Initially we were given the wrong room. After a long and persistent conversation, staff provided the reserved room, but only from the second day. They gave a discount in the form of not paying the city tax. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room with the terrace is wonderful, as if you were in Ancient Rome.

I stayed there for four nights and the hotel staff are very kind and nice. They have laundry services as well (€2 for washing and €2 for drying). However, they knocked on our room door at 9:30am for two days. One day, they said that they would like to clean our room, but we were still sleeping, isn’t that too early? For the last morning, they knocked our door again and saying that they would like to fix something in the toilet, but we are checking out at 10:30, can’t they just wait for an hour? So if you are not an early bird or you won’t be leaving your hotel before 9:30 am, I don’t recommend you to stay here as they will wake you every morning.

The room is large and the sofa bed can be pulled out to become larger. The hotel also sent a bottle of wine and biscuits. Everything except the washing machine (there is a laundry room nearby to wash clothes), it can be said to be at home. The location is also very good, it takes about 20 minutes to go to all the attractions in East Rome. Thanks Vino e Oli.
GGuest User**A Spotless Stay with Exceptional Support**
This Rome rental exceeded expectations! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the agency’s **outstanding hospitality** – they responded instantly to every inquiry, provided detailed local tips, and even helped arrange transportation for our early morning flight.
While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.
If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!
GGuest UserPrime location with large clean rooms. You are in a downtown area with bars/restaurants nearby which can be heard, but I was expecting this as we were traveling for fun. The rooms are large, clean, and modern. We had 4 adults staying in 1 suite.
The check-in desk is open from 9 to 5, and outside of these hours they have a sign that states you would have to call if any problems.

GGuest UserThe hotel provides a simple breakfast including bread, ham, milk, etc. Even if you do not book a room with breakfast included, you will still get breakfast. The bathroom is pitch black and I don't like the decoration style. In addition, this hotel has a problem: when you check in, you will be told that the room you booked is no longer available due to system problems. You will be upgraded to a new room type, but you will find that the upgraded room type is not as good as the one you booked. The hotel said they can't do anything because it is a system error, so you can only accept their arrangement.
GGuest UserWe liked the room - fresh, clean, modern style. Comfortable bed, air conditioning. You can connect YouTube to the TV from your phone.
Of the minuses:
- the smallest shower stall I have ever seen). The shower system was leaking.
Other features:
- they did not clean for 3 nights, did not add water and did not change the bed linen. Although this is probably a plus from the point of view of the safety of things in the room
- the hotel is completely unstaffed (the password for entry was sent to WhatsApp)
- for us, as citizens of Russia who do not have an international card, it became a bit of a problem that the city tax (usually paid in cash at the hotel) can only be paid online. I had to ask a friend to use his card
- the location is questionable. On the one hand, the transport center of Rome - Termini station (two metro lines intersect there and there is a direct train to the airport) and the main attractions are within walking distance (it's a 25-minute walk to the Colosseum or Trevi Fountain), on the other hand, there are a lot of migrants and antisocial elements on the streets around the hotel. Therefore, it was uncomfortable to get to the hotel in the evening.
Overall, I would stay at this hotel again for the same 3 nights, given the reasonable price.
AAnonymous UserThis is a simple family hotel with three rooms. Located in a residential area, very quiet. The house I live in is not big and the bathroom is spacious enough. The common living room has a kettle for making tea and a coffee machine for use. The receptionist gives you four keys to enter the courtyard, building, suite, and room. He hands you a map of Rome and introduces the attractions and subway before leaving. The biggest advantage is that it is 500 meters away from the Vatican Museum, 400 meters away from the subway station, and there are many restaurants. That means you have to contact the hotel in advance, otherwise you won’t be able to find it and won’t be able to get in. The breakfast at the hotel was uninteresting.
GGuest UserExcellent apartment. We walked to the center. Termini station is 15 minutes away, a great supermarket is 2 minutes away. The area is covered in graffiti, as is the hotel itself, but this does not spoil the overall impression of the trip. Features to be prepared for: city noise at night (there is a hospital nearby, ambulances often drive by), there is also a tram stop nearby and several fun bars).
