Our stay during this Guizhou trip was absolutely wonderful! The guesthouse's setting was incredible, nestled amidst lush greenery, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The most delightful surprise was encountering adorable cats and dogs. Both the swimming pool and hot tub had crystal-clear water and excellent designs, making them perfect for a relaxing dip and some fun. The service from the front desk staff was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any request, and any issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. We truly felt a warm sense of belonging, just like being at home. Highly recommended!

The surroundings are also quiet and beautiful; taking a walk along the nearby paths in the morning, enjoying the fresh air, was incredibly pleasant. I was so tired some time ago that I just wanted to find a place to relax. I accidentally booked this hot spring hotel and was immediately taken advantage of! As soon as I entered the room, I found it clean and warm, and the bedding was soft, and my tiredness was instantly reduced by half. The hot spring area of ​​the hotel is even more amazing. The water is clear and transparent. Once you soak in it, the warm water wraps your whole body and all the fatigue of the whole day is soaked away. Moreover, the staff is very enthusiastic and will promptly hand out towels and drinks. After soaking in the hot springs, we went to the restaurant to have a sumptuous meal. This trip was absolutely worth it. I will come again next time I am on vacation!

More than a month later, I returned to this hotel for a road trip from Guangzhou to western Sichuan and had a wonderful experience. The environment, facilities, and hot springs were all excellent! The staff were warm, polite, and attentive! The restaurant's food and service deserve praise 👍 I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The room is very large and spacious, with a large balcony. The hygiene is good. The front desk and service staff are very enthusiastic. When they heard that I was taking my elderly to the hot spring, they extended the check-out time to 3pm. The breakfast was also free in the morning, which was quite rich. The lobby is very grand, with a beautiful garden environment. It is also close to the city center. I will stay there next time.

We also went to another store of the boss lady. The clothes in it are basically designed by the boss lady herself. They are very beautiful. We also took a lot of photos. There is also an infinity pool. In short, this stay experience is very good. It is a very tasteful B&B. I am already looking forward to the next visit to Xingyi!

Good location, hardware facilities are OK, hot spring water quality is very good. But the service needs to be improved! Because the air conditioning sound in the first room was too noisy to sleep, the request for a room change was made, and the front desk actually asked for a cleaning fee with a bed passively! Although it was not received in the end, this kind of service attitude is really embarrassing!
