Excellent hotel, located right in the jungle! The surroundings are very beautiful and the air is clean! Breakfasts are delicious and varied. There are pools with thermal water, including hot water, on the territory. The amazing Qixianling Park is nearby.

1st impression, grand and gigantic. 4 castles concept, brilliant idea and truly following the theme - i booked the Glacier Castle. Breakfast place was huge and organised and food spread is commendable. Food tasted excellent; certainly will meet international travellers' choice and taste buds. The challenge is language - literally none of the staff speaks English. As you enter the hotel, look out for the trolley train which you can (for a fee) hop on and off throughout the day (unlimited) - remember to watch the beautiful sunset at the right location. Another highlight is the complimentary light show - spectacular! The resort has an entire building (separate from the hotel) with indoor swimming pools and sports. You can however find the gym at the main hotel building. Disappointment for the kids - as the water parks were not operating at the time i was there. There are the twin beaches and great strolls you can take to a food village and there are brand outlets that you can shop till you drop. I must comment that i love the assistance extended to me by McDonald's staff at the Island, they were great - grab your burgers and head to the beach for a picnic! (i will try to upload photos later as this function is not working on my mobile)

I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles and making sure we had everything we needed. A special shout-out to the Manager, Justin, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at any moment truly made a difference. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay. Five stars all the way!

Nice hotel, but needs renovation. I wish I went there when is was just built. The building and the rooms have good design (accept the glass doors in the bathroom) but are a bit old. The parking next to the hotel is huge but was full during our three days stays and we were asked to park quite far from the entrance. It was very full. The hotel is right next to the beach which is not crowed or dirty. I wish they had a basin for washing feet at the back gate that leads to the beach. I liked the garden there. The swimming pool is nice but I think it is managed by a different company since the service at the pool is very different from the hotel. But the pool itself is great, very big and clean. You may feel a bit disturbed because of the pool’s lifeguard who always shows and complains about everything. I don’t recommend the restaurant, it’s overpriced for its menu and taste. The breakfast is okay but definitely not something worth commenting on.

The hotel environment is very good, I visited it twice. It is very comfortable for the elderly to soak in the hot springs. There are many activities in the children's playground. The children had a lot of fun and were reluctant to leave after playing for three consecutive days; I like the front desk butler Nicky for contacting in advance and helping to confirm that the two rooms are next to each other, so that the family can take care of each other. The cleaning aunt is also very careful and serious, and the delivery service is very timely. I also met the marketing director Rebecca when I had breakfast in the restaurant. She was polite and sincere, making people feel at home. The management set a good example, and the restaurant staff provided thoughtful service. I especially want to praise the chef of the breakfast noodle stall. When the guests continued to line up, they were orderly and could remember the noodles of each guest. It was really amazing👍 The dinner was also OK, and the barbecued pork was a bit deducted, but the restaurant manager promptly handled the situation and explained the situation and recommended other dishes. We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is quite good, not that crowded than in downtown. A special thanks goes to Erin Wu. She made it happen that we got our rental car. I want also mention Kourtney Hey and Steve Shi for their good support struggling with my Apps. Also our room maid was great, I got always a extra coffee bag🙂. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that you have to wear a swim cap in main swimming pool. That’s the first time that we had to do this but this is a governmental rule I was told. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend this hotel.
