A surprisingly wonderful stay! The room is spacious, and the private hot spring tub comes with a disposable liner, which really puts your mind at ease regarding hygiene. The terrace is fantastic for taking Instagram-worthy photos. The location is unbeatable—you can just take a stroll to Shantang Street to enjoy the night view. Although breakfast isn't included, there are plenty of dining options in the food court downstairs. The self-service laundry area has separate washers and dryers, which is especially friendly for short-term travelers. A comfortable and pleasant stay from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Living on the top of the mountain is a great experience! After the tourists in the scenic spot have dispersed, they enjoy the beauty of the entire mountain top and see the sunset and sunrise. The whole process of Yidaochang is very patient and meticulous, and the chat is very pleasant. He took us to the palace at night and made a vivid and interesting explanation. The quality of sleep is also very good, I haven't slept for a long time with such a good quality. There is also a hidden advantage to live here: burn head incense! Just in time for the day is fifteen, and I went to burn head incense at six o'clock in the morning. A bowl of hot noodles for breakfast, Yidaochang also made coffee, and it was very pleasant to drink coffee with the wind on the top of the mountain. When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. Totally loved this place! It is so private and peaceful that you will never guess it's located nearby Nanjing. The pool was clean, Thai food was delicious, Thai massage was authentic, everything was great. And most importantly, it's pets friendly! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Traveling with our family of three, we drove from Shanghai and arrived in just over an hour. The hotel has a strong Japanese onsen vibe with genuine natural hot springs, and it's well-equipped for kids. Shaxi Ancient Town is within walking distance, offering a one-stop experience of hot springs, kid-friendly activities, and exploring the ancient town. We booked a private hot spring, and the open-air bamboo forest private bath was picturesque, perfect for those who prefer privacy over public baths or for shy children. Our family room was spacious, allowing ample room for our child to play. The entire room had a natural wood, Japanese-style decor, featuring a Dyson hairdryer and a smart toilet. It was meticulously cleaned and odorless. Some room types even come with a small courtyard, and the rooms are quiet with good soundproofing. Overall, the value for money is excellent, making it a great hot spring destination for repeat visits with kids.

Spent a weekend at the Novotel Suzhou Taihu Hot Spring Hotel and was really impressed by their complete range of facilities. The rooms are spacious and provide a very comfortable stay. There's a great selection of recreational activities, with various hot spring pools and indoor/outdoor swimming pools to choose from. They also have excellent facilities for families, including an indoor play area, kids' water slides, and outdoor adventure activities – truly something for everyone, adults and children alike. The overall environment is clean and tidy. You could easily spend a whole day here without getting bored, making it perfect for a family vacation. The front desk was also very prompt and thorough in resolving any issues.

An impromptu trip to Nanjing and its surroundings. It took less than 40 minutes to drive from the city to the hotel. The hotel has a great view, directly overlooking the quarry, and offers excellent value for money. It included tickets to Baobao Park, Yangshan Stele, and Jiangsu Thirteen Gardens, as well as afternoon tea. In the evening, we drove to a nearby farm restaurant for dinner, then returned for the 7:30 PM tour of Jiangsu Thirteen Gardens, which featured a dedicated guide and a performance – it was incredibly enriching. The next morning, we had an appointment with Sen Duo Travel Photography on the second floor of the hotel. Fearing the sun, we rushed through the photoshoot in under half an hour, haha, very efficient, and the photos turned out quite lively. Thumbs up! Overall, the experience was great with no unpleasant surprises, so I highly recommend it.

Visited Banyan Tree Nanjing during the National Day holiday, and both the hardware and service were undeniably top-notch. I rarely leave hotel reviews, so taking the time to write this means it truly exceeded my expectations 👍. The outdoor hot spring directly faces the cliff wall, which is unique and full of character. The most breathtaking moment was at sunset—the entire lobby lounge and restaurant seemed bathed in a stunning crimson glow, making for incredible photos 🌅. The resort grounds are vast, but the hotel provides shuttle buses to designated stops. Plus, showing your room key gives you free rides on the scenic area shuttle, which is a very thoughtful touch 👍. Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be back if I get the chance!

My last stay was half a month ago, and my friends were so impressed by the photos I shared that we decided to come back and play again. Compared to our rushed last visit, this time was much more relaxed. The room was visibly clean, and the flat I stayed in this time was also excellent. The hotel's HAPE themed room is really fun; the kids absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave, making it perfect for families with children. The resort's scenery is as beautiful as ever. It's definitely on my list of must-stay hotels for future trips!
