Hot Springs Hotels in Jilin, China

Our 4 nights stay at this hotel is definitely the highlight of our Changbaishan trip. We had minimal planning for our trip here knowing that the hotel could take care of almost everything. The snowy weather makes this place looks very magical with the decoration too! Things I really like about this hotel: 1. The pickup from Changbaishan train station to hotel, notify the hotel a day before arrival 2. Unlimited access to natural hot spring, both outdoor and indoor. 3. Fast pass to Changbaishan Tianchi (peak) by skipping the queue. The hotel is just few hundred meters away from Changbaishan entrance 4. Ski ticket and transport to the nearest Ski Resort 5. Great variety for breakfast 6. Clean and spacious room 7. An assigned butler(张永萍)to us to help with all our needs during our trip and stay in CBS 8. Recommended driver from the hotel to bring us around Erdaobai town, very friendly driver and reasonable charges Things to improve: 1. Choice of meals for room service can be improved 2. There’s a Food Hall for hotel guests to go for lunch and dinner since the hotel is quite some distance from the town. Meals are quite costly in exchange for convenience

this resort is comprehensive. my family enjoy the stay. The hot spring is within the building. There is a small animal encounter area beside the resort. U can pay RMB12 for a cup of carrot to feed animals. The staffs are friendly and helpful and specially thanks to Zou Ming, she has helped to waive my children's breakfast charge as they are taller than required height. and she help us to arrange Changbaishan scenic tickets which is hard to get as an international tourist.

The resort’s facilities were top-notch and impeccably clean, which we appreciated even more knowing it’s a new establishment. One of the highlights was the hot spring, a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our stay. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy everyone’s taste. Our experience was further enhanced when the hotel graciously upgraded us to a suite with a breathtaking mountain view and a Jacuzzi. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable. The convenience of having everything in one place cannot be overstated. The ski mountain located directly behind the hotel meant we could easily access the slopes, making the most of our skiing experience without any hassle. Overall, our stay at this ski resort was remarkable. The combination of excellent facilities, superb service, and the convenience of location makes this hotel a standout option for anyone looking to enjoy a skiing holiday. We would definitely consider returning to this resort in the future.”

Stayed for two nights and upgraded to a deluxe twin bed, which should be 4 square meters more than what I originally booked. As soon as I entered the door, I saw the stone shrine on the balcony. 😁Maybe because of the mountain, it is a bit different from the traditional five-star, but fortunately the service is good. I bought a package ticket for unlimited access to hot springs, Tianchi VIP ride, and three hours of skiing. My child was over the height limit, so I paid 500 more to share all services. The train station is free to pick up and drop off, and the journey takes 50 minutes. Living on the mountain has relatively few dining options, but the scenery on the north slope is really invincible. It's great that Tianchi VIP doesn't have to queue for 1 hour. Xiao Zhao at the concierge is very enthusiastic, and the car booking and luggage services are very thoughtful. Overall, I am very satisfied. There are many types of breakfast, and the noodles are delicious, especially the spicy minced meat with ingredients is suitable for the taste of Shanghai Xiaolongbao. It is recommended to have more steamed options.

The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.

The stay was very satisfactory. The location of Sheraton Hotel is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the town by foot. The air is good and it is nice to walk around. Special thanks to Xiaohui from the concierge department and Xiaochen, the manager. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they took the initiative to greet me and introduced the various services provided by the hotel. They also added WeChat, reminded me of various precautions, and upgraded me to the executive floor. Take the cable car to the top of the mountain, and you can also take pictures of the distant view of Changbai Mountain. Play the slide, which is super exciting. Choose to go directly to the hot spring at 1 pm. It is refreshing to soak in the hot spring when there are fewer people during the off-peak hours.

The room r clean as what we pay for. The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

This trip to Changchun, staying at Beihu Hongju Hotel, was a perfect accommodation experience! I must praise the front desk receptionist Chen Siyao Summer! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, she greeted me with a warm attitude. When checking in, she was not only skillful and quick, but also introduced the hotel's facilities to me in a very detailed manner. She smiled brightly throughout the whole process, making people feel particularly warm and friendly. The room was impeccable, spotless, and cleaned very carefully. The soft and comfortable bedding, coupled with the quiet environment, allowed me to sleep peacefully every night. When checking out, she also carefully reminded me of the weather conditions of the day, which was very considerate. From check-in to departure, every detail made people feel comfortable. I strongly recommend this treasure hotel. Next time I come to Changchun, this must be my first choice! 👍

The room was very spacious and clean, with excellent bedding and amenities. I booked two rooms, and they gave me the closest one, which I'm really grateful for. The price is also very affordable in the summer. Parking is easy. Restaurants and hot springs are nearby. A busy area with plenty of restaurants is only a ten-minute drive away.
