep enough the day before, and if possible, I would like the concert to end around 9 o'clock.

The five-star hotel in Cambodia is well-equipped, but the Wi-Fi in the room is poor, the breakfast is rich, and the urban transportation is convenient. Diagonally opposite is the Cultural Village and a large Ferris wheel, but it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to a better restaurant.
