This hotel is amazing! It offers a beautiful view, and all facilities were available and worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, and the security guards were very responsive. The hotel itself was clean and had a pleasant aroma. Everything was great, the only tiny thing was no ice cream at breakfast 🫶. Definitely great value for money, especially when booked via Trip.co.

Convenient for business trips. The surrounding area is mainly industrial, but it doesn't affect the hotel's quality. Breakfast is decent, the lobby is bright, and there aren't many Chinese guests. Overall, it's pretty good.

It seems the resort might be a bit too sprawling, as maintaining the grounds appears to be a challenge. We noticed a lot of dry leaves simply left unattended behind the buildings. The mini zoo also looked quite barren, with a thick layer of dry leaves covering the peacock enclosure. That said, the service overall was satisfactory. Thank you, JSI Team.

Pretty good hotel with good facilities, large parking, friendly sdm. The only downside is that the bathroom water drain is not smooth so the water floods

It's my second visit here. The views from the swimming pool area is breathtaking. Quick service when we asked for additional towel.

I really love everything about this hotel. I stayed in the studio room and the view was amazing and you can even see the mountains from there. The only downside was that the swimming pool was under maintenance during my visit. Breakfast was great with so many choices. The location is also perfect, not far from the city center, and you can walk to a nice park nearby. Plus, it’s right on Riau Street, so there are lots of cafés and restaurants around. The reception staff were super friendly and kind too.

Close to the airport. Hotel star ratings in Indonesia seem lower than what we're used to back home. The motorcycles at night were quite noisy! There's a street nearby with lots of Chinese restaurants, so we ended up eating Chinese food every day.
