The room was spacious and clean, with both indoor and outdoor soaking tubs. Drinks and snacks were provided in the room, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. The lunch options were also very good for our family trip. I recommend staying here.

The room view is absolutely stunning! It has a terrace where I enjoyed coffee and simply relaxed, surrounded by mountains and breathing in fresh air – it was incredibly peaceful. Spending two days unwinding in this idyllic place was truly relaxing and worth every penny. The breakfast area isn't large but offers a wide variety of choices. We also ordered the 'stove-boiled tea' in our room, which created a wonderful ambiance. Manager Li Ting at the front desk provided excellent service; she was very thoughtful and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. I'll definitely be back!

This time, I stayed at the newly opened ”Shan Na Bian” (On the Other Side of the Mountain), nestled in a valley with an exceptionally good environment and fresh air. **Facilities:** This is a hot spring hotel that just opened in late September, so all the facilities are brand new. The indoor space is ample, featuring both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, an electric toilet, wireless charging, and electric curtains, among other amenities. **Hygiene:** Cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the indoor areas were spotless. The indoor hot tub was clean. If you prefer, you can also request a re-cleaning of the tub right before you use it, under your supervision. However, since the glass doors to the courtyard open wide, some insects might get in, which is probably unavoidable and up to personal tolerance. **Environment:** The hotel's setting is excellent, located in a valley with incredibly fresh air. Soft background music is played constantly, which is very relaxing. **Service:** The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and polite, regardless of their role. Special shout-outs to the old master who looks after the deer and the staff member who takes care of the capybaras. The hotel's late-night diner and breakfast were also very good.

I honestly didn't want to leave the Meihau R Hot Spring Hotel (Xinghai Square Branch) – it was pure bliss from start to finish.😭 The location is unbelievably perfect! Xinghai Square is just a few steps away, making it super easy to feed the seagulls, enjoy the ocean breeze, and capture panoramic city views. The subway station is only about 1km away, an easy walk. The river view is fantastic, and the overall environment is quiet and elegant, a welcome escape from city noise. Their service truly won over this southerner! The front desk staff were so gentle and attentive. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, and an auntie even specially fried an egg for me on the spot – talk about attention to detail. The room was super spacious; we got upgraded to a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered such a healing view. It was roomy and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the hotel's own scrubbing and hot spring center. My first Northern-style scrubbing experience – I'm hooked! So relaxing and stress-relieving. There's also a secret garden on the rooftop, perfect for a drink and a chat on a breezy evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect ✨ Honestly, no complaints at all. 環境不錯，地理位置也好，朋友説新開的，一定會好，幾家就約着來了。辦理入住等待時間過長，第一個房間刺鼻的裝修味道，前台根據要求提供了景色更好的房間，感謝。入住沒一個小時，房間漏水，一個黑衣服管理人員跟我説，房間已經是最好的房間了，再調衹能換到比現在不好的房間，且不能補差價，或者等等修好，我覺得修好也行，畢竟行李都打開了。半夜十二點半又開始漏水，讓我換房間，我説半夜我肯定接受不了，你拿點毛巾墊下面吸水，明天再説吧。第二天沒有主動來修的，通過攜程給酒店打電話，反饋是可以提供升房，那你昨天那個小管理不打臉嗎？撒謊不臉紅嗎？退房想晚一個小時也是不行的，你開房讓我等那麼長時間的時候你怎麼不説呢？去前台退房，小美女問我入住怎麼樣，我就把這些説了一下，小美女倒是耐心聽了，旁邊的小管理説啥，不是給你升房了嗎，不漏水我用你給我升房嗎？我房間漏水漏半宿你給我升房還成你讓着我了？和我是説你把房卡還回來就行，我就***的了，什麼態度啊？你旁邊的員工都能耐心接待你多啥啊？要不你們培訓的時候就讓員工別問。其實入住能感受到老闆是想把酒店做好，一線員工也都是很努力，那麼辛苦都能微笑待客，就這幾個小管理，都絕了，每回被員工拉回來的好感都被管理給敗了。路過幾次一號樓前台，都是在處理客訴，老闆你有時間看看你前台的監控吧，看看你的酒店管理團隊吧，挺好的地方，別被管理團隊給敗了。假期顧客多能理解，但是真誠待客真的會感動每一個客人。

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

For a relaxing winter weekend getaway, Luneng Hot Spring is always our top choice. We trust the facilities, but what really makes it comfortable is the warm and friendly service. Mary recognized us as returning guests right away and proactively handled our check-in, even upgrading our room. Throughout our stay, she checked in on our needs and provided a fruit platter. It was a wonderful weekend, full of warmth, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.
