Must-stay for families with kids! My child absolutely loved the water park. The in-room hot spring was also great. Even though it was a holiday and crowded, everything was well-organized. The bedding was soft, and staff member 0040 was incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our luggage and taking us to the underground parking. We'll definitely bring the elders next time. This resort is highly recommended for hot springs in winter!

Our family of five (three kids) stayed at Sky Island for three days, and we were absolutely blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality. Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated). We will definitely come back again — not just once — and we’ll bring our friends with us next time!

After taking the cruise ship, I got off the boat and came to Yichang to play. I found this zoo hotel. The environment is really good. I booked a parent-child villa with a separate ocean ball pool and slides. The children liked it very much. There is also a separate hot spring pool to soak. The service is very good, responsive, pick up and drop off in time wherever you go, the butler is very good. The restaurant dishes are not too much, but the taste is not bad. Breakfast is self-service, you can feed the giraffe, 20 yuan a carrot. If you are not driving by yourself, you must make an appointment early, and you can't call a car temporarily. The garden-style hotel boasts a beautiful and comfortable environment. Xiao Dan at the front desk provided excellent service—professional and attentive—highly commendable! The breakfast was also good; the most delicious dish was the Zhajiangmian (noodles with soybean paste). I'll definitely come back next time!

This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

I've never seen a hotel with so many extra charges. If you want a decent hairdryer, you have to stay in a 1000+ RMB suite. Rooms under 1000+ RMB only come with the oldest hairdryers. Bathrobes in the room cost an additional 20 RMB each. To enter the hot spring center, you have to pay extra, even though the hotel states that the pool and kids' play area are inside the hot spring center – you still need to pay to get in. Once inside, you're required to wear a uniform, but you have to buy it separately, and the matching socks also cost extra. What's more, the women's pools in the hot spring center were empty. Some pools in the lobby, like the fish therapy pool, also require an additional fee, and both adults and children need to pay separately. Of course, food and drinks are extra too. Basically, once you check into this hotel, you'll be constantly paying for things, one after another. Even emergency items like swimming rings by the pool cost extra. With so many charges, you'd expect good service, but there were no lifeguards by the pool, although there was always a staff member watching over the paid fish therapy pool. People were constantly smoking indoors, and the whole air was filled with second-hand smoke. The air conditioning wasn't on, so everyone felt stuffy. In the rest area, people were playing loud audio on their phones, making it impossible to relax. The buffet was so bad I wouldn't eat there again. Overall, the hotel environment is new and comfortable, and the room cleanliness and service are good. However, the constant, step-by-step charges really dampen the mood. All in all, I hope hotels in my hometown improve and optimize, so as not to waste such good facilities.

The price of 588 with breakfast during Chinese New Year was absolutely unbeatable. The room was built right by the water, with a balcony overlooking the lake – almost like a semi-overwater bungalow. The top floor had a high, pointed roof. The power outlets were well-designed, with both USB-A and USB-C ports, so you don't even need to bring your own charger. It was very quiet at night, perfect for stargazing. Even just a weekend stay here would be incredibly comfortable. There was a gentleman at the front desk with glasses who seemed to be working tirelessly whenever I saw him, whether it was 11 PM or 7 AM. He was quick to resolve issues and proactively helped with luggage. There's a small kids' playground with well-maintained facilities. I highly recommend trying the breakfast; both the variety and presentation were excellent, a great way to start your day. Perhaps they should consider adding the evening show to the package deal in the future?
