Hot Springs Hotels in Aichi Prefecture, Japan

My stay at ESPACIO Nagoya Castle left a lasting impression, primarily due to the incredibly attentive and professional staff! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. As foreign guests, we truly felt at home, thanks to their fluent English and Chinese, along with their thoughtful guidance. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated, exuding an artistic ambiance. Whether in the lobby, restaurant, hot spring, or when staff were explaining room facilities, everyone always had a smile and readily attended to guests' needs. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagoya Castle, offering a peaceful environment, though finding dining options on the street at night can be a bit challenging. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food quality was remarkably high! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its 100% service and museum-like artistic atmosphere. While it's on the pricier side, it absolutely delivers an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nagoya!

This was by far the most stunning hotel of our trip! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were captivated by the panoramic views of Inuyama Castle, and the surrounding scenery was perfectly integrated. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-designed, with every room offering a fantastic view. We were provided with three sets of sleepwear and yukata, which added a wonderful touch of ceremony – I especially loved the pure linen yukata! The Uraku-en Garden was exquisite; walking through it on a rainy day felt like stepping back into ancient times, truly moving.

I stayed here once in 2019 and loved it so much that I chose it again this time, but it really disappointed me. I asked for bottled water, and a slightly overweight man at the front desk very curtly told me, 'You two, only one bottle per person per day!' I was so angry and asked them to find someone who could speak English. After a long wait, a woman finally came out, looking a bit arrogant. After I explained the situation, she said there was no such rule. I told her I just wanted to clarify who made the rule about one bottle per person per day. I could do without their water, but I needed an explanation! Service: Genuinely poor, can't compare to before.

Free parking, super spacious! A very unique hotel, we stayed at second floor and the staff has helped us to move the luggage to upstairs. There's no private onsen on the second floor but there's onsen water supply which is good enough. The breakfast is good, get to choose Japanese/ western style.

The hotel's hot spring and shower facilities are excellent, and the other guests are very considerate. However, it's a bit inconvenient that you have to take off your shoes right at the entrance on the first floor, and there were some small prickles on the carpet that bothered my feet. But I respect that this might be a local custom.

An excellent hot spring hotel tucked away in a quiet village. Don’t let its secluded location mislead you though; access to the area is convenient and easy, whether you’re coming from western or eastern Japan. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The room was a lovely, traditional Japanese-style room with an excellent view of the adjacent stream and small valley. Perhaps most importantly, the hot springs themselves are just wonderful. The quality of the water is excellent and the tubs are comfortable and offer lovely views over the valley. Perhaps my favourite moment was soaking in the outdoor baths after dinner, under the gentle glow of the hanging lanterns, with the sound of the bubbling river below. Perfect! Would 100% stay again.

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Japan! Good location, friendly 24 hours front desk staff with one of them speak very well English because he worked in Malaysia before. A few others also able to understand and speak basic English. Delicious affordable breakfast, mum was very happy! Oh yes, I fall in love with their onsen in the hotel. I went there 2 - 3 times a day. Keep up the good job Nagoya Crown Hotel!

Hotel is amazing. We stayed for one night, got a sea of experiences. The room was very spacious, composed of two rooms. One room was with a lovely forest and mountain river! The room had hot and cold water thermos, two types of tea and a set for cooking. A set of clothes (yuccats, socks). A refrigerator, air conditioner, cleaner or air moisturizer. In the evening, while we had dinner, we were locked up in bed, asleep as killed) Kayseki's dinner is amazing, very diverse tastes, have eaten up to the descent, if honestly. Breakfast was also very saturated! Hot sources are very pleasant, only 3 species, of which 1 in the fresh air. The only thing that one was very hot for me, I couldn't even get in it, but here in the others sat with pleasure. The hosts of the hotel are very pleasant, sweet, met us, drank tea with sweets, showed where you can walk and lunch (we arrived earlier). The village itself is very picturesque, it is pleasant to walk around the district!

I just want to say. This is the best and best hotel I have ever stayed in. Service and overall. Of course, except for the unaccustomed living on tatami mats. The others are really great. First of all, you can choose your favorite kimono. It's free. They know I can't wear it. I also specially arranged a time to come to my room to wear it for me. Then enter the room. Let me give you some incense first. Choose 5 kinds by yourself. Then watch the sea from the balcony. Super invincible and beautiful. Next is dinner. Be sure to order dinner. Because it's super delicious. good to eat. And the price is right. Wait to go back to the room. The bed has been made for you. Go to the open air for an onsen and delicious sobe popsicles. Perfect. correct. They also prepare supper sushi. The box is super cute. The breakfast is rich and delicious. ocean view Invincible ocean view and invincible cuisine.

Really love this place it’s in a really narrow street but right in the middle and next to the Westport the amenities are generous great and I’ve never been in a sauna where you can actually see the ocean. They also have a big cold bath and in addition to do Hansen another hot bath next to the sauna they also play really nice music and From analog amplified hi-fi equipment that is top-notch. It’s a real pleasure, even though I’m not geek in that area. The whole island is of course very small does not much to do and you have to go there if you really want to relax and just enjoy some seafood. There are not many restaurants in the area and I would recommend to just reserve food at the hotel I had to breakfast, which was outstanding. It was Shabu Shabu tako squid, and lots of other Japanese sites.
