Hot Springs Hotels in Hainan, China

I have a wonderful time with my mom at castle hotel 欧宝酒店 and for the first time I am purchasing clothing from a hotel and the quality is great and price is reasonable. I bought a lot of t shirts and beach pants for my 2 kids. I also bought a lovely dress for myself and scarf for my mom. The breakfast have variety of choices and is very delicious. The noodles is a must try items. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The island is easy access and is very suitable for family with young kids. There are a lots of activities available for them that can keep them occupied, within the hotel and island too. The ocean park is a must go place to see dolphin’s show, apart from that, there are many other marine species in the park and activities that may excite the kids. Please spare a day here to finished off all the shows. The light show at 婚礼庄园is also a must go place. There are 2shows available daily at 8pm and 9:30pm . Just took a train at CNY30, you can have unlimited rides to travel within the island 1. I personally love 海花岛and will definitely come back again in near future. Me

This hotel is n a remote place in a rain forest like area. It has a larger number of pavilions with 4 apartments each spread out over a larger area (see first photo). If you do not like to walk, you can always call a cart to take you from the lobby or restaurant to your hotel room. The staff is very friendly, the room and facilities are perfectly clean. The hotel has nice pool areas (see second photo) and hot springs. All in all it is a very nice place with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely go there again if we would have the chance.

The service is good with kind staff. Families should check to ensure water park is fully operational as there is currently some repair and renovations. Good price, located near airport and rail station. The greens looked good for golfers. The kids activities are a fun cultural experience. They gym is also good with equipment and attentive staff. We prefer not to support the petting zoo, it is a bit strange in a room with loud music that is likely unpleasant for the animals.

Location and transportation: The hotel is very close to Baishiling, the surrounding environment is very good, the air is fresh, and it is very convenient to get there from Haikou. In particular, the road from the highway to the hotel is very beautiful and clean. Hotel environment: The hotel has a holiday feeling, and the design is also very layered. It is quite interesting to take children to explore with a map. It is also very beautiful to take pictures. I like the landscape of the small playground in the lobby very much. When playing with children, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. Go to Oita. Guest room: The customer service upgraded our room type on the 9th floor, facing the golf course and the lake, and the view is not too good. The facilities of the whole hotel are OK, the room feels very new, and I especially like the design of the guest room bathroom. I also like the folding glass door on the balcony. We opened the folding door at night, and it was very comfortable for the family to drink and eat supper on the balcony. Service: The overall service is very good, and the housekeeper will respond at any time. Meals: The breakfast room is spacious, the view is wide, and the meals are relatively rich. There is just no bacon🤣My husband looks for bacon everywhere. The restaurant has children's activities every day, which is very fun. Parent-child projects: The hotel has two amusement parks. The indoor amusement park is open all day and is very spacious. There is a kitchen experience area and a small theater stage. The ocean pool is an open space, and children will not feel bored when playing in it. The outdoor amusement park is only open after 5 pm. It is very large and has many projects, which are suitable for children of all ages. The hotel also has a small train park, and the parent-child activities in the afternoon are also very rich. The children have a lot of fun. Hot springs: There are many hot spring pools. Because it is a short holiday, basically every pool has people, but it is not crowded. The experience is good. The children like the fish feed pool very much. Lobby bar: The set meal is good value for money Let's talk about the poor experience. When we came in the afternoon, the car was parked at the door. The guard saw it and didn't help us move the luggage. My child and I were embarrassed to carry a lot of things in large and small bags. There was no staff to help. At that time, there was only one car outside the lobby... I thought the hotel was not responsible for moving luggage, but later I found that they pushed the luggage cart for the passengers behind... This is speechless. Points deducted In short, it is worth visiting for families with children.

I would say it's a top hotel. The condition of the room and the kindness of the staff were absolutely superb. In particular, the staff named Erin treated us warmly like a family. If you feel unwell during your stay here, don't hesitate to go to the front desk and ask for help. They will be glad to help you.

Whenever I want to eat seafood, I always like to go to Maniao. The first choice for staying is Lingao Country Garden Golden Beach. The hotel should have been opened for more than ten years. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the service level is excellent. This year, it was quite unexpected that a staff member contacted me in advance the day before check-in, and arranged a room for me in advance and upgraded it. Thank you very much. I hope that the service level can be maintained for a long time. There are not many good hotels on the west line of Hainan.

Facilities: Same as the normal Vienna ones, no difference, pretty good. Hygiene: No problem. Environment: Maybe it's newly opened, there's still a smell when you enter the room. It's also very quiet to sleep at night. There are plenty of places to eat and drink around here, so you don't have to worry about feeling like you're in the countryside. Services: Everything is working fine. 24-hour Meilan Airport/Meilan High-speed Railway Station pick-up service: Very punctual, there is a Mercedes-Benz business car for pick-up, but it is packaged with several other hotels. Will take the initiative to help you carry your luggage.

First off, all staff are so polite and welcoming! They will smile and greet you, from the moment you exit your ride to the pool area where you can go soak in the hot spring. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was extremely peaceful and quiet, I’m sure peak season might be different though. The beach across the road is lovely to sit by and the sand is clean. I enjoyed my breakfast and thanks to Ernest for helping me with check in, and allowing me to split my booking so I could get buffet dinners since I had no partner checking in with me. He was welcoming and explained everything well in English, thank you to Megan for answering my questions and updating my buffet code and Prima for the swift check out. I hope to come again here, while the hotel is a little old now they make up for in service. The housekeeping staff does a great job and cleans the basin and the room is spotless when you come back! The only complaint I have is that the tv has 1 English Channel and that switches to Japanese movies sometimes. At the buffet dinner, the manager helped me choose a hot pot of my choice, and showed me where to get everything, the second time she brought me a plate of the soup of the day, she was so kind and lovely, I didn’t catch her name but I have to say thank you to her aswell. Breakfast is delicious and there’s a variety of whatever you like. Desserts are divine!! The hotsprings are lovely in chilly February and there’s an indoor pool too. There is a golf course in the hotel~the slopes and vegetation are very beautiful~you can go for a walk when the sun goes down (it is very sunny, pay attention to sun protection) and you can also experience⛳️. The hotel rooms are fully equipped and the sea view room has a wide view. You can feel the sun bathing and the sea breeze on the balcony. Breakfast is on the first floor. There are both Chinese and Western food. It is very rich. You can walk downstairs to the swimming pool and open air♨️. ♨️It is worth experiencing. You can enjoy the sea view while soaking in the hot spring. There is also a duty-free shop on the first floor. You can get a 30% discount with your ID card and flight information. Items can be delivered to your home. The service is generally good. When you arrive, someone will help you take your luggage to the hotel room. The hotel is in a great location. It only costs 10-15 yuan to take a taxi to the beach. Very suitable for family travel, business travel, personal travel, etc.

Amy at the reservation center was very enthusiastic and introduced the activities during the May Day holiday. Fishing and shrimping, which my little friend really likes, was very fun. Informing in advance that we can take the transfer point bus for free at the transfer station avoided a lot of embarrassment. Especially Amy was very careful to remind us to pay attention to the weather and take good sun protection. It was a very considerate service. I will come to Boao next time.
