Location is near Puchong. But surrounding all ghetto area. And night time back hotel parking is rather dark and 1 guard only at the lift there. Don't feel secured if park far from lift.
Room :all Good.
Reception : mediocre. Like you visit a 2 3 star kind of service. Not the usual Hilton warm welcome. Just asked Check in? Paperwork and Here is your card.

The suite room was quite spacious considering the rate per night, bfast was delicious however is not within the apartment block , 3 mins walking distance . Kids pool was superb, they liked it .

The first room we were given had a foul smell. The body shampoo dispenser beside the bathtub wasn’t working, and the socket near the sink was broken. We called for assistance regarding the odor, and it was found that the issue was due to a broken toilet drainage. Fortunately, the staff responded promptly and offered us a room change.
The second room was much better — no unpleasant smell, all amenities were in good working condition, and the cleanliness was excellent. We had a comfortable stay in the new room with no further complaints.
We booked the dine and stay package and would suggest that menus be made available in advance so guests can make a more informed decision when choosing the restaurant. Dinner was good, and breakfast was okay.

I have come here for few times and the stays were good. But, the only cons is the waiting time for the lift is very long. So, if you are going to stay with multiple families maybe can reconsider, but if no problem in waiting longer time should be ok. Take around 15-20 mins to go down. Plus, can consider to use carry ons and back packs instead of large luggage because it will take you longer time to take the lift because the normal situation is always packed with people. If you stay lower levels and not coming with kids/elderlies) maybe level 5 and below, can consider taking the stairs to avoid waiting. But in terms of the cleanliness and all, i have no issues.

Comfortable stay, limited breakfast variety but great teh tarik!
I had a pleasant stay here — the room was clean, cozy, and quiet plus connected with IOI Mall. Perfect for a short getaway or business trip.
Breakfast was decent, though the selection was quite limited. It would be great to see more variety in the future.
The highlight for me? The live teh tarik station! Freshly pulled and really tasty — a nice local touch that made breakfast more enjoyable.
Overall, a comfy hotel with friendly staff. Just needs a bit more variety in the morning spread. Would still recommend for a relaxing stay and shopping.

GGuest UserThis trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent.
For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ).
Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed.
Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in.
In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.

AAnonymous UserWe had a pleasant 2D1N stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very near the MRT, which made it super convenient for us to get around using public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was up to standard for a 4-star hotel.
One thing to note: the car park is mentioned as RM4 per entry, but we were charged RM8 for our stay even though we didn’t drive out during the time we were there. It seems the rate is RM4 per day rather than per entry, which is still reasonable.
Overall, it was a good stay with great value and convenience. Would recommend for anyone looking to explore the city using public transport!

They made check-in a breeze and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The environment was absolutely superb, with breathtaking views that made every moment special. I loved how they celebrated Chinese New Year with a variety of festive events – it truly added a cultural touch to my experience. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back soon!

I stayed at Putrajaya Marriot Hotel for one night to attend a night event, and I must say, everything was awesome! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being just a short distance from IOI City Mall, making it easy to explore the area.
As for the room, although it was on the smaller side, it was surprisingly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The amenities were well-maintained, and I found the bed to be very cozy.
Breakfast was definitely a highlight – it was super delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I really enjoyed the meal and it was a great way to start the day.
However, I did have a minor issue when the housekeeping knocked on my door a little too early before the check-out time, which disrupted my morning a bit. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event nearby or simply looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay.
Rating: 4/5 – Great location, comfortable room, and amazing breakfast, but a minor hiccup with housekeeping timing.

The only problem is the hotel call us urgently before the date we check in, tell us that the hotel is facing electric shortage and ask us to change the check in date (yes they don’t allow us to cancel and refund for the booking)

RRPVMixed Experience – Great Location but Needs Better Maintenance
Stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience.
Pros:
• Easy to locate as it’s along the main road and attached to a mall.
• Plenty of eateries within walking distance.
• There’s a nice park nearby for evening walks, beautifully lit up.
• The staff were exceptionally pleasant and very accommodating, which was a highlight of the stay.
Cons:
• The hotel feels poorly maintained—many things in the room seemed to be falling apart, from the window handle to the shower head.
• Rooms are quite small, and all three tiers of rooms offered are the same size.
• Breakfast was disappointing for the price—aside from the egg station, everything else seemed precooked or from instant packets. The bread was extremely hard.
• The swimming pool looked murky and appeared unmanned.
• Despite the attached mall, many attractions were still under renovation, leaving only the usual eateries open.
• Parking was quite confusing, and finding the hotel parking took time.
• Room service only starts after 4 PM, which was inconvenient.
Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and great staff, but the maintenance, room quality, and breakfast experience need significant improvement.
