Hot Springs Hotels in Hunan, China

I’m a kiwi girl travelling through the Hunan province for the first time and I am so glad I chose this accommodation! I keep telling everyone to go here because it was incredible! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They’ll pick you up from the train station, carry your bags through the cobblestone streets and upstairs to your room. They took me to the evening performances, brought me snacks and recommended restaurants. When the restaurant didn’t have cocktails, the staff went back to the hotel to make me a cocktail!!! The location was divine and the view overlooking the waterfall and town took my breath away. The amenities were incredible also, everything was up to date and could be voice activated. My only area of improvement was the hole in the skirting by the bathroom and a cockroach crawled out of there but I would 100% go back again!!

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!

The hotel's location is excellent. They provided a complimentary ride to Furong Ancient Town, which only took a few minutes. When we returned, we called them and they promptly sent a car to pick us up from the parking lot. The staff was very enthusiastic, even helping our group of over 10 people with our luggage. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and hygienic. The hot water in the bathroom was also great. The only downside was that breakfast was a bit too simple. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My buddy came to Changsha for a visit, so I booked him this river-view esports twin suite. During the day, we explored Wuyi Square, enjoying all the food and sights. When we got back, we jumped straight into some gaming – a perfect way to unwind! 😁 The dual PC setup was super smooth with no lag, and the stunning river view was right there whenever we looked up. 🌉 The central location was incredibly convenient, with food and attractions right outside our door. My buddy was really happy with everything!

Given it's a Wyndham, the overall experience was quite pleasant, and the mountain views from the room were excellent. There's also a convenient direct path leading to the ancient town. Facilities: One area for improvement is the access from the parking lot to the elevators. It involves an uphill ramp and a heavy, self-closing door. For a single person managing luggage, this door is incredibly cumbersome and inconvenient. Additionally, I noticed a significant safety hazard: when exiting the elevators to the parking lot, you pass through the same door. Upon opening it, the dimly lit parking lot immediately drops into a steep decline. There are no basic safety signs or warning measures in place. This poses a high risk of falls, especially for children who might be running around. Service: I was somewhat confused about the breakfast policy. I stayed for two consecutive nights, and while children's breakfast was complimentary at another Wyndham I've visited, this hotel charged 69 RMB for it. I'm unsure if this is a difference in policy implementation or if regional management regulations vary, which left me quite perplexed.

Hotel is close by Mang Shan National park. Very convenient location to visit this famous National Park. This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience

This hotel is located in a prime area, making travel incredibly convenient. What's truly amazing is how it cleverly avoids the hustle and bustle, tucked away in a peaceful spot. It truly embodies 'bustling outside, serene inside.' It's just a few minutes' walk to major attractions and food streets, so you can easily return for a rest whenever you get tired, which makes for an excellent experience. The service here is the hotel's soul! From the front desk to room service, every staff member is smiling, warm, and attentive. The bedding is top-notch, feeling like you're wrapped in clouds, guaranteeing a dreamless sleep until morning. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, all facilities are smart, and the hot water is stable with excellent pressure, washing away the day's fatigue. Even the small details are perfectly executed, such as the complimentary mini-bar and the exceptionally soundproof windows, ensuring absolute quiet and privacy.

Great place to stay in Furong Town! I’m not a fan of “inn-style” rooms so it was really nice to find a hotel in the town where the rooms were modern, clean and huge. I was picked up and dropped off at the train station and they even brought me some amazing noodles in the morning for breakfast before my early flight. It’s in a really great location too making it easy to get to and from it. I didn’t choose a couple other options bc I had two pieces of luggage and I didn’t want to haul them up/down tons of steps in town. Found a nice restaurant on the other side of the river with amazing views of the waterfall for pictures and videos. And then I got to sleep peacefully at the hotel. (Also, the rooms have a face recognition software which I thought was super cool. As well as the smart projector and assistant in the room) definitely recommend!

This time I brought my parents to Xiangxi for a trip. The Shanshui Dexuan Yashe Hotel really gave us a big surprise! When I checked in, I casually mentioned to the front desk that I was traveling with my parents. I didn't expect the front desk to be super intimate and directly helped upgrade to a Yueyueguanshan bed room! Open the door and surprise instantly~ The room has its own terrace balcony viewing vision is superb. Standing on the platform, you can see the cascading green mountains and the clouds and mists opening the curtains. The eyes are full of green mountains and green waters. My parents are particularly satisfied. I have always praised that I will choose a place. The hotel dinner in the package is super amazing, especially the clear local chicken, the soup is white and mellow, the drink is full of fresh fragrance, the chicken is soft and deboned, and the parents say that this is the authentic farmhouse flavor. I was eating enough to satisfy the manager and sent two special dishes specially~ I smiled and said that it was a little care for the elders, the details were too warm! From intimate room promotion to delicious meals, I didn't step on thunder throughout the whole process. It's right to bring my family to Dexuan to choose this one. I will stay here next time!

Very nice place, quiet and comfortable environment. The room was very bright and spacious and the large terrace was very nice. There is a skylight above the bathtub, which is very special. You can see the stars in summer! The service is standard and the staff are warm and courteous. There are not many hot spring pools, the pools are clean and the water temperature is relatively mild. It is not very convenient that there is no dehydrator in the locker room. The breakfast is not bad, not much variety, but quite delicious. The food from the Chinese restaurant tastes pretty good, but a little too oily.
