We would certainly return. I have to highlight the good treatment of the reception staff, because today it is increasingly difficult to find people who are pleasant to the public. We enjoyed the Christmas market that was next to the hotel and a beautiful Belén in the hotel itself. And what to say, the good restaurants and bars to tap the area. Great hotel. Good location. Super breakfast. Nice spa but a bit pricey. Villas are great but smell of fireplace. Great views of the city. Super service. Gastrobar has nice views also but could not use this time.

GGuest UserStrange that there was no one there but it was all handled fine with no problems. It has a barbecue area which has all the things you need to cook food: plates, cutlery, utensils. Corkscrew was appreciated! The room was on the small side but perfectly fine for us. The garden and pool were nice and the sauna and jacuzzi pool a bonus.

The hotel has an underground bath and the open-air swimming pool is small, but you can see the repaired hilltop church next to it, and the overall environment is good. I just came for work and didn't have time to enjoy the surroundings and facilities of the hotel. Recommended stay

KkowlooneastThis hotel is the best hotel in our trip to Spain and Portugal. The room is so big, the high-rise view is very open, clean and comfortable! You can walk to all the scenic spots in Westville, but it takes a long time to cross the bridge every day. The only high-rise building is easy to spot and you won’t go the wrong way. It’s very close to the Autobus station. It’s very convenient to travel through Portugal by car. There is a large shopping mall and supermarket downstairs. The supermarket is open until 10pm. I will definitely choose this hotel again. Five-star hotel, very cost-effective!
