GGuest UserA new, stylish hotel — exactly what I wanted. The spacious lobby area and calming sound of waves. Good food, convenient breakfast with no schedule.
I would recommend choosing only the deluxe room, as the premium rooms are near the road and tend to be noisy with constant honking.
There’s no gym, which I wish they had. As for the staff — since it’s not a chain hotel, you can feel that the standards aren’t very high, and maybe they never will be. Sometimes they are persistently nice, other times, even rude - they implied that I took their bathrobe and suggested I open the luggage. Later, they called to say they found it, but that feeling, of what happened, it can’t be taken back.

Advantages: quietly, to the beach 15 minutes quiet step, no trains, music from bars, no drunk parties, pavilions fly in the guests, burunduks run on trees, birds sing.
In the room is hot water, refrigerator, teapot, dishes. You can cook when you want in a common kitchen.
I had breakfast included: omlet with tomatoes, coffee/tea, fruit, toasts with butter and jim, sometimes the owner added local dishes.
The host is very kind: when I got sick, he took care of me. And he also gave recommendations for further traveling around the country. Plus said it was worth, and it was not worth buying here, but better in another city. I liked him very much.
The guy is cleaned, he is constantly except for the night on the territory. Always ready to come for help.
The territory is beautiful, decorated.
I recommend from the soul.

Yes, I went for a couple of nights, as a result remained significantly longer.

Stunning 5 bedroom villa located in the heart of Unawatuna with exceptional service and staff. It’s well equipped with everything you need. Great local and western food which was well prepared and flavorful (the kitchen is extremely clean and well maintained which is always a good sign). There are plenty of areas to relax with great views and the property has lots of shade and beautifully maintained landscape. Vishan and his staff looked after us very well and every request was accommodated including getting us a masseuse in house which was one of the best massages we have had. He also arranged very trustworthy and friendly tuk tuk drivers for us to go around the area. Wish we stayed here longer!!

The villa has 6 rooms with a shared living room, dining area, and slope. The terrace offers magnificent views. The pool area is surrounded by greenery. There is a space for yoga and warm-ups. The kitchen deserves special attention: beautiful cutlery, delicious dishes. Don't waste time and eat at the villa—it's worth it. The staff is attentive, friendly, and positive. It's also a great place for a photo shoot. Manager Yulia will greet you, help you, recommend interesting places, and leave you feeling like you're spending time with friends.

This guest house has its beautiful kitchen with a large range of pans of pans pot bowls of blades for cooking. We went to the market and to the shop and bought food to cook delicious breakfast and snacks
Rooms look very clean and new air conditioning works well eating their area on the balcony to drink tea and relax
Good location, near the beach with the most beautiful underwater world as well as cheap supermarket and fruit fish market

The overall design of the house designed by the landlord is artistic and the details are attentive, clean and refreshing, especially the open open-air bathroom is impressive! After six days of fatigue, I took a super refreshing bath, refreshing! The landlord patiently and meticulously asked each of us about our breakfast preferences, and enjoyed a very rich and delicious breakfast by the blue swimming pool and the monkey swinging tree! Everyone even has a carefully fried double egg! Great stay experience!

Персонал не просто старается, все время ощущение, что тебе здесь очень рады и искренне хотят помочь! Хотим выразить большую благодарность каждому, кто работал к день нашего пребывания! До Галле Форта минут 10 на тук туке. Однозначно рекомендую это место! И очень хочется, чтобы оно сохранилось именно таким, как сейчас!

When booking, I paid for the most expensive room with a sea view, as a result, upon arrival they tried to move me to the highest floor under the roof in a small room; the room had a strong smell of dampness. I went down and explained that I had paid for the most expensive room from the website and asked to be moved, my request was fulfilled. In general, the hotel is not bad, with a beautiful view, the food is delicious, they even made me a dish that was not on the menu, they asked if I wanted to dance in the evening, they took me to the center to a restaurant by the ocean where there was live music and dancing in the evening, they asked me to write when to pick it up and They arrived and brought us back to the hotel absolutely free of charge. I travel very often and move from one hotel to another, from one part of the island to another, in order to see everything as much as possible, and not sit in one place, if I like the hotel, I usually extend it for another one or several days, the website says check-in after 14 check-out before 12, the next day I was still sleeping in bed, from 9 am they started knocking hard on the door and trying to get me out of the room, different people came several times, at that moment I felt scared, they were knocking hard on the door, I barely had time to pack my bag and take a quick shower. To clarify why they kicked me out of my room in the morning, when I still have two hours until 12 o’clock, they told me on WhatsApp that check-out is before 10 am and they need to have time to prepare the room for the next guest, but no one told me about this before I didn’t report and the website says until 12 o’clock, so I’m giving a low rating for the service, it was very unpleasant, I’ve never seen anything like this in any hotel
