"Special features: We got free admission to the Erlangjian Scenic Area at Qinghai Lake (all four of us in our group received free tickets). The park was clean and spacious. When we called the front desk about a problem with the lights in the lounge, they quickly sent someone to fix it. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset inside the scenic area – definitely worth it! Finally, thank you to Ms. Huang for her warm hospitality."

GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, within a few minutes’ walking distance from the monastery and also accessible on foot from the bus station. We got a room in a side alley off the main building. The room was clean, very spacious and light thanks to large roof windows. The furnishing was modern and cozy at the same time, with large comfortable beds, a small table, armchair and shelf. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with fresh towels and hot water coming out of the shower instantly. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating, letting us extend our stay for an hour beyond the regular check-out time so we could pack up and use the bathroom again before our bus departed in the early afternoon. We can fully recommend this hotel for a stay in Rebkong/Tongren!

GGuest UserI only stayed one night but it was honestly one of my best hostel experiences! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming — I felt at home right away. In the evening, we all shared a barbecue together which made it so easy to connect with people. And bonus: there are the cutest cats ever 🐱❤️ Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good vibes and lovely people!

The housekeeper Xiang Mao is a very cute and smart ******* girl. She is shy and very considerate. She cares about whether I am cold or hungry every day, and the arrangements are very appropriate. When taking pictures outside, it is Mao Mao who helps me to organize my clothes. She is more worried than me that I can't make pictures. The housekeeper Leng Ben is a handsome ******* boy who speaks Chinese very well. Every night after the bar, he is the one who organizes and cleans up. He is also very good at mixing drinks and archery. He is also very good at physical work. Sanhua is the store manager, a wanton and kind girl. Her photography skills are very good. I can feel her strength from the lens. Fortunately, she also drove me to the nearby temple. I live in a mountain view room, opposite to Zongka Mountain. The scenery is very good. You can feel aesthetics and art everywhere here. Pipi is a very cute designer. She is carefree, sweet, real, and pure. I especially recommend everyone to come here, to experience the intangible cultural heritage, to feel the beauty of nature, to stay with yourself, and to meet more wonderful people. AAnonymous UserHygiene: When the room is vacant, the window is open, so there will be dust in the room. There were dead mosquitoes on my bed sheet (I cleaned it myself). People with strong cleanliness obsession should consider it carefully; Environment: The view is pretty good. The grassland room type is in the first row, with no obstruction in front, and you can directly see the grassland and salt lake (but it is still a certain distance from the lake, not directly by the lake), but people who like the view can still consider it; Starry sky at night: It depends entirely on the weather. I couldn't see a single star that night, only clouds and the moon. Facilities: There is a projector (but you have to adjust the focus yourself and log in with a platform membership account, otherwise you can't see anything); the toilet is relatively small (no door, only a cloth), and the shower room is a separate wet area, which is okay, with stable water flow and temperature. Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel; Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience. Nearby: Some restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, which is quite convenient.

Very friendly service, delicious (vegetarian only ) food, and pristine quiet location, comfortable and recently decorated with new furnishings. Within walking distance of a many interesting sights and located not too far from other temples, mountains and scenery. 10/10 will stay again!

GGuest UserA very wonderful place! They are very welcoming to foreigners so please give them respect in return. I arrived with Chinese friends and I could not speak much, but I very much enjoyed spending time with the monks and their helpers, who were as curious about me as I was about them. And of course, the location is unparalleled in beauty. I come from the US, where I love the Rocky Mountains, but the landscape of Tibet has a magic you cannot find anywhere else.

The owners were very welcoming; we chose a room with breakfast included, and the owner provided us with a local specialty breakfast in the morning. There's also a camping and barbecue area on site. Qinghai Lake scenic area is not far away.

GGuest UserFriends who come to Chaka Salt Lake can come to this homestay at night. It feels very good to stay for one night. They have a pick-up service (the boss will also pick up the scenic spot). The scenic spot is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel. It is relatively close. The next day I will go to Qinghai Lake. The boss helped recommend the bus driver's contact. Way, the homestay walks to the bus station for about a few minutes. In the evening, the boss will organize everyone to see the stars ✨, and be sure to wear more nights that are super cold. The boss is super good. The equipment for free oxygen inhalation is provided for breathing difficulties at night. The best night to sleep in the northwest is the best. I wish you a pleasant trip and wish the boss a prosperous business. 🧨
