It was my first time in Keke, and I chose this one among many hotels and B&Bs. It exceeded my expectations. There were some misunderstandings upon arrival, but they were handled promptly and with great service. Every day of our four-day stay, the hotel's pickup truck was always available to pick us up at the ski resort. It felt more like a dedicated team, not just a staff member. Everyone wore walkie-talkies and was always on hand to coordinate and assist with any needs. We went to town for dinner every day, and they were also available to pick us up, eliminating any transportation concerns. The room was clean and tidy, with a constant temperature, and the view of the snow-capped mountains was just outside the window. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was very comfortable! I'll definitely choose this one in Keke again. I'd also like to mention that the hotel's handsome snowboard instructor skied with us for a free day, took us to Little Wolf King, and was always waiting for us. Thank you so much! Breakfast, must be bad reviews, I would rather go out to the breakfast shop to eat buns, if you are too lazy to move, then hungry, I do not want to eat hotel breakfast, look rich, there are actually not a few delicious meals, the hot dishes in the morning are pepper fried sausage, Mapo tofu, Beans roasted eggplant (more oil) and other meals are completely lunch, and the taste is really average, I really can't eat it. I gave the front desk two comments that breakfast can be lighter, and I don't know if there is any follow-up improvement (I live here from mid-July to early August 2025). Alas, running a hotel, the boss and the staff can play the customer experience to know which places are not doing well. This step, I bet they didn't do it, but if they want to improve, this hotel is undoubtedly the best in Wensu.
