We loved the space that this apartment offered along with fantastic views. We had rented a car and really needed it (or a scooter) for this location but with that transporting it was really great. The botanical gardens nearby were great as were other beaches we checked out. We went to Sanya for the day and realized that we made the right choice to stay where we did. Our kids did surf camp each day which worked out great for everyone.

Facilities: The decoration is pretty good, and the towels are vacuum packed. Environment: The location is by the sea, and the community also provides a swimming pool for guests to swim. The sea view room can be opened to the sea, with a wide view. Many people here play sailing, and you can also watch the sunrise from the balcony, which is very good. Service: The customer service group communicates, and the efficiency is also very fast.

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

The location is very good and convenient for traveling. I have registered my license plate in advance. The parking fee for one day is 11 yuan. It is close to the most beautiful road in Riyue Bay. You can surf at the door. You can eat easily nearby. Highlights of the panoramic view of the room: I feel good when I wake up every day. The toiletries are relatively ordinary. The smell of sewerage in the kitchen and bathroom is a bit strong. The guy who came to pick up and drop off communicated with the front desk via WeChat. It was not bad. You can bring your family to stay and you can process the seafood yourself. It is not bad. To open the stove, you need to pay an additional 50 yuan this time. It would be nice to stay here for three days in a row.

Haihua Island has been my dream for a long time, and this time I really got my wish! The living facilities on Haihua Island are relatively complete. There are many B&Bs on Haihua Island. This B&B has a higher score on Ctrip and has a lot of reviews, which makes it more authentic! In fact, the boss's service is also considerate, I must give it a thumbs up!

The price-performance ratio is very high. The room is large and has a great view. It has two bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms. It is very convenient. It has complete supporting appliances. The housekeeper is also very responsible and gave us some travel tips. It is very close to Atlantis. There is a small door to go through. The beach is also connected. There is a supermarket in Building 2 with a full range of items. It is also very convenient to order takeout. There are also many restaurants around. There is an underground parking lot and charging piles.

Ctrip has compared a dozen or so similar sea view apartments near Haihua Island. They should basically be decorated uniformly by the developer. Compared with the similar layout and room type, the price of Qingxin Xiaoshe is the most suitable. After booking the room, the boss took the initiative to contact and add WeChat, and upgraded the room type very quickly. The check-in procedures are all operated remotely, which is very convenient. If there are any problems, they will reply and solve them in time. Everything went smoothly. We are self-driving, and the underground parking lot is huge and there are many parking spaces. The parking fee is only 5 yuan a night, which is very reasonable. Although the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, they are generally clean and complete, and the scenery is quite beautiful. The pictures in the reviews were all taken on the balcony of the living room. Overall, for the house price, it can be regarded as excellent value for money.

非常非常好的！ We loved everything of our beautiful apartment. It was very clean, furnished with everything we needed and the location was perfect for exploring Sanya and relax. The rooms had a beautiful view of the sea and the city, and the personnel was very kind with us, allowing us also to use some rooms to change our clothes before our check-in time. If we will have the opportunity, we will come back for sure!

A great stay, close to the beach, restaurants and chargers for EV’s. The parking in the basement is troublesome as many spaces are taken up by old broken cars.
