Hot spring Hotels in Catalonia, Spain

For the amenities, I am referring to the room. Defect fridge door, very difficult to open the water in the shower, defect USB sockets, curtain can only 90% automatically close and some small things more. This is not the W standard I experienced before. Everything else as usual at W hotels. Very friendly service (can't give 5 points because I was waiting for my room unnecessarily long), nice restaurants with fantastic food, including breakfast.

Avoid this hotel, This hotel has lot of problems specially for geust that are planning to stay longer than 3 dyas. Please read it till the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all the problems started before whe arrived with this hotel. Whe booked suite with an early checkin and sended an email with the question from wich time whe can checkin while whe booked an early checkin. Whe got an email back from manuela wich she didnt chekced my booking at all even i sended their my booking nr. She reply’s that early checkin is upon availability. After sending a mail back she says sorry about the misunderstanding because i have already booked the early checking, she just didnt checked my personal details before sending a email back. The next few days i sended a email again about taxi’s etc….and mosts email wont get answered. The days whe arrived in our suite. Huge leaking in the shower. Molt is growing on the wet carpet. Whe have reported this at least 4/5 times and only 2 times they taken action, ask this to the housekeepers and even they told me that they reported it many times. Whe are just suprised that they told us that the hotel staff isnt listen to them!. They just ingnore it in most cases. Guesst are not always able to use the swimming pool while you payed for the hotel as a guest becasue companies have to constantly rent the pool so that guests can't use it, especially in the evenings. We also noticed that noise from the roof daily. almost every day there is a party going on on the roof with music which is no problem at all, only the music is on so loud that you can hear it in the rooms. almost every day there is a party going on on the roof. very bad for the people who want to get up early the next morning or have to go to work so that their sleep is disturbed by this. Keycards in the lift/elevator are not workin gprperly. When you insert the card to go up it wont work. It turns out lot of guests having this issue. I contact the front office in regards to the lunch for 21 september because whe needed to check out at 07:00 and wont make it with the breakfast so asked them what their options are. as if it couldn’t be whorse. 1 male young employee who says on the front office at 19 september at 06:30- in the morning ”oooh no problem” i need to check with reservation departement you are a premium member , booked via our website, I can arrange for you to give you a refund for that day and having a take away breakfast isnt worth the money (in a verry rude and innoproriate way), seriously ? this is the way how you talk to your hotel guest ? the take away isnt worht it ??, asked for a confirmation email , he promised me to contact the reservation department and promise contact me to contact me at the end of the day but as expected nothing heard. End of the day i contacted the front office again and ofcourse i spoken to manueala, manuela told me its not possible to get a rufund wich is totally fine but how she know that ? without contacting reservation depa

This is a very clean business hotel. It is close to the sea and the convention center, and it is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport. I recommend arranging a taxi early in the morning as you will get caught in terrible traffic jams during rush hour. It is 1-2 train stops from the tourist area, and is located north of the city center. There is nothing in particular nearby. It is a bit of a walk from the station. Facilities: There is no conditioner or slippers. There are no robes. There is a water heater in the room. Things you should bring: There is shampoo, but it makes your hair stiff, so it is better to bring both shampoo and conditioner. Air conditioning: The room could not be heated above 24°C and was very cold, but if you call the front desk they will set the temperature to your desired temperature.

Great environment for relax. We had planned only a basic Spa treatment. However, we decided to try new experiences from the wide offer of treatments since we were really satisfied. The hotel staff are caring professionals. What to say about food? We have always enjoyed the gastronomy offered at the Vichy's Restaurant. Just go and check it out for yourself.

Standard business trip in La Garriga with preferable hotel in this location. Room was not quite new , but it it s acceptable for business trip. If somebody would like to stay here for holiday, is better to choose probably more comfortable room. I got room for one person, for 2 nights. Wifi without issue in main build. Breakfast is very comfortable and you can take what you want - they have very good option. Next time, I will take this hotel in this location. I dont know exactly,how much cost swimming pool and spa, so I can not comment their offer.

I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hot springs were a perfect way to unwind and relax, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel itself was beautiful and charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that everything was just right during my stay. The breakfast is also great with plenty of choices, which was a nice bonus. The town where the hotel is located is quite and peaceful, with picturesque natural landscapes that provide a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and hot spring to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We had a great experience: this hotel is ideal for couples with children. Clean room and really friendly cleaning personnel. Good food, each evening a special theme next to the classic food (wide offering) Nice and clean swimming pool, you need to follow all the written rules. (no inflatables for example, no bal to play in the water) From a practical point of view: very close to the beach and the promenade where you can walk every night. I can recommend this hotel based on a good experience.
