The place is amazing! Friendly staff, spacious villas, delicious food,... If you have spent some days in Zhangjiajie National Park, I recommend you to stay here and then go to the grand canyon. You can relax before you go there: in the pool, in the hot water... Even in your own bathtub. Here I tried the giant salamander dish. I usually don't bother writing reviews, but the service at this place compelled me to leave a good one. The environment is nice, the price is right, the facilities are brand new, the service is attentive, and they even provide disposable toilet seat covers. Breakfast is free, and they offer free shuttle service to Furong Ancient Town. When they saw there were three of us, they even upgraded us to a quad room for free. They also gave us a souvenir when we checked out. Honestly, apart from the Furong Ancient Town scenic area itself being a bit underwhelming, I really can't find anything to complain about. If you're visiting, don't bother with those 'scenic view' rooms in the area; staying here is definitely the best choice. If you want to take photos, just cross the Jumping Rocks and find a restaurant with a view to eat and snap some pictures – that's perfectly fine.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed, we slept really well. The large window also brought in plenty of natural light. The location is excellent, and the staff were very attentive. They even called us in advance to confirm our arrival time and ask if we needed any assistance. Since the hotel is in a pedestrian area, they kindly carried our bags from the car and even took us to the train station. The host gave us tips on what to do in the city and even accompanied us. The hotel also has a private viewpoint overlooking the waterfall. He recommended some restaurants and bars as well, and the one we tried was good.

My stay at Twelve Cities Waterfall Fairy in Furong Town was absolutely divine, truly one of the highlights of my travels! It completely captivated me. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff's warmth made me feel right at home. Check-in was incredibly fast, and they thoughtfully gave me recommendations for local attractions, which instantly made a great impression. My room was even more stunning. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so soft, lying down felt like being gently cradled by clouds. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high-quality – full of thoughtful details. The absolute best part was the room's location: it had a private balcony with a 280-degree panoramic view of the magnificent Furong Town Grand Waterfall. During the day, the waterfall was majestic, with mist splashing, making me feel utterly awestruck by nature's power. At night, with the lights on, the waterfall seemed to be adorned in a dreamy cloak, so beautiful I couldn't tear my eyes away. I sat on that balcony for a long, long time, reluctant to go back inside. The guesthouse's afternoon tea was also incredibly ritualistic. Exquisite Chinese and Western pastries paired with tea or coffee, all while admiring the cascading waterfall and enjoying a leisurely time – this is exactly what a vacation should be like! Breakfast was just as impressive, with a rich variety of options, and it was thoughtfully delivered to the room. Starting the day with the waterfall as a backdrop was simply delightful. I also have to praise their private butler service. From travel consultations before check-in, to helping arrange dining and recommending sightseeing routes during my stay, and even a thoughtful send-off upon departure – the entire process was meticulous and attentive, relieving me of any worries. It truly felt like VIP treatment. If I ever visit Furong Town again, I'll definitely choose Twelve Cities Waterfall Fairy! I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Furong Town; I believe you'll fall in love with it too!

The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a bustling area that makes getting around super easy. Having a parking lot right next door is incredibly convenient, and the surveillance cameras at the entrance give me a lot of peace of mind. The lobby is simple yet grand, with a logical layout and pleasant background music. The front desk even offers thoughtful touches like red date goji berry tea and chrysanthemum tea.

The hotel's open-air garden environment is great, the room is very clean, and it is very comfortable to chat with friends in the open-air garden at night. The projection equipment in the room works very well, and the picture quality and sound quality are very clear. The advice and guide service for our one-day tour in Zhangjiajie was very attentive and practical, which saved us a lot of detours. I highly recommend this hotel

Our first night was in a private hot spring suite, and for the second night, we wanted to try a different room type, so we booked the Shanyu King Room. We received a free upgrade service, and the front desk lady upgraded us to the Xiquan, which seemed to be a larger room with better facilities! Aside from the private hot spring rooms, these room types are all in the main lobby building, which is more convenient but can also be a bit noisy. People talking loudly in the hallway late at night can be quite disruptive! This really depends on your preference! As they say, you win some, you lose some! It was very convenient to get to the infinity pool from the room. We took the little one for a swim for a while; the water temperature was perfect, and it was safe and clean! Kids need to wear swimsuits and swim caps. There are also inner tubes available for rent at 10 yuan per use, which is very convenient! The cleanliness and attention to detail in this room type were slightly better than in the private hot spring area, but it's inevitable for some corners to be overlooked. It didn't affect our overall stay, though! For someone with mild潔癖 (a slight cleanliness obsession), it would have been perfect if the cleanliness could have been even better! This room type features an oversized balcony, a large bathroom, a big bathtub, and a spacious sofa! The bathtub is next to a glass wall, so you can enjoy the scenery while soaking (but remember to mind your privacy 🤭)! The private hot spring rooms have smart toilets, while this one has a regular toilet. The breakfast selection was quite varied and basically met our needs. The food quality and hygiene were both very good! Some of the pastries were a bit too sweet, but that might just be a personal taste issue. All the hotel staff had excellent service attitudes and a great sense of service! We had a perfect day here!

It was originally a 3.5-hour drive from Guangzhou to Mangshan, but during the Spring Festival, the traffic jam took 6 hours. The hotel is just at the west gate of Mangshan. It was originally said that we could check in at 3 o'clock, but we called at 2 o'clock and found that there were rooms available for check-in. The lobby is very grand, and the check-in was very fast. The room is super big, with two 1.35-meter beds, a sofa, and a desk, which is very convenient for children to do homework. It is enough for a family of four. There are many hot spring pools, and the best one is the outdoor infinity pool. The water temperature is 42.8℃, which is not cold at all. It is very photogenic. The whole family is very satisfied, and it is worth it!

On the first day of the National Day holiday, getting this for less than 400 yuan was really a steal. Considering it's a hotel near a 5A scenic area, we chose it for the convenient parking, rather than staying in Fenghuang Ancient Town itself. There's ample parking here, which was great. The hotel can also arrange a car to take guests near the ancient town, as long as it's not during peak traffic. We booked an audio-visual king room, and I have to say, the projector's sound quality was excellent, and all movies were free! The room was very spacious, and the facilities and amenities were high quality. The bedding and pillows were also quite comfortable. Our room even had a river view, and there was an outdoor balcony where we could chat and relax. Breakfast was good; the fungus noodles were delicious, though the milk quality was a bit disappointing. All the staff provided excellent service. They helped us with our luggage, and I noticed a lady in the lobby patiently explaining the tour route, locations, and precautions for Fenghuang Ancient Town to every guest. You can also buy discounted tickets for attractions shaped like phoenixes there, which are cheaper than online.

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!
