Experience: Comfortable and Modern, but Lacks Nearby Amenities This serviced apartment hotel left a deep impression on me. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with brand-new facilities. Being newly built, the hygiene was absolutely impeccable, and the overall decor was simple and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. However, it's worth noting that the surrounding area is still quite undeveloped. There's only a small supermarket downstairs, which is convenient enough for daily necessities, but if you want to eat out or have more food options, you'll definitely need to drive. I recommend bringing extra snacks or instant food before checking in, to avoid getting hungry at night. Additionally, due to the high number of residents, elevator waiting times can be long, especially during morning and evening rush hours. If you're in a hurry, I suggest planning your check-out in advance to avoid peak times. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, modern accommodation environment and don't mind the temporary inconvenience of the surroundings, this is still a good choice. It's suitable for travelers with their own car and those who prefer a quiet stay.

Stayed at Royale Chulan Damansara (13–14 Dec). The room was fine, but the check-in was a mess. Official check-in is 3:00 PM, yet I only received my key at 4:27 PM, despite being told a room was already available shortly after 3. There were only a few people ahead of me, but the process was slow, disorganised, and poorly managed, with staff repeatedly leaving the counter and no explanation given. The delay caused me to miss a scheduled makeup appointment and disrupted my preparation for an important event. Late check-out was initially refused and only reluctantly approved until 12:30 PM, even after such a late check-in. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but this level of inefficiency is unacceptable and not what one would expect from a hotel of this reputation.

Everything was fine, but breakfast buffet could be improved with real meats and chicken options rather than processed ones e.g sausage and slices

Accommodation : Fair value for the price, itchy skin after on the AirCond’s, but they replace the mattress only not comforter, broken water heater is replaced, Longer waiting for the lift for high density of condominium Amenities: Very good shopping mall nearby , eatery place. Transport: No mrt nearby, every day use grab, even go to KLiA Airport

Overall experience is rather average. Checked in at 3pm and managed to get the 2 rooms i booked. However, when went to the rooms, one of the room has not been cleaned up yet. Contacted housekeeping via phone, chat and even went personally back to the reception to tell them the situation. Took 2 hours before we finally get a clean room Luckily I had 2 rooms, so my family can still stay in 1 onf the room while waiting. The hairdryer is not even working and calling operator is useless as no one pick up. Not much of other activities to do, perhaps kids may enjoy it more. Restaurants food are generally okok only and kinda expected that it is pricey. Don't think will go again

Value for money...clean room..comfortable..included with oven,heater,smart TV,very speed wifi,nice view..the best part is this room aircond so cold...

Location wise it’s quite far from tourist spots but still okay as grab rates not that affects, just dont get out around 4pm onwards as all roads near to hotel is crowded. Very affordable and clean yet i think the front office staffs must wear some proper uniforms to recognize. I expected also a couple of coffee as amentiies as our flight by 8am morning and we prepared around 4am unfortunately convenience store down stares are closed so luckily i got some coffee from vietnam. Facilities are very amazing for its price but again the staffs needs to be presentable as most of them are indians/south asians (not for shaming but they will be more good if they act so good with that facilities)

Despite a late check-in, I received a very warm and professional welcome from the front desk, which immediately made me feel at ease. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for resting before a flight. The shower had strong, consistent water pressure, which was a big plus. I had an early check-out to catch my flight, and the free shuttle service to the terminal was very well organized. Although there was a short queue, it moved very quickly. The driver was friendly, helpful, and courteous, making the transfer smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great stay. I will definitely choose Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA again for my future flights.

We are attending company Training and dinner at the Hotel. The foods is nice with cleaness room with comfortable bed.

Stayed here one night before the graduation day. The location is near the uitm campus, but you have to round few times to search for the accurate mailbox and parking. the guard doesn’t help much. You can also direct go to mall from your stay, even its hard to find.. you eventually will make it. Anyways, all the amenities are completed with shampoo, toilet papers, toothbrush, shower gels and towels. We had a pleasant stay, with the exact temperature of AC. All the utensils of cooking is provided, and we’re very delightful of the fridge function and the speed of wifi. Netflix and internet all good here. No worries for not having line even you’re using umobile. However, the bedroom can be improvised by putting at least one vanity mirror, the garbage plastic can be add on.
