The location is quite far from the old city but the hotel provides very prompt ferrying to and flow from the old city as well as the high speed rail station for free. The front desk service is excellent. Provide us to welcome fruits and parting with some nice candy. The balcony is well equipped with a very nice tea set with a supply of local tea, spend some time enjoying it.

She introduced the room facilities and the attractions in the hotel and the surrounding areas in detail. She was a very considerate lady. The room layout is very considerate and warm, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on (I also asked the front desk about the mattress brand when checking out [snickering]). I booked an ordinary king-size bed room. Because it was my first time staying, the front desk helped me upgrade to a mountain view room with a balcony. The area is large and very quiet at night, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is highly recommended to friends who want to stay away from the city on vacation. The environment is given 5 points. The hotel has a very good orientation. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony. The sun is full and it feels very healing. The night view is also super invincible. Seeing the lights of the village at the foot of the mountain is simply a perfect combination of high-quality service and comfortable environment. Recommend for people who want rest alone.

It was originally a 3.5-hour drive from Guangzhou to Mangshan, but during the Spring Festival, the traffic jam took 6 hours. The hotel is just at the west gate of Mangshan. It was originally said that we could check in at 3 o'clock, but we called at 2 o'clock and found that there were rooms available for check-in. The lobby is very grand, and the check-in was very fast. The room is super big, with two 1.35-meter beds, a sofa, and a desk, which is very convenient for children to do homework. It is enough for a family of four. There are many hot spring pools, and the best one is the outdoor infinity pool. The water temperature is 42.8℃, which is not cold at all. It is very photogenic. The whole family is very satisfied, and it is worth it!

Experience was amazing from the begging. They were very welcoming coming to the station to pick us up, they gave us free room upgrade, we had delicious noodles for breakfast and they also recommended what to see and the times for the performances. Location is very good and the views to the bridge are really nice. We highly recommend it ! Thank you for all!

I visited during the low season (Dec) and had an enjoyable stay. Great service from the hotel staff. They went the extra mile by preparing some snacks and a kettle of hot water and bringing it to our room without us asking. There is a free shuttle to and from the high speed rail station (Fenghuang station) but you should contact the hotel in advance and let them know what time you're leaving/arriving. However, i'm not sure if this service will be available during the peak periods. There is also a ”shortcut” to Fenghuang old town that is about 10 minutes walk downhill some stairs, though it goes past a somewhat creepy cave and a person's grave, so I would suggest taking a taxi/didi back when returning at night. The hotel breakfast was great too and had wide variety.

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!

The hotel is located upstream of the ancient city, 1.5 kilometers away from the ancient city. It is quiet enough. The room is quite large, with a bathtub and a smart toilet, but the toilet door is too close to the cabinet and cannot be fully opened. The breakfast is also relatively simple. This stay was really touched by the details! The front desk lady had a super sweet smile. She not only took the initiative to help with the luggage, but also kindly reminded me of the surrounding food guide. I was amazed the moment I opened the door. The room was spotless, and there was no hair even in the seam of the bed! The most surprising thing was the peach wood comb next to the washbasin. The warm wood fragrance was super healing, and the comb teeth were round and did not hurt the hair. I took it away as a souvenir before leaving! Such service and quality must be repurchased infinitely!
