The overall experience at the hotel was great. We booked a package for a deluxe lake view room, which included various tickets. The room was clean, and the service was excellent – they were very responsive to all our requests. The room was well-stocked with water, tea, and coffee. On the first day, we enjoyed the kids' play area. After checking out on the second day, we went to the water park. It was convenient to have lunch at the on-site restaurant or order takeout, and our child was able to nap right there. In the evening, we took the shuttle bus to the scenic area. Breakfast was also very generous. We'd definitely come back again!

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

Amazing hotel, just on the ski slopes very convinient. You can do ski-in, buy ski-pass and rent the equipment at the spot. It was a bit hot in our room after check-in, so they gave us another room where temperature was more pleasant. Good choice for breakfast and delicious food. Spa is also great, with sauna, jacuzzi's even outdoor, and swimming pool... All the staff very polite and at your service! Thank you BENLIA Hotel, we had a great stay at yours 🙏

Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

The hotel is located 15 minutes away from the east gate of Baishishan Mountain by car. The hotel service is very good, especially the supervisor Zhang Sheng, who handles emergencies promptly and patiently, and has a warm and thoughtful service attitude. The room service responds promptly, and the indoor environment is good. There are many types of hot springs, clean water, rich breakfast varieties, complete children's facilities, the hot spring children's paddling pool is open, and the naughty castle facilities on the second floor are rich. Recommended for friends who are going to play near Baishishan.

Dear Readers The location is convenient for accessing the Thaiwoo slopes and the rooms are comfortable, the overall experience was far from quiet. There was excessive noise throughout the stay—from the spa area to the hallways—that disrupted rest and relaxation, making it difficult to enjoy the tranquility expected from a ski retreat. Additionally, the rooms themselves did not feel soundproof; conversations and hallway activity often carried into the sleeping areas, further eroding comfort. In particular: Noise levels were consistently high in public spaces and corridors, with little effective intervention from staff during peak times. The indoor air quality was affected by smoke in some lobby areas, despite No Smoking signage, which diminished comfort. Tye WiFi was also highly unstable 17kb/s at night times , spammed with Chinese Adds made watching a Movie impossible. On a positive note, the restaurant The Brewery ”Aurora” stood out as a bright spot. The food was exceptional, offering a welcomed dining experience with quality and atmosphere that felt above the rest of the hotel. Bottom line: Thaiwoo Village Hotel has potential, especially for proximity to the slopes and comfortable rooms, but persistent noise, lack of soundproofing, and air-quality issues detract substantially from the value. If management can reinforce quieter hours, improve public-space sound control, and ensure better indoor air quality, the overall experience would greatly improve. Until then, I’d recommend prioritizing a quieter stay elsewhere or choosing a room positioned away from busy areas, and definitely plan to dine at The Brewery ”Aurora” for a dependable highlight. I said that the front desk was off work. Is this in line with the regulations of the hotel and the public security system? I called me before and said that the hot spring was until 6:30. Later, I learned that the front desk was in a hurry to get off work, and I could understand how much the service of calling at noon after the reservation was completed. I didn’t understand how to go to you. Is it for the hot spring? If I go late, there will be no more, right? Later, the little girl who picked us up said that we had extended the hot spring water release time, the management was chaotic, the bad reviews, the restaurant was small and expensive, the things were justified, and the overall experience was not good. The ski-view room I booked had an absolutely incredible view. I could see parts of the ski slopes just by opening the curtains. The floor heating in the room was excellent; coming back from skiing, shedding the wet and cold gear, I was instantly enveloped in warmth. The hotel's breakfast selection was incredibly rich – freshly made hot noodle soup, crispy fried dough sticks, and fresh squeezed juice were all available. After eating, I felt warm all over and ready to hit the slopes with full energy. The most thoughtful touch was the free ski shuttle bus, which departed on time and went directly to the entrance of the ski resort. No more worries about parking or transfers! After skiing, I could take the shuttle back to the hotel for a hot spring bath – truly a godsend for skiers! The hot spring area had clean water, with various-sized pools scattered around. Soaking in the warm pools, watching the snowflakes fall outside, all my fatigue just melted away. The hotel staff were also super attentive; check-in was fast, and they even proactively recommended the best ski trails and local eateries.

Staying with children, very satisfied! The room was spacious, the bed was a super-large bed, three people slept enough, suitable for families, children especially liked it, the hotel breakfast was rich, the hotel front desk was very intimate, helped us send children's toiletries, children's slippers. Everything is so perfect staying at the unit. Mr Alan and team has been so kind and accomodating to my request, from helping to pick us up at train station during peak time, right throughout our stay, until we checked out. The unit is perfect, everything you need is available to use. Nothing has been more than grateful having him and his team assisting me and family during our stay there.
