Here’s an example review for Valo Hotel: --- I recently stayed at Valo Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern design and cozy comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is located very close to the central station with many restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. The facilities are very new and clean. However the rooms are not quite like the pictures, the standard double room we booked is so small that we can only open one luggage at a time and we ended upgrading to another room type. It's not a big difference in terms of money but we feel scammed and the perception isn't great. Another thing when we tried to use the sauna their staff told us we needed to pay for it and book a session in advance (at least two hours in advance I believe), which no one mentioned before not even when we check-in nor printed anywhere in the hotel. Overall the hardware is og high quality and I'm quite happy with it, however, the software in terms of service and communication has plenty of room to grow.

The hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak. The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.

Stayed for 1 night! I was very satisfied with the reception, the room, and the breakfast. I chose a room with a sauna, so I warmed up in the sauna and then cooled down on the balcony, which was the best! You could watch YouTube on the TV, and the atmosphere in the room was nice. There was a supermarket nearby and a tram to the central station, so it was easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again if I come to Helsinki! !

The room is large, the decoration design is high-end and stylish, the hotel is in a good location, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the mall, the restaurant's dishes taste great, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Helsinki on this trip.
