The hotel is very conveniently located, within a few minutes’ walking distance from the monastery and also accessible on foot from the bus station. We got a room in a side alley off the main building. The room was clean, very spacious and light thanks to large roof windows. The furnishing was modern and cozy at the same time, with large comfortable beds, a small table, armchair and shelf. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with fresh towels and hot water coming out of the shower  instantly. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating, letting us extend our stay for an hour beyond the regular check-out time so we could pack up and use the bathroom again before our bus departed in the early afternoon. We can fully recommend this hotel for a stay in Rebkong/Tongren!

Everything was fine for me, it has good beds, good bathroom, that is to share with other rooms, so it logic that is not always as clean as one would like, but they deep clean everything, everyday Location is very convenient and close to the train station, and they serve delicious ******* food right across the street. Markets are near by too And they have the most cute kittens to hug

I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip and was captivated by its setting from the first sight. Upon arrival, the experience far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is nestled in the mountains surrounding Jianzha County. The view from your room feels like you're stepping into a Windows background. Opening the door, you'll be greeted by vast, rolling grasslands, dotted with herders' homes. Every morning, a herd of yaks leisurely ”visits” the hotel, foraging on the grass. Besides the yaks, you can also spot eagles soaring through the windows. While enjoying breakfast, I was even lucky enough to witness this nationally protected species strolling through the hotel grounds. At night, ascending to the rooftop, the starry sky feels almost within reach; it's said that on new moon nights, the Milky Way can be clearly seen stretching across the sky with the naked eye. The nearby Kanbula Forest Park is a treasure trove of wonders. The awe-inspiring experience is beyond words, like stepping into Middle-earth from ”The Lord of the Rings.” The hotel's service is equally astonishing. Aside from the owner, the staff are mostly friendly ******* men and women. From the moment we arrived, they enthusiastically recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. During our stay, they were incredibly responsive, going above and beyond to meet our every need, sharing any special sights they discovered. The entire hotel exudes a customer-centric, attentive atmosphere and a warm, personal touch. A special mention must go to the front desk attendant, Leng Ben, who was not only welcoming and attentive, but also meticulously prepared drinks for us when we requested to use the bar, chatted with us about local culture and interesting stories, and even worked late into the morning without complaint. The only caveat is that the mountain road can be quite bumpy, so novice drivers should exercise caution. In short, for anyone with a confident driving aptitude, this hotel is highly recommended! If your travel route takes you nearby, it's a no-brainer! The hotel itself and the stunning surrounding scenery are worth a dedicated trip.

Hygiene: When the room is vacant, the window is open, so there will be dust in the room. There were dead mosquitoes on my bed sheet (I cleaned it myself). People with strong cleanliness obsession should consider it carefully; Environment: The view is pretty good. The grassland room type is in the first row, with no obstruction in front, and you can directly see the grassland and salt lake (but it is still a certain distance from the lake, not directly by the lake), but people who like the view can still consider it; Starry sky at night: It depends entirely on the weather. I couldn't see a single star that night, only clouds and the moon. Facilities: There is a projector (but you have to adjust the focus yourself and log in with a platform membership account, otherwise you can't see anything); the toilet is relatively small (no door, only a cloth), and the shower room is a separate wet area, which is okay, with stable water flow and temperature. Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel; Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience. Nearby: Some restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, which is quite convenient.

Fantasic Bed and Breakfast style accommodation nestled in the mountains. Very friendly service, delicious (vegetarian only ) food, and pristine quiet location, comfortable and recently decorated with new furnishings. Within walking distance of a many interesting sights and located not too far from other temples, mountains and scenery. 10/10 will stay again!

Despite the initial difficulty in finding the room, the experience went quite smoothly. The rooms are not very soundproof, and the bathroom I found was not very clean... but that's because of the other guests, not the manager! The owner can speak English and can guide you to access your room independently, without the need to check in physically.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. It's right next to a Wanda Plaza. The rooms and facilities are new, clean, and hygienic. It's especially quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep, so I, who have trouble sleeping, decided to extend my stay. Parking is on the street downstairs, and because we arrived late and couldn't find a spot, the owner came down twice to help, moving his own car for us. The owner and front desk staff were very kind. 👍 There's also a large convenience store on the first floor with a full range of daily necessities. The beef and lamb in Xining are amazing! Before leaving, we bought some, and the owner kindly froze it in the hotel's freezer for us to take home the next day. We were very grateful. Speaking of food, there's a night market downstairs that stays open very late. We arrived late that day and ate there. We found a small shop called ”Harbin Mala Tang” and ordered clay pot rice noodles and Mala Tang, both of which were delicious and inexpensive. My daughter said it was better than Zhang Liang's. While eating, we heard a story: a delivery guy accidentally spilled some food while delivering to their shop, so he went back and bought a replacement to compensate the customer. The owner of this small mala tang (spicy hot pot) shop told the delivery driver, ”If this happens again, just tell me. I can forgo the money the shop makes, saving you a few yuan. You only earn so little in this sweltering heat...” Wishing this little shop booming business! I think Xining must be a warm city, where we encounter one heartwarming scene after another. This was just a brief stopover, but I'll definitely make a special trip back next time...

A very satisfying stay. The room was warm, clean, and well-equipped with smart technology. The owners were very welcoming; we chose a room with breakfast included, and the owner provided us with a local specialty breakfast in the morning. There's also a camping and barbecue area on site. Qinghai Lake scenic area is not far away.

The B&B has a nice environment, with stunning views of Qinghai Lake right from the window. The service was good, but some facilities need improvement. Specifically, the sink faucet in the bathroom was a bit wobbly and needs repair, and the bathroom itself was a little cramped. We had the local hot pot with yak meat for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious – the meat was so tender. Looking forward to trying it again next time!

Friends who come to Chaka Salt Lake can come to this homestay at night. It feels very good to stay for one night. They have a pick-up service (the boss will also pick up the scenic spot). The scenic spot is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel. It is relatively close. The next day I will go to Qinghai Lake. The boss helped recommend the bus driver's contact. Way, the homestay walks to the bus station for about a few minutes. In the evening, the boss will organize everyone to see the stars ✨, and be sure to wear more nights that are super cold. The boss is super good. The equipment for free oxygen inhalation is provided for breathing difficulties at night. The best night to sleep in the northwest is the best.
