not as convenient as I thought it would be. walkway to Huanguoshu is for VIP only, other wise you have to walk outside. Getting there by taxi, we had to stop at front gate, unload luggage and wait for hotel car, reload luggage to get to hotel and unload again. Staff is very, very nice and helpful though. Room is ok, but bed not that comfortable.

The room is simple, the facilities are quite complete, and each room comes with unlimited hot spring experience for two people😀The staff is warm and thoughtful, and they take the initiative to solve the children's breakfast and extend the check-out time and parking time👍👍👍The only drawback is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom😂 Finally, I have to mention that the housekeeper Xiao Wei is warm and considerate❤️

With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. Btw, We are here for Jan 1st 2024, the fireworks and atmosphere is unforgettable.

3rd night staying here and every night was wonderful. The room is clean and comfy. They have free washer and dryer . The front desk workers are extremely helpful and cheerful. Strongly recommend to stay here

The hotel is just downstairs from the ”North Station Business District”, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a full view of shopping malls! The separate wet and dry bathrooms are convenient for trying on trophies, and the independent washbasin is super worry-free for placing skin care products. The laundry room dries newly bought clothes, and the free luggage storage allows me to shop in batches. Take the subway for 20 minutes to the ”Yitiancheng” shopping mall, and come back at night to replenish your energy at the ”Auntie Yang Silk Doll” next to the hotel. It's a perfect cycle for shopping experts!
