Guest UserI had a great stay. The capsule was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to the subway and everything I needed, which made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. The shared bathrooms were much cleaner than I expected, and drinking water and vending machines were available.
The only downside was that the capsule doors can be a bit loud when closing, which might bother light sleepers. It didn’t bother me, though. The capsule was spacious enough for a carry-on bag, and I slept very well thanks to the dark, quiet environment. A great choice if you just want a clean, comfortable place to sleep.

Anonymous UserIt was 400meter walk from Mornington underground.
Only stairs. Through narrow alley and walkway.
Heavy and large luggage is strongly not recommended.
Fast check in and check out.
Great amenities with clean kitchen full with amenities.
Bathroom, room and bed are so so small.
The lockers are not lockable.
People just randomly took my bed. And I had to sleep at highest bunk instead of the allocated low bunk. With a defect USB port that I couldn't charge my phone.
I don't feel comfortable in this stay.
The photo attached was taken using wideview, it is really a small room packed with 6 narrow bunk beds. 3 bunks each side.

The location is excellent specially if you want to watch some place and you wanna line up in the mornings for some day tickets.
The hotel has its disadvantages one of those being that they are no lockers so you cannot leave your luggage after you’ve checked out, which is unfortunate but overall location in price are great.
On the downside because it is such a confined space even if there is a little bit of air conditioning, it’s not strong enough and the night it’s really hot, especially in summers.

Very good customer service and highly efficient reception team. Very good location in the high brow area of London. Amenities are kept very clean and well-managed.
I forgot my laptop in the lobby after checking out, taking only the laptop charger. I had already reached Manchester when I noticed it wasn't in my laptop bag. I called the reception and they assured me that the laptop was found and kept in a safe place for me.
Four days later, I came back to the hostel and picked up my laptop after they confirmed it was mine. This cannot happen in many hostels and budget stays in a big city like London. It's a big plus for them.
I fully recommend staying in this hostel to anyone looking for such a clean and well-managed budget accommodation in London.

Bikramjit ChowdhuryI had a great stay at St Christopher’s Inn Shepherd’s Bush. The location is excellent—very close to Shepherd’s Bush station and Westfield London, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The hostel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Despite being a busy hostel, I had a comfortable night’s sleep. It’s a great option if you’re looking for affordable accommodation with good transport links.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Guest UserI stayed in a lower bunk bed. The curtain around the bed could not fully close because it was positioned near the stairs, which was a bit uncomfortable as it reduced privacy. A solution to provide better coverage for these beds would improve the experience.
It would also be helpful if power adapters for UK plugs were available in the rooms or could be borrowed from reception (I am not completely sure whether this is already possible). Many international travelers may not bring a UK adapter with them, so this would be a small but valuable convenience.
I also had an unfortunate experience during the night when the person in the upper bunk spilled milk while eating, and it dripped onto me, waking me up around midnight. I understand that this was not directly the hostel’s fault; however, some precautions regarding eating and drinking on upper bunks or the general bed arrangement could help prevent similar situations.
Another point is that the check-in time of 15:00 felt quite late. In addition, requiring cash payment for using the lockers was inconvenient. Nowadays, many travelers do not carry cash, so offering card payment or another easy payment option would be more practical. I found it especially unnecessary to pay extra for a locker on the day I was already checking in and staying at the hostel. I could understand paying for locker use on the day of departure if I wanted to leave my luggage after check-out, but charging on the day of arrival felt less reasonable.
On the positive side, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were always willing to assist and communicated very well with guests. Their kindness was one of the strongest aspects of my stay.

There is a women-only area, and only guests with a key card can enter. The women-only section has two bathrooms and one room with a maximum capacity of 10 people. The bunk beds are not very sturdy, so if the person on the top bunk moves, you can feel the vibration on the bottom bunk. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend it to light sleepers.
I stayed for 8 nights and only received two towels in total—one of them only after I asked for it myself. The bathrooms were clean, and tea was available for free. There is no laundry room, so you’ll need to use the nearest laundrette. The common room has a kettle, a microwave, and a small fridge.

Budget accommodation in great location for BST Hyde Park concerts and very close to Paddington Station and tube. Also lots of restaurants and shops within a short walk.
Was irritated to arrive at premises and find a note on the door saying I had to check in at another hotel a short walk away first. However, staff there were very friendly and someone escorted me back to Atlas Studios after checking in. Room clean and nice to have a kitchenette. Also a fan, which was essential as it was during the heatwave. However, there was no TV in the room despite the Facilities section on Atlas Studios website saying 'TV in Room'. I would not have booked here if I had known there was no TV, so this was very disappointing.

I stayed at Cosmos Capsule Coworking London again, for the second time, and had a pleasant experience overall like I had during my first visit. This capsule hotel offers a unique blend of accommodation and coworking space at an affordable price. Located on Hanbury Street, just an 11-minute walk from Aldgate East station, its central location makes it accessible. Just outside the hotel, at 67 Hanbury Street, is Chaii Town, a charming Chai and Coffee shop that I highly recommend. They offer a great variety of Chai flavors and pastries. I tried their Ginger Chai and Chai Latte, both of which were delicious. Their exotic pastries, like Dubai Cookies and Matcha Cookies, pair perfectly with the aromatic Chai. The owner was wonderful, and the hospitality was exceptional.
The capsules are well-designed and functional, featuring ambient lighting with customizable colors—blue, pink, green, yellow, or white. Each capsule also includes a TV screen and headphones, though I didn’t use them during my stay. The capsules are not soundproof, so a good night’s rest depends on the courtesy of fellow guests. Fortunately, everyone during my stay were considerate, and I slept well. Earbuds are provided in the capsule just in case.
The shared spaces, including the showers and toilets, were very clean. The shared kitchen area includes essentials like a sink, microwave, kettle, tea, and cups. One standout feature is the massage chair in the common area, which offers a good massage after a long day. There’s no traditional reception desk; instead, check-in is automated via a WhatsApp message or email with an access code. This code grants entry to the building and a small box containing your key card.
While the shared spaces were immaculate, the capsules could use a bit more attention. I noticed hairs from previous guests on the blanket. Overall, Cosmos Capsule Coworking London is a good option for budget-conscious travelers who need a comfortable place to stay and work.
