Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and hot spring to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This isn't our first time here, and this was definitely the worst ever. The room was very small, it was very hot at night, and it wasn't very clean and it was old. I'd also like to say that we weren't aware that the outside area was closed. Previous times have been better.

In Santa Susana, this hotel is not the best location, a little distance from the sea, shopping center! But the hotel's service, dining, absolutely commendable

The staff were very friendly, but they gave us a room with a shared door, and on the last night some rather annoying guests came in (screaming at the children, slamming doors, etc.). They were kind enough to change our room to one without a shared door. Even so, the building's general noise levels aren't well controlled; they are quite loud, especially when walking and in the bathrooms. Otherwise, the location is beautiful, and you can relax with gorgeous mountain views.
