Hot Springs Hotels in Sichuan, China

Overall, the stay was quite good, and the room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is about the Cloud Cafe on the 19th floor. The hotel offers complimentary tea and drinks for guests until 11 PM. We arrived around 10:30 PM, just planning to have a hot tea and then leave. However, the female employee was very impatient and rude, giving us a dirty look. She told us she still had to clean before she could leave. Of course, we were very cooperative and understood that her job wasn't easy; as soon as she told us it was closing time, we promptly left. It was just the sour face and impolite tone that made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

My kids' autumn break coincided with perfect timing – the room was quiet, comfortable, and spotless. The bedding was clean and soft, too! The hot water, oxygen supply, and heater were excellent; I wasn't worried about the cold at high altitudes at all! Plus, the in-room hot tub even came with bath bombs and a disposable tub liner. The staff were very kind and patient. Finally, breakfast was plentiful and basically catered to everyone in the family's tastes! We'll definitely go back!!

Really good hotel! They even have a oxygen room for those suffering from altitude sickness. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options available. We were even given fruits when we left!

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

Conveniently located just off National Highway G248, with ample parking. Our room overlooked the river, and while the sound of the water was quite noticeable, once the windows were closed, it was virtually silent. The soundproofing is excellent; even my noise-sensitive family found it completely acceptable and had a peaceful night's sleep. The family room also features a spacious living room, and next to it is a billiard room with direct access to a small rooftop terrace on the third floor. While the guesthouse only offered hot pot, my family was craving stir-fries. The owner kindly recommended a Sichuan restaurant just a 3-minute drive away, which turned out to be much more affordable than the Chuanyuxiang restaurant at the intersection. The courtyard also has several slow-charging EV chargers, which is a great convenience for electric vehicle owners.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the food street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I honestly didn't have high expectations, but it genuinely surprised and impressed me! We were traveling to Leshan with our child, and our room, featuring a large double bed and a tatami single bed, proved to be very comfortable and convenient. It's also super close to the Leshan Giant Buddha scenic area. The spacious soaking tub was a huge hit with our little one, who had an absolute blast playing in it. And watching movies on the giant projector screen? So cool! The front desk service was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Leshan. Highly recommend it!

The staff is extremely helpful. I arrived the hotel by DiDi but somehow the driver didn’t get pay but my app shown paid already. They help communicated with the driver. And also communicate with the driver that i booked via Trip to pick me up at the hotel for tomorrow. The service mind is excellent!! The hotel is also lovely, the bed is comfy, the heating floor that keep you warm all night, and they have a hot spring on the rooftop. Be sure to bring the swimwear. The distant is walkable to Jiuzhaigou, surrounded by the restaurant. They can keep your luggage after checkout RECOMMENDED.

Hi so I'm from sg and I have a bit of ocd. Overall I give this place 3.8/5. Very liveable place for short stays given we are likely in the scenic area and not really spending much time here other than sleeping. Location: this entire block of land is for hotels/minsu's/homestays. So there's some hotpot etc around but nothing too famous or crazy here. Good for some local fare. It's on a small little slope with 2 entrances/exits. The traffic in jzg is no joke so please plan ahead for this. Once you're stuck you're in it for a while e.g. could take 30min for 2km distance in a car. So the room is clean honestly from a distance but if you really sit down and analyse some parts perhaps it wasn't as cleanly wiped down. But very liveable place. And for my room I booked the one with the glass in the ceiling though I feel it's a bit of a waste of money I couldn't look at stars at night because of light pollution outside the room. Around 7pm can also hear some karaoke singing from the other places nearby. And for this room with glass on ceiling it's a separate building from the main. You take a lift up to lvl 3 and walk like 20m to another building. Not far, just a bit inconvenient. I didn't use the bathtub. Breakfast is normal just some local fare with porridge eggs etc. nothing too extraordinary.

Service: After booking the room, a dedicated butler contacted us with the detailed address and directions, and guided us to the hotel via the Baitukan Tunnel. The hotel also has a dedicated parking lot. The hotel offers laundry service, which is very convenient. The owner was very patient and helpful when we asked about nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel's fruit platter and breakfast were also very generous. Environment: As soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, I was completely captivated by the stunning mountain view. It's about a ten-minute walk to the center of Kangding County, and I saw a plethora of beautiful roses along the way. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom had double sinks and a heated towel rack, which was a nice touch. Facilities: The hotel's restaurant offers a great view, and dining there was a delightful experience. The fourth-floor balcony was also very comfortable, and downstairs there were also billiards, mahjong machines, and other entertainment facilities. P.S. I'm not a shill, just a happy newbie who finally made it to my western Sichuan trip. Thank you Kangding and this fantastic hotel for making it a perfect start to my trip.

The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Emei, just a 10-minute walk to the tourist center for the shuttle bus, and very convenient for accessing the main food street. There are plenty of great restaurants with thousands of reviews nearby, and the average prices are quite affordable, which I really liked. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a standard swimming pool, an indoor hot spring pool, and two outdoor hot spring pools – perfect for relaxing after a hike! The rooms are quite spacious, though a bit damp; running the air conditioning more might help improve this. The breakfast was abundant, but it lacked some thoughtfully prepared hot meat dishes. For several days, it was just fried chicken cutlets or roasted chicken. Other hot dishes were mostly vegetarian. Customers can definitely tell if a breakfast is genuinely well-prepared or just using quantity to make up for quality. The bread and desserts in the pastry section were quite varied, though!
