Hot Springs Hotels in Jiangsu, China

We understand that this is a newly opened hotel and perhaps they had never hosted foreign guests with a special visa (non-tourist visa) before. However, we had a very unpleasant experience. Around midnight, the staff nearly forced us to leave the hotel, assuming that we had overstayed simply because our entry date into China was more than 30 days ago. We are two women traveling together, and being almost kicked out of the hotel in the middle of the night was extremely stressful and unsafe. On the positive side, the location is convenient — only a 7-minute walk to the famous Shantang Road. Tips for future guests: the hot tub is on the outdoor terrace, but since the weather is still warm and there are many mosquitoes, it’s not really enjoyable. Overall, it was not worth the money.

Located near the Shushan Ecological Trail, this pet-friendly hotel offers a pleasant environment with individual villa-style accommodations. The property is quite sprawling, so buggies are needed to get around, and staff are prompt in arranging them. It's too hot in summer, otherwise, strolling around would be very enjoyable. The inner lake is filled with lotus flowers, and there's lush greenery everywhere. There were two downsides. First, the nuisance of mosquitoes in summer. We couldn't find an electronic mosquito repellent in the room, and our child got bitten in the middle of the night, so we had to ask staff to bring one. Second, the hotel's pool changing rooms were quite dirty. They weren't cleaned frequently enough, bathroom towels weren't replenished in time, and the floor was covered in hair and water, which was very unpleasant. We hope for improvement.

The environment is very good. The homestay has spent a lot of thought on the design. The garden landscape should also be designed. It feels like retreating to the mountains. It is surrounded by mountains, fresh and leisurely. The sanitary conditions are also good. The room is clean and tidy, and the cost performance is high. The boss's service is thoughtful and timely. He will answer any questions. If there are any problems, the housekeeper will also actively solve the problems. The breakfast is quite delicious. It is a good place to travel around.

Great homestay! The air is fresh, there are few people and the room is very clean. The waiter will be arranged to clean it every day. The homestay is very close to the scenic spots in Xiangyang. It is generally within 20 minutes of driving, and it is only 30 or 40 minutes away. The nearby Yanshan Park is also very suitable for a family to take a walk. The service is particularly good. You can book lunch or dinner one day in advance. The ingredients are very fresh. You will take the initiative to collect feedback from guests and adjust the taste of the meal. It is very intimate. Breakfast is a very standard Chinese breakfast, the amount is large, and I eat very full every day. Before leaving, I asked for a business card, and I will come to ～ in the future.

The property was spotlessly clean, grand in scale, and beautifully decorated in a European style, making for a very comfortable stay. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade, which was much appreciated! The service was incredibly warm and attentive; they even sent up fresh fruit, which was a lovely gesture. The picturesque surroundings truly gave it a resort-like feel – absolutely fantastic! The local scenery is charming, and the location is excellent, being very close to the Lingshan Grand Buddha. We enjoyed comfortable amenities, stunning mountain views right outside, and wonderful fresh air. Taihu Lake is also just a short distance away, and the nights were wonderfully peaceful. Everything was excellent – the environment, the service, everything. There's a shuttle service to the hot springs, so you don't have to walk at all. Even though the hot springs are quite close, the shuttle staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. While soaking in the hot springs, we also encountered many staff members with wonderful attitudes. They even shared tips on the best times and spots for sunset views, and pointed out kid-friendly areas. Honestly, everything was top-notch. I only managed to snap a picture of one staff member's badge, as their service was particularly impressive, but all the staff were truly great; I just didn't get photos of everyone. The hotel swimming pool was also fantastic, and the coffee was delicious. We didn't get a chance to explore other facilities, but my child already said they want to come back again!

The room is large, highly intelligent, with a smart toilet, private hot spring, and charging stations in both the underground and ground parking lots, which is very friendly to new energy vehicles. The breakfast is quite exquisite, and it would be better if there were more varieties.

The place is ready nice and there many activities that adults and kids can do. Mostly the hots springs and the small let area. The hotel is a big resort and it has a pool with sand that makes similar to a beach. Breakfast could have been better with more western options

The infinity pool downstairs is a holy place for taking photos and checking in! I also received a handwritten thank-you card and a small gift when I checked out. This kind of meticulous and thoughtful service makes people feel warm. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is a perfect choice. I will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to my friends!
