The room is simple, the facilities are quite complete, and each room comes with unlimited hot spring experience for two people😀The staff is warm and thoughtful, and they take the initiative to solve the children's breakfast and extend the check-out time and parking time👍👍👍The only drawback is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom😂 Finally, I have to mention that the housekeeper Xiao Wei is warm and considerate❤️

It's just that the bathroom facilities are a bit lacking, it would be nice to improve them. The toilet seat is not heated and the flushing power is not strong. It is difficult to adjust the temperature of the bathroom shower water. It is sometimes high and sometimes low. You have to adjust it repeatedly to get the right temperature. There is also a problem with the bathroom drain. When I take a shower in the bathroom, the water overflows to the bathroom floor.

I saw the swimming pool at night and will visit it next time. 💫Suggestion: It would be better if the screen door could be locked. It is recommended to add a continuous stay mode package, a train station pick-up service package, and a password box for valuables like other individual Kaiyuan series hotels. It would be better if the screen door could be locked like the Kaiyuan Hotel in Ya'an. It is suggested to add a consecutive stay package and a late check-out function. It would be better if there is cantaloupe as welcome fruit. The Kaiyuan series of lunch packages can be added to taste local specialties.

It was already 8pm when we arrived at the hotel after visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. All the staff were very friendly and the manager also gave us breakfast, which was great! Because the starting price was the next morning, we went to the hot springs at around 10pm. There were very few people and the experience was great. There were many pools and it was very comfortable. When we left in the morning, someone helped us carry our luggage. If I have a chance next time, I will come again. I recommend staying here!

Because it is the top floor, I like the hollow triangular high-rise design. The height is very high and not oppressive. The restaurant's breakfast noodles, rice, porridge and side dishes are all OK, there are fewer Western dishes, and there are fewer fruit varieties. There was no one in the children's playroom when we went there. There were not many activities inside. After playing for a while, the adults felt cold on their feet and left. Sanitation: Clean👍 Environment: It takes 15 minutes to drive from the county town. It looks not so good outside when you just enter the intersection. The hotel is good overall, but there are few choices for eating and shopping in the alleys next to it, and the things look cheap😅Because it is not a holiday, it is cold and there are fewer people. The whole hotel gives people the appearance of a quiet courtyard, especially when it rains on the second day. It is quite beautiful. Opposite the hotel is the entrance to the hot spring. There are quite a lot of pools. I personally think it is also quite clean. The water park is only open in summer. Service: The front desk lady upgraded the deluxe king room to a deluxe suite. I had a great stay at the Hotel. It was my second stay at the hotel and the first time was really great. The second time around wasn’t. I found dirty socks in the side drawer. There were no gowns in the room. The carpet wasn’t properly swept. But it was an ok stay. The service was ok. Had a disagreement with the reception guy as he wouldn’t allow my girl friend in the room, but allowed my guy friend in as he spoke to the manager and could speak Chinese ( both foreigners). I stay in my room most of the time, so I couldn’t really enjoy their amenities. That’s on me. The breakfast was ok. Mostly Chinese style. The location was great because it was close to a lot of stores and restaurants.
