We used our navigation system, but as the road is heavily traveled by trucks, the entrance can be difficult to see behind a large vehicle, so it may be difficult for first-time visitors to find. In fact, we ended up driving right past it. Since we had contacted them in advance, my mother, who has trouble walking, was able to borrow a wheelchair straight away. For dinner, we enjoyed a leisurely meal made with local ingredients in a private room. It was delicious. The inn staff were all very kind.
The large public bath is closed during cleaning hours and cannot be used late at night (11pm-12am). However, our room had an open-air bath, so we were able to bathe whenever we wanted.
I've been to many hot springs, but the soft, comfortable feeling when I soak in the water is what makes Chichibu's hot springs my favorite.
【Five-star recommendation! 】This hotel experience exceeded expectations! The warm and professional service at the front desk makes people feel warm. The guest rooms are modern and elegant, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the city night view, and the bedding is so soft that it feels like sleeping on the clouds. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the spare parts are selected from high-end brands, with quality in every detail. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked noodle stalls and local snacks are particularly amazing! The location is excellent, with a 5-minute walk to the subway station and convenient surrounding business districts. Special thanks to the concierge for planning the tour route, making the trip worry-free and efficient. Exquisite souvenirs were also given at check-out. The home-like service is unforgettable and will definitely choose again!
The hotel is beautiful. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Staffs are attentive and friendly. It is very clean and spacious. with around 10 mins walk to Saitama shintoshin station. it connected to shopping center, supermarket and movie theater. Great choice if you are looking for staying away from the loud and busy city.
The hotel staff, service and amenities were all pretty good. However, the room was not very clean. There was a drink from the previous guest in the fridge and the toilet paper hadn't been replaced, so I only had one roll. I don't think it's good just because there was a roll...
I definitely don't think I'd stay here again!
Easily my favourite hotel at all time
Bang for your bucks
Really clean hotel
Basically close to brand-new
The hotel staff are really polite
The welcome Drink is really delicious.
The public Bath onsen is really relaxing
The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside
I will definitely come again
Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.
Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.
I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Although the room was a bit small, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The front desk staff were very helpful and even used translation software to answer guests' questions. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and facial masks. The hot spring is open from 3 PM to midnight. Breakfast includes curry rice, grilled fish, tamagoyaki, and juice, among other options, all of which are well-balanced and tasty.
Very close to Omiya Station, the facilities here are great. The keypad entry system makes both check-in and check-out incredibly smooth. Located right by a vibrant commercial street, you'll have endless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Omiya Park is also conveniently just a 10-minute walk away.
The breakfast was delicious, and the welcome bar was open from 6pm, offering a variety of alcoholic drinks for free. The staff were also very friendly and made a lasting impression. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Omiya.
This hotel offers great value for money for business trips to Kawaguchi. There's also a hot spring on the first floor that you can use during specified hours. The rooms, like most Japanese hotels, are small but have everything you need. The only quirky thing was that there was no charging outlet by the bed. The only place to charge anything in the whole room was under the desk, across from the bed. I found that a bit odd.

Great
The hotel service was excellent, and the staff could communicate in simple English. On the night of our check-in, coincidentally during the night festival, the hotel provided a shuttle bus service to pick up guests from the city center back to the hotel, which was incredibly thoughtful. They also offered a welcome hot soup for guests to enjoy and various yukata for visitors to wear while bathing. The room was very clean, and the minimalist decor was exactly to my liking. I highly recommend it and hope to stay again!
I had a wonderful stay at Yuno Yado Wadoh with a friend, the scenery out there is absolutely beautiful, the staff were so helpful and attentive, the food was so delicious! The staff were all so kind and went above and beyond to help with any issues we had. The public onsen and private open air bath was heavenly. There were also some very fun hiking trails within walking distance from the Ryokan. I would highly recommend this Ryokan as a fun get away from the city to really get to see and experience the countryside of Japan while not having to travel so far.

Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
All the staff were extremely helpful and gave great advice on where to park and timing to visit the Chichibu Night Festival. Room we booked was huge with private outdoor onsen.
Friendly staff. Clean interior. Even though I'm a foreigner, I didn't feel any inconvenience. It wasn't cold even though it was winter. Single rooms have shared bathrooms. Showers are in the bathtub. Make sure to eat here. Thank you for making my first onsen experience in Japan such a memorable one. I'll be back again.
