I stayed in this hotel on a business trip in March and felt good. This time, I chose to experience it with my family. The room is spacious and bright, with a sofa by the window, which is very comfortable for resting or reading, and the view outside the window is wide. The bathroom is super large, especially the shower room is spacious, with a rain spray shower and a large water output, which is very enjoyable. The breakfast environment and food are worthy of praise 👍The basement environment is good, there are many parking spaces, and parking is convenient. The hot spring facilities next to the hotel are new and the hot spring water quality is very clean. When I arrived at the hotel in March, it was not a holiday, so there were fewer people. This time there were many family bathers, which is worth experiencing.

My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Wuhan has been too hot recently, so every weekend we choose a nearby place to escape the heat. This time we chose Xianning, and found a parent-child hotel to swim and then go to Yinshuidong. Price: The price of a double room on weekends is less than 500 for bookings on other platforms, and the price increase is not too high during the summer vacation. The sunset is beautiful, but it is a pity that the building in front blocks it, and only a little afterimage can be seen. Service: If you bring children, you need to add guest shoes and toiletries. Call the front desk and they will be delivered to the room quickly. There is iced tea in the hotel lobby. It is too hot to go in and out, so it is comfortable to drink. Suggestions for the hotel: There is a non-legacy parent-child project when booking a room. I asked the front desk, and they replied that there were too many guests. They gave us a small sachet, which was not satisfactory. For summer activities, shouldn't we interact with guests when there are many people? Enhance memory points and improve customer satisfaction. It is better not to write these parent-child activities on the platform than to refuse on the grounds of too many people.

It’s really lively during the Spring Festival, and the rooms are almost full. Hot springs and entertainment are all good choices. The entire Tianyu Lake Resort is huge, and I feel like I’ve only visited part of it. As soon as we checked in, the customer service staff Tang Shan enthusiastically introduced us to dining and entertainment related matters, which was very considerate. Especially after checking out, they even helped me find the things I left behind. The service was very considerate. I will come back to play again during the holidays.

Super good hotel, clean room, large enough, garden view room, although can not see anything, but the view is very good, when checking in, there are artists filming variety shows, the hotel let fans wait in the lobby, the fans are also good, very quiet, basically will not disturb the guests. Apply for free late check-out, the front desk is super fast, praise. In addition, the breakfast is also good, there are many varieties, eat until full. The hotel's red soil tennis court is outdoor, and it is exposed to the sun this day. Before leaving, I experienced an indoor tennis court. It was 50 yuan an hour. Very good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

Hygiene: The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the layout of the rooms is perfect, elegant and stylish, and the service is thoughtful. Environment: The location is on the hillside of Wangcheng Slope, very quiet, really a good location to watch the sunset, and the environment is clean and tidy. Recently, I stayed at Nianshan Xiaoyin Tangquan Hotel, the weather was quite poor so we didn’t explore as much as we’d have liked to, but due to this hotel, we’ll definitely return! The room was cosy, the heater in the room worked well and within 20 minutes it was lovely and warm. Food and drinks are available at the hotel, the food was freshly cooked, ordered from a menu and was delicious. There is a fridge full of beer, soda, and water - tea is grown on site and coffee is also available. The owner is very friendly - she speaks some English and went above and beyond to help us with any requests, even warming up the hot spring for us despite us being the only visitors in the hotel. She typed out the names of the Chinese dishes as our translator didn’t work as well when translating handwriting. We loved sitting by the log fire with a coffee in the morning. The hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service, I recommend doing this as the hotel is at the foot of the scenic area and it takes around 1.5 hours to drive from the train station to the hotel/scenic area. Overall, we can’t wait to be back! The fog was thick and the air was cold, but that didn’t mean we didn’t have a wonderful, restful stay.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good ～ It is very good to be surrounded by mountains and rivers. It is a lake 10 steps away.
