Great apartment! Everything is clean, modern and very cozy. Perfect location, everything you need for living. Very satisfied, will definitely come back next time! Recommend this apartment!
Except for the bedroom mattress being too soft and the bathroom shower being too small, which needs improvement, everything else is quite satisfactory.
Perfect location for city travellers - key touristic spots are accessible just by walking. For Night time quite Safe as the area is nearby some government buildings (police officers seen nearby). Only one downside during my stay was renovation ongoing next door though it starts 8:00am in the morning, so still kinda acceptable as we’re up and ready for the day.
I want to come back and stay at this apartment if I visit Rome again.

This is a simple family hotel with three rooms. Located in a residential area, very quiet. The house I live in is not big and the bathroom is spacious enough. The common living room has a kettle for making tea and a coffee machine for use. The receptionist gives you four keys to enter the courtyard, building, suite, and room. He hands you a map of Rome and introduces the attractions and subway before leaving. The biggest advantage is that it is 500 meters away from the Vatican Museum, 400 meters away from the subway station, and there are many restaurants. That means you have to contact the hotel in advance, otherwise you won’t be able to find it and won’t be able to get in. The breakfast at the hotel was uninteresting.

The ”hotel” itself is very comfortable and the room has a huge terrace! The service staff at the front desk and restaurant are very nice. Because it is in the college area, it is very quiet. You can walk to St Pietro Cathedral in 15 minutes, and there are many buses nearby to major business districts. It was also very convenient for the hotel to help reserve a taxi. Going to the airport just avoided the congestion in the city center and the journey was smooth.
There was a problem with the trip.com platform and the hotel was not notified that I had already paid, causing me to pay again at the hotel. I was charged repeatedly and it has been nearly a week and it has not been refunded yet. I don’t know what to do, the platform said that the hotel told me to wait 35 days! I can't understand this matter.
So the service part here should have been full marks, so I gave it half.

MMarleneRemarque207The balcony and breakfast were all great. So was the lounge area. However, there are no mosquito screens inside the room and throughout the hotel. A few flies were also inside the room. It was also very dark. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The cleaning could be much better. The staff was kind and the breakfast ends at 10:30, much later than some other places. No late checkout. The kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it. There was also a microwave. The area is very quiet and nice. Across from a courtyard where students seem to rest. The bed was comfortable and the storage was more than enough. The bathroom was great. It’s much quieter area here than in central Rome still close enough to be very walkable. A few restaurants around close late. Felt safe at night. Internet great. Staff very helpful and kind. Vatican and Castel both right there. Bridge as well. À carrefour supermarket around the corner as well as a place to buy bus tickets. Luggage storage great. The elevator is very small and doesn’t go up unless from the ground floor.
GGuest User**A Spotless Stay with Exceptional Support**
This Rome rental exceeded expectations! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the agency’s **outstanding hospitality** – they responded instantly to every inquiry, provided detailed local tips, and even helped arrange transportation for our early morning flight.
While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.
If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!
SShareen41I didn't receive the room I paid for which was the superior room with balcony and sofa, instead a standard room without the balcony and sofa and small for 2 people for 4 nights.
However the room was clean, a modern feel, the bathroom sink tap had limescale all over it and a flickering light, aircon really loud and noisy.
Daily cleaners but one day came super early at 8am.
Perfect central location, the fountain being a 6 minute walk away, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
GGuest UserOverall it was good, but there are a couple of moments that have spoiled the impressions, and mostly those are moments of recreation organization. So, a day before settlement I didn't get instructions on settlement, and I didn't know how to act, where to take the keys, whether someone will meet me, at least the phone of the administrator (Acting!). when I arrived I went to the building at the address, the phone in the voucher. There was just an entrance door without a reseption. No one answered the phone in the voucher. But the sign in front of the door was given the phone number, the girl replied, but said she no longer works in these apartments, but gave the current phone number to Mikael, an employee or host. It was good that he replied quickly and sent all the details further. I left my luggage and settled later. The opportunity to leave my luggage This was the main advantage of the apartments! :) When I was inhabited, I met Mum Mikaele, who does not speak English at all, unfortunately. This is why she probably couldn't explain how to use the elevator, and that in case of problems with the entrance door, it can be opened by code. So when we arrived at 23:30 and we had the key not opening the door, I wrote / called Mikael again, he sent the code. And after all, it could have been sent out earlier, and then we would have no stress.
EEvon_ChangThe room is large and the sofa bed can be pulled out to become larger. The hotel also sent a bottle of wine and biscuits. Everything except the washing machine (there is a laundry room nearby to wash clothes), it can be said to be at home. The location is also very good, it takes about 20 minutes to go to all the attractions in East Rome. Thanks Vino e Oli.
LLéo YeWe stayed for two nights at this fabulous modern art museum and hotel. Its location is excellent, offering probably the best sunsets in Rome. The property features a fully equipped kitchen stocked daily with high-quality products—fresh milk, eggs, and meat—perfect for preparing a great breakfast / or a good lunch in our case.
Giorgio, the hotel manager, is exceptional—fashionable, kind, and attentive to every detail. His recommendations were always spot on, ensuring a delightful experience at any time of the day. Following his advice, we visited a magnificent orange garden with a spectacular view of Rome.
