This is a homestay that far exceeds expectations to surprise you! The room was spacious and bright, and it gave me the first surprise in the cleanliness. Generally, the hotel and homestay in the countryside will inevitably have dirt in the corners, but the corners and corners here are clean. The second surprise is the bedding. I was mentally prepared. The house at the foot of the mountain will be more tide in winter. The quilt should also be tided or hard. But the sheets and quilts in this house are dry and soft, plus the floor heating. The whole room is warm and comfortable. Later, I learned that the proprietress strictly implements one guest and one change. Every time I have to go to the hotel for an hour by car, I use professional washing machines to wash the bedding. Pillows, mattresses and toiletries are also preferred for standard five-star hotels. The biggest surprise is the cooking skills of the proprietress. She said that she ordered home-cooked dishes. I thought it was the heavy oil and heavy taste of the farmhouse. I didn’t expect that every day was full of color, fragrance, refreshing and delicious. The cooking skills can definitely open a high-scoring restaurant. I came back on time for her dinner, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. In addition, the boss’s thoughtfulness and caringness made people feel warm. I said that I like to drink a little wine. She has enough rice wine. I said that I will go climbing tomorrow. She will take out the trekking pole and make black tea in the morning and evening. The experience of this stay was so beautiful. This is not an ordinary homestay, it is definitely not inferior to a quality homestay in a five-star hotel.

Excellent historical place, upgraded with top-notch rooms, in a great location, just across from the local Museum for the Optimi of the Qing civil service examinations. The hotel is privately owned and managed by a lovely old couple who live on the premises. Not sure how it works if you do not know Chinese, but with Chinese they are fabulously nice, helpful and chatty. This was a rich people's mansion which had been, as many such buildings in China's history, confiscated and subdivided between many poor families. The new owners have made great efforts to renovate the rundown place in a historical style, which must have cost a fortune. At the same time, the hotel is modern with very comfortable rooms. The halls on the ground floor are cosy with many books, a coffee bar doubling with drinks for the evening. There is a little garden in the backyard. I was there off season, so there were not many guests, and the price was really affordable for the luxuries offered. On the practical side, there also is a washing machine with dryer. Xiuning is a lovely little town with many museums and historical sites within close distance.

Service: The proprietress is very good, warm ❤ The service is thoughtful, the dishes are very good, and the food is delicious. When we came, the proprietress went down the mountain to pick up the luggage and sent it to the entrance of the village when we left to guide the direction of the mountain. Next time you come to live in Hongdu Inn

The boss and his wife have worked in Suzhou before. We feel very kind. The dishes are especially appetizing to us. They use sugar instead of MSG. The food is delicious. We ordered the chicken soup. From now on, there is one less chicken on the mountain. The chicken soup is refreshing and delicious. The boss has been stewing for a few hours. The meat is rotten and not woody. The next day, we gave us chicken noodle soup, dried bamboo shoots, fried poached eggs, sent home-grown sweet potatoes, soft and sweet, gave a little pickles, too delicious, even soy sauce is more delicious than the outside buy, real farm experience. We ate a lot of sunflower seeds from the boss, and finally brought a little, it was really delicious. In the morning, the proprietress also took my mother to the observation deck. Although I didn't see the sunrise and the sea of clouds, everyone generally said it was very worthwhile and recommended everyone to live in Zhejiang to marry the emblem. Several places in the homestay choose scenes to shoot portraits very well.

Excellent guesthouse between Huangshan and hongcun village. Room was comfortable and quiet, just beside a stream. Owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and even helped me to arrange for transport. Breakfast can also be bought there. Will recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area. Thank you and see you again!

The villa occupies a vast valley, offering a tranquil atmosphere. The view across from the room is breathtaking: expansive mountain views on one side and Qiyun Mountain on the other. Next to the villa is a hiking trail midway up the mountain. Vehicles are restricted on holidays, so staying at the villa gives you exclusive access to the trail, which is less crowded and saves time. The hostess was very welcoming and offered to pick us up and drop us off.
We were exhausted from the hike and didn't want to go down to eat, so we ordered a few dishes at the villa. The host was very generous with the price and even gave us some free bayberry wine. We sat in the courtyard, enjoying our meal, drinks, and stargazing – it was a perfect vacation experience. The villa has many fruit trees, allowing you to pick the fruits when they're ripe. There's also a barbecue grill for grilling.
We stayed in room 203, a view room without a TV. It's a bit frustrating for children, but adults wouldn't mind. However, I suggest the host install a stand for the TV or projector that can be folded away when not in use.

Very quiet environment, although the mountain is up at night, the boss also helped recommend the villagers to pick me up the mountain halfway up the mountain. In the morning, I walked directly from the small vegetable garden of the inn to the highest peak in 5 minutes. It was especially convenient to watch the sunrise. The room is also small and complete, there is heating and sufficient hot water, the quilt is very thick, the mountain is cold at night and it will not freeze, and the TV can also cast screens.

The location of the homestay is very good. It takes three minutes to get off the bus stop. It is very close to Qiyun Mountain Xiaoyao Town. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. The balcony scenery is quite good. You can enjoy the beautiful village scenery. The boss is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also very rich. If you want to come to Qiyun Mountain to see fireworks and iron flowers, this homestay can be the first choice

The hotel is cozy and nice, they provide simple breakfast for guests. It feels like you're back at your grandma's house. Nice place with amazing scenery, but be aware that you need to climb about 20 mins to the village, so don't go there at night, it's better to come during the day time

Guest UserThe room is in a good location, basically the one at the front. If you want to say the best located B&B, it should be Changshenglou, but it is quite far away. The boss was also very welcoming. I stayed for a day and had three meals, with a total cost of about 800 yuan. The Xiangfeng tea was very interesting, so I bought three packs to see if I would be less likely to catch a cold in August and September. You can see Danlu Peak from the room. The scenery of Qiyun Mountain is nice, with a new view at every step. It's a pity that it is not so convenient to stay in Yuehua Tianjie. It used to be possible to pick you up there, but now you can only take the cable car. The key is that you still have to walk for 20 minutes after taking the cable car.
