Hot Springs Hotels in Hunan, China

We're from Shaanxi and traveled with our kids, and it was a really great experience. The owners were so welcoming and even offered pick-up and drop-off services. Their attention to detail was exceptional and heartwarming – they even helped us carry our luggage directly into the room. Plus, there's a huge pool where the kids could splash around to their heart's content. When we left, they even gave our children a thoughtful little gift. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel with the 'unlimited hot spring access' package, perfect for a family trip. Even in the middle of summer, the hot springs weren't too hot. Facilities: The hotel is very new, rooms are spacious, and soundproofing is excellent, making it very quiet. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: The hotel is nestled on a mountain, so the air is fresh. There's a convenient path behind the hotel that leads directly into the scenic area. The uphill walk was quite a workout though, really tested my cardio! Early in the morning, I went for a run in the ancient town alone, and it was absolutely beautiful! Service: The service was the highlight. The front desk staff gave us lots of complimentary drinks. Breakfast was also very elaborate. We had kids with us who weren't eating well, so the hotel even packed some small pastries for us to take away.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

The room was tiny, and the facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel. The mattress was incredibly soft; after just one night, my back was aching. The bed frame was even worse – I was afraid to even turn over because it made such a loud creaking noise. It was really disturbing at night. Even a slight movement would make the mattress shake violently, waking up anyone next to me. Honestly, this is the worst bed I've ever experienced in any hotel. For a supposed five-star establishment, the hardware really needs an upgrade.

Our stay was fantastic! Mr. Wua is an amazing host—kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He took us to the entrance of the park and, in the evenings, drove us to a nearby restaurant. He was always polite, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The room was impeccable: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the private hot spring after our long hikes. The stunning mountain views made the experience even more special. Overall, this is an outstanding hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! The SPA recommended by the beautiful sister at the front desk is also very good, professional Thai massage ~ and it is also a Thai technician, super satisfactory stay experience

This cozy B&B perfectly embodies the 'small but beautiful' concept. Though not huge, the space is exquisitely decorated and incredibly soothing, with thoughtful touches everywhere that make you feel instantly relaxed upon entering. The room is spotless and tidy, with soft, warm furnishings that create a wonderful ambiance, making for a truly comfortable stay. The massive projector is a brilliant touch; snuggling in bed at night watching a movie totally elevates the vibe and brings immense joy. The smart home system is another huge plus – voice-controlling the lights, curtains, and AC is so convenient and high-tech, greatly enhancing the overall experience. Overall, it's warm, comfortable, and convenient, with attention to detail and a five-star experience. It's perfect for a relaxing short stay and offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel! The owners are super nice and friendly, and their cooking was delicious! The views are unbeatable and there are adorable kittens on the property as well. We got upgraded rooms since we went when it wasn’t too busy, and the room was beautiful. Only downside to being in the mountains is the bugs, but that’s kinda of hard to avoid given the climate and location. Also, since it’s up the mountain, it can be a little difficult for DiDi drivers to get to, but we had no problem (a trip from the train station was about 10-15 usd / 70-100 rmb). Overall would recommend (especially their food!).

Huatian Hot Spring Center (Huitang) - Double hot spring tickets for two entries: includes 2 adult hot spring tickets (allowing two entries during your stay). The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay.

We visited in winter, and it happened to be snowing. Even though we arrived well past midnight, a staff member was still waiting for us and patiently answered all our questions. The next day, when our car got stuck in the village, he even went out of his way to help us find a solution. We were truly touched by their exceptional hospitality. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be here in summer, but do keep in mind that Zhangjiajie in winter is quite cold.
