Hot spring Hotels in Shaanxi, China

The service was amazing, with the staff helping me with my bags as well as explaining how to use any of the amenities offered, being consistently patient despite by subpar Mandarin. The actual site itself is picturesque and the atmosphere is serene and peaceful - a perfect atmosphere for a hot spring hotel! I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the larger hot spring pool, but the small private one I had access to was stellar and very soothing! I’d highly recommend to anyone in the Xi’an area.

We stayed in the Angsana in late November. We are a couple with two kids 12 and 7, so we booked a family room with king bed and bunk bed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly friendly, always trying to be helpful and even having this ”Disneyland feeling” of happily waving at you when you cross paths with them in the corridor. The room was really spacious and very clean, and the room service came promptly every day. Even the smalls detail, like the number of water bottles in the room (10 every day) made us feel comfortable. The hotel is as kid-friendly as it gets. From the cute decorations in the room, little shops, to the little fancy automated cotton-candy machine, every detail made my kids feel cheerful throughout the day. They even have a little train that goes around the hotel a few times a day; at first I thought it would be boring, but once we rode it, we were shocked with how fan and exciting it was! The facilities are also fantastic. We did not try the pools, but we went to the hot springs daily. They have pools all the way from 36 degree to 43 degree, depending on your tolerance to heat, and they welcome kids of all ages. As for the location, our only sightseeing goal on this trip was the Terracota Army, which are a short drive away from the hotel. There is also a mall within walking distance with restaurants, shops, and kids playgrounds, where we had some fun. In this trip we did not plan to visit the Xi'an city center, so the Agsana was perfect; but be aware that if you plan to spent most of the time in the city, you will have a long drive every day. Overall, this was the perfect hotel for our family vacation: both kids and adults loved it, and it was very close to main sightseeing highlight in Xi'an (the Terracota Army).

This accommodation is something very special. If you like contact and tips from locals, this is the place for you. You Can also taste local tea. The rooms are very nicely decorated and I had the best sleep in a long time. High quality beds and pillows! Hot water comes quickly in the shower with pleasant water pressure. The location is also great if you want to see the Terracotta Warriors. The Huaqing Palace Park and its show is highly recommended. You can reach it by foot.

Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

When you arrive, you have to check in at the lobby first, and then take the shuttle bus to the villa area, which takes about 3 minutes. It is very convenient. They also take the initiative to set up a group. You can make requests in the group, and the response is very fast. I like it. When you get to the villa, it is bigger and cleaner than I imagined. It is very comfortable and a very good experience. The children are very satisfied. The air conditioning is sufficient, so you don’t have to be afraid of hot weather. The breakfast is a bit ordinary, without any surprises, but it’s free, so it’s okay. I don’t recommend paying for breakfast. The room is also cleaned quickly, and different fruits and snacks are changed for you every day, which is considerate. The hotel is very close to the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Hot Spring, which saves a lot of time. It is recommended to stay here for two days and then move to the city. I will come again next time.

I went there for the fourth time. I went there when it just opened in 2014. I went there when the epidemic was recurring. I wanted to take a hot spring bath before the holidays and booked here again. The room was clean and tidy. It was well maintained. It included a ticket to the Yuechun hot spring and I enjoyed it for two days. The flowers in the yard were so beautiful with their pink flowers. There were many breakfast options. The quality was online. The fitness facilities and swimming pool were also very convenient. The first choice for family travel

Selected this hotel as it is close to the new Qin Han branch of Shaanxi History Museum (15 mins drive), and the airport (15 mins drive). Room was big and hotel modern. Really like the hotspring, there are multiple hotsprings to choose from including the carbonic acid and the silky smooth ones. Mixed bathing so bathing suits necessary. Food wise, above average in variety and taste. A comfortable overnight stay.

Location is very convenient, about 10 mins away from express way exit. There are lots of local foods around the hotel that can enjoy. Service is not bad. They even went out of their way to help carry my luggage to my room, which allowed me to focus on taking care of my kids. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic time during our stay, especially enjoying the indoor hot spring in our room – it was such a relaxing experience. The only downside was that we didn’t get to try the outdoor hot spring due to the rain, which is a bit of a missed opportunity. Hopefully, we’ll get to experience that next time. Overall, the hotel provided an unforgettable and relaxing stay!

Small day activities: Very good for children. And she was very patient in getting things for the children. Departure gift: an aromatherapy card, which smells very good.

The hotel is very close to the wetland park, with beautiful environment and convenient parking! The sky lobby on the 13th floor is very eye-catching, and Xiao Feng's service is very good! The customer service area is large and the facilities are complete. You can enjoy hot springs, swimming pools, and gyms when you stay. It is really a good place to relax! The only thing I want to mention is that it is recommended to clean the window glass, which can give customers a better experience!

Jielu is in Lintong, so about 40 minutes cab ride from Xi'an North train station. We booked here as it's a short walk to the Terracotta Warriors and it looked like a nice rural spot in the mountains, which it is. Although we arrived after midnight, the reception was open and the friendly welcome. Rooms are spacious with a conservatory/terrace with views of the garden/courtyard and the linen spotless quality cotton and much-needed efficient heating. Breakfast was a selection of pickles, rice porridge, steamed buns and egg with tea or coffee. The right start for walking to the Qin Mausoleum and day of sightseeing. Food in the evening was from an extensive menu, good value and tasty (I had seaweed and egg drop soup with pork/veggie dumplings). Altogether a great location and everything you need for seeing the treasures of the Qin dynasty. Thanks!
