Service was excellent, and my request for a high floor was fulfilled. However, I was disappointed to find not one, but two stains on the toilet bowl. To be sure they weren’t just old marks, I personally wiped one of them — and unfortunately, it came off, proving it was not permanent. I contacted the lobby staff, and they promptly arranged for someone to take a look. Initially, I was told it was an old stain, but after I explained what I did, the staff member tried cleaning it as well, and the stain came off. This left me feeling uncomfortable, especially since the cleaning cloth used had also touched the inside of the toilet bowl.

Bersih cantik just toilet ada la stain sikit. Service pun bagus. Breakfast belum try. Aircond, tv all functioning well. Tv channel pun banyak option. Kalau bole buka youtube at the smart tv will be better. Semua furniture & facilities ada note so kita tahu cara guna. Kemas teratur dan simple

This is my second stay here. The room is clean and comfortable, making it nice to sleep in. The aircon works very well and keeps the room super cool. The environment was quieter during my previous stay, but this time I could hear some noise from the opposite room. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

We had a pleasant stay overall, but a few small things made it a bit less comfortable than it could have been. The room itself was lovely—very spacious, with a clean and simple design. All the basic amenities were there and well-arranged. However, we did run into a few issues. For starters, we couldn't find any chopsticks, which made eating noodles a bit tricky. It was also inconvenient that there was only one small bowl provided, which isn't ideal for two people. On top of that, we were surprised to find no toilet paper in the bathroom. Regarding the location, it's great that the hotel is so close to major shopping centers like 3 Damansara and 1 Utama. However, getting there was a challenge. The surrounding roads are very confusing, with many intersections, and our navigation app didn't always get us to the right place.

Room is spacious with all basic facilities. Bed is comfy. Hotel staff are helpful. Check in process is quite smooth. Location is near to shopping mall and easy to locate. Value for money if have discount. Parking is LPR system but you still need to validate at reception and pay RM 4 per entry. Not convenient for hotel guest that need multiples in and out. Room and facilities are quite old (estimate more than 10 years). Out of three lifts from main lobby to rooms, only one lift is working. Hotel didn't provide towel, only delivered after requested. The link bridge that connected hotel to the mall as well as most of the access already closed, so need to walk quite a distance to the nearby mall (eCurve, IPC, IKEA, The Curve)

I've stayed here multiple times and always find it exceptionally convenient for travelers departing from T1. The hotel offers a shuttle service directly from the airport, and it's also just about a 15-minute walk. The breakfast provides a wide variety of delicious options. The bedding is clean and comfortable, wake-up calls are available, and its close proximity to the terminal makes shopping and dining very convenient. While I haven't encountered any Chinese-speaking staff during my various stays – perhaps just bad timing – it hasn't negatively impacted my overall experience.

I booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.

The hotel lobby and hallways feature a modern, stylish design. It's located right next to a shopping mall, offering incredible convenience for dining and shopping. The room itself was a bit small. In my room, an electrical box emitted a constant buzzing sound, which was quite disruptive to sleep. Additionally, a TV was awkwardly positioned right by the bed, blocking the view and making it difficult to move around.

I stayed for one night in the Studio Executive room and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable for a short stay. The bed was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful. What stood out most was the air-conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the room very cold, which was perfect for a good night’s rest. The hotel is conveniently located within the DPulze Shopping Centre, making it easy to find food, essentials, or just walk around without needing to go far. Overall, this was a pleasant and worthwhile stay. I’d definitely consider coming back for future visits. Highly recommended for solo travellers or couples looking for a simple and relaxing place to stay.

I would like to sincerely commend Mr. Sinan, Director of Operations, for his outstanding professionalism and hospitality during our recent stay. There was an issue with our buffet reservation, and although the staff initially offered à la carte alternatives, they were limited to the Chinese or Japanese restaurants — which I had mentioned earlier we weren’t interested in. Despite that, the same options kept being proposed, and my family, including our children, had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. Mr. Sinan personally stepped in, acknowledged the inconvenience, and took immediate action. He offered us a dining alternative at a different restaurant that had a wider variety of options — including pizza and other kid-friendly meals — which made the kids very happy. On top of that, he graciously provided us with complimentary room upgrades as a replacement for the missed buffet experience. His attentiveness, swift problem-solving, and genuine care for our comfort turned a frustrating situation into a very positive and memorable experience. We truly appreciate the exceptional service and will definitely return for the outstanding hospitality.
