Hot Springs Hotels in West Java, Indonesia

All staff are extremely polite, helpful, and kind. Made me feel really welcome, and I had a really nice time here. The rooms were very good and well maintained. All food and services were exceptional.

I booked a superior room and the hotel staff offered me a free upgrade to a deluxe room for more comfort. Of course, I was very happy with the offer. When I entered the room, there was no welcome cake that I ordered (even though all 4-star hotels always provide it for free). And... the bed was not suitable. I ordered a queen, but what I got was a twin bed combined into one. The staff was not honest with me whether the queen bed was full or not. For breakfast, it was less variety for a 4-star hotel. only 1 kind of juice, there's no sausage/potatoes

The best hotel experience in Karawang, the room, the service, the food, the facilities. Will be back again for sure

The room has 6 electricity port in the room but only 1 that well function. The shower gel was too low. Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.

Pretty good hotel with good facilities, large parking, friendly sdm. The only downside is that the bathroom water drain is not smooth so the water floods

The room ambiance and natural surroundings were delightful 💕. All the hotel staff were friendly, from check-in to check-out, there wasn't a single negative aspect. The facilities are complete; perhaps they could add some water games like a small slide for the children's pool. It feels like everyone, from children to seniors, can enjoy their time here.

Convenient for business trips. The surrounding area is mainly industrial, but it doesn't affect the hotel's quality. Breakfast is decent, the lobby is bright, and there aren't many Chinese guests. Overall, it's pretty good.

Great room & ambience, very closed to shop centre in Karawang, just walk in. We are 4, booked 2(two) bedrooms with connection door, for 2(two) nights, between Jan 12-14, 2026. The front officer was helping to find the rooms & he gave us the best city view. Thanks for that. Unfortunately, they provided stains towels (& tears edges) at the bathroom. Also the makeup room service was coming in, without notice/signed hanging on the door, knocked the door & tried to get inside when I was in bathroom. Need to decline them until I finished taking a shower. They changed the bedsheets also with stains on blanket covers & (again) stains towels. It smells clean, so we just used it. Also, the shower drains were not working well, reported to the hospitality cleaner. They were also pretty good cleaning the room overall, it just the amenities, also the bedsheets needs to be upgraded - not really nice to see for 4stars hotel. The restaurant was OK, my husband spent 400K IDR for 2 portions of meals (soto & rice), drinks, & snacks/camilan. And I don’t understand , why they provided us 3(three) cups for toothbrushes, instead of 4. Never mind, it’s only my son using it. They just need to respect a little bit more for their guests with a proper amenities, which didn’t reflect the hotel values.

The hotel fee was very cheap and it was very clean and good for the price. The staff was friendly and the facilities were convenient. There were many places to visit nearby and many good restaurants.

Close to the airport. Hotel star ratings in Indonesia seem lower than what we're used to back home. The motorcycles at night were quite noisy! There's a street nearby with lots of Chinese restaurants, so we ended up eating Chinese food every day.
