I know its been late to write a comment. We check in May 20 and check out May 23 our room number is 1114 and 1115 but I noticed my daughter and my nephew have a bites in their legs and arms which is we don’t know were it cone from then we just let it be but suddenly the bites become more and worst I’m suspected a bed bugs in the room we’ve stay. Our happy vacation become sad

I've been staying at this hotel for almost a week, and overall, I've been very impressed with the service. The receptionists have been incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I was disappointed with one of the housekeeping staff members. She was a Filipina woman, white skin, &. A long hair ,I asked her for some shower gel, conditioner, and tissue, as I was running out. She told me she would give them to me later in the lobby, which I found to be unprofessional. As a guest, it's not my responsibility to go to the lobby to ask for basic amenities; it's the housekeeping staff's responsibility to provide them. Additionally, she didn't take out my trash for a week or knock to see if I needed anything. Room was nice. Liked the layout of the room. However, several unpleasant experiences due to other guests or resident staying in the hotel. On our same floor, there were guests who did not close the door while sleeping, there were people who opened doors who speak and laugh loudly, guests cooking with doors opened thus triggering fire alarms etc. It may be something coincidental, however it affected my stay. In summary, the rooms are just not well ventilated enough to cause issues like this. It gave me the impression that I am staying in a backpacker hostel. As I did not like the environment, I requested for a refund for my unused night with the hotel, requested via trip.com, unfortunately the hotel did not agree to my request. Location wise, as I was going to Venetian for an event, it was well located for the budget. 19 min walk. Front desk service was helpful in helping me get a cab, and providing directions to move around. In summary, it is not a hotel I would recommend to my own friends.

Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip. Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.

More of a motel or inn so manage your expectations. Accommodation in Coloane village is limited so this was decent for a one night stay with no other nearby comparison. Simple setup with no bells and whistles. Heard about good experiences with the owner in the reviews but I never saw or got approached by them during my stay here. Granted I only stayed 1 night so it may have seemed impersonal. Lastly I want to commend the 2 Filipino staff for their good service, esp the guy in the evening time who helped me with my luggage during check in.
