GGuest UserIf you are looking to trade the frantic energy of Japan’s megacities for something soulful and secluded, this is it. Nestled deep in the mountains, the property offers a unique, almost cinematic atmosphere. There is a touch of moody, beautiful isolation here that you simply won't find anywhere else.
The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived; staff met us at our car to handle our luggage immediately. For those driving, the ample parking and EV charging stations are a massive plus. The orientation was thorough, with the team explaining everything from onsen etiquette to the nuances of our dinner service. A truly high-end, evocative experience.

GGuest UserAs nice a hotel as anyone would want to stay in while visiting Tokushima on the island of Shikoku. Terrific service, clean facilities and room, an amazing bonus free onsen (hot springs), a very well equipped gym which is a bit rare in Japan and the property is located right in the middle of town next to the central train and bus stations. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as a shopping centre across the road and lot's of small shops nearby. Upon first arriving, the entrance is a little tricky to locate so be sure and follow the instructions that will come with the booking confirmation.

我我願活成你的願A very pleasant stay! The service was friendly and polite, and the small cable car onsen was a unique experience! The private bath (charged price) is highly recommended; the environment is tranquil and spacious with excellent views! Taking the hotel's used car at night, listening to vintage Japanese songs, to the Mangqiao Bridge for the night view was a unique experience!
The landlady was very kind and even sang a beautiful song during dinner!
They quickly helped me send any forgotten items to my next hotel!
Highly recommend staying here!!!

TT YamThe location is really remote, the road to the hotel for the last 10 km is really narrow for a two way traffic. Also prepare to get to the hotel before 6pm. Dinner start either 6pm or 7pm. The hot spring is natural so it’s not really hot , only around 35 degrees. The dinner and breakfast is really tasty, don’t missed it. It worth to go there once but not twice.the cable car ride to the hot springs was one of a kind .

HHappyaroundtheworldHotel is located near the art museum and next to a beautiful beach with a wonderful sea view. There are two onsen and both are good. And there are several restaurants serving Japanese and French cuisines. The prices are reasonable and we enjoyed a wonderful French Kaiseki. The resort is well managed and guests are warmly greeted and helped with luggage on arrival and departure. It’s highly recommended.

GGuest UserMy husband and I are both 70yo from Australia. We had a wonderful experience. Our room was traditional, large and comfortable. Having use of a Onsen on-site was a bonus, robes provided aswell. Our Japanese breakfast, our first was delicious. The lady owner was very kind and helpful. No Japanese for us and no English for her, google translate got us both through. Highly recommended.

The environment is beautiful, the hotel facilities are very good, the dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are very beautiful, the room is Japanese, the place is comfortable, the waiter is friendly, and there is a large bath, you can soak in the bath to eliminate the fatigue of the day. If it is passing by here, it is worth staying at this hotel. Then continue the journey.

JJimmy Jiang hengFree breakfast and buffet Bar are very good, the bathhouse and hot spring on the 2nd floor are also great, the counter staff is very kind, many things are self-occupied, so there will be not many complicated problems, and I will choose again next time I visit.
