Hotels With Swimming Pools in Midtjylland, Denmark

This Hotel is a typical low budget hotel with small rooms, but everything you need is there. Location is very good but of course you will hear some noise during the night - especially in weekends. The room was clean and the reception staff was very welcoming and service minded. Breakfast is also OK value for your money. Only minus is that you cannot reserve a parking in advance and when we arrived the parking was full but we found rather expensive parking on the street outside.

Unsure on whether we should use another service or hotel we booked with Wakeup on short notice, when we arrived we were greeted very pleasantly and professionally. The room was comfy and clean, breakfast each morning was delicious with a selection of fresh bread, cheese, meats etc.. Checkout was quick and the location couldn't be better - a walking distance from everything we wanted see and do. Would definitely use again.

Great hotel with really nice large and bright every clean rooms . Bathrooms were very clean and had toiletries available. Ladies at reception were absolutely wonderful . From speaking English better than most Native American speakers to being full of information and happiness they were great . Great secure bicycle storage . Within 5km. of the Ferry from Aarhus to Sealand . Straight shot on our bicycles . Very good breakfast and many very good restaurants within walking distance for dinner .

The hotel is clean en have nice big rooms, also a nice bathroom, the people are friendly and helpfunctie, very easy parking in front of the entrance. Breakfast is also very good, Just a few minutes walking to the City centre.

Best way to describe this hotel is it is functional, not fancy. Everything you need for a short stay is available and they do advertise the rooms as ”industrial” look (i.e. unfinished ceiling). Check-in is only available via kiosk even if an attendant is available at the front desk. The elevator is 2-door style. WiFi connectivity was reasonable and TV was operational. Convenient that a small table with chairs is in the room and overall was spacious enough for 4 of us. Pros: free parking - close to many supermarkets and also the mall Cons: the curtains do not block out the sun sufficiently. Given the long the sun is up in summer, we had to improvise and clip the curtains together to get any blackout effect. For our specific room, the bed sheet had a stain on it (looks like it remained from an earlier wash). For a quick bite, try the Pølsevognen Viby Torv in the park across the street.

Booked a single room, the room is a bit mini, the bathroom is indeed a bit small. But the service is very good and the breakfast is very good. The overall price of Denmark is very high, The price/performance ratio of two minutes walk from the train station is still ok.

Have always loved the restaurant at Eyde but this is the first time we stayed. The staff and location are the best you’ll find in Herning. Booked the wrong date by accident through trip.com but the hotel very kindly changed the date for us. Breakfast was excellent too. We had a nice clean room. The gym was good enough to have a quick work out. Would stay here again.

A very nice hotel, the environment is very quiet, the rooms are uniquely decorated, there is a kitchen in the room, you can cook by yourself, which is very good, the plates, bowls, pots, etc. are all available, a very good experience

The hotel is located right in the centre of the old town of Aarhus, a stone throw from the Domkirke. There is no off-street parking available but you could always use the Navitas car park or even the amazing Dokk1 Parkering in the docks. The handsome stucco façade stands out in the locality and the owners took great care in tastefully decorating the interior of the building, that includes its historical elevator, wall paintings and the reception area. Therefore, it’s a bit of shame that the same has not been extended to ensure the comfort of its guests. Our Standard Room was overlooking the main square but it was rather dark and not very spacious, with a classic décor. The lighting was limited with the main switch not working – side lights had to be turned on individually. There was precious little storage space as only about a third of the wardrobe was available and no other appropriate closets/drawers around. There was a rather high step between the bedroom and bathroom, just ideal for tripping on, in the dark! The bed was quite uncomfortable, with a very thin foam mattress and topped with a smallish duvet. The TV set was on the side of the bed (!) and programmes were only available if you had a suitably tuned smartphone device. We’re all for the options being offered to tech-savvy travellers but surely there has to be easier access for those guests who are less clued-in? The bathroom was of standard size, with a walk-in shower. The hairdryer had to be plugged in by the mirror, above the bathroom sink (there was literally nowhere else to do so, with a mirror!), so not quite sure about the safety aspect of such an arrangement. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. There was a safe-box but it was not working despite the valiant efforts of one of the receptionist. WiFi signal was good. Tea and coffee facilities were offered as well as a frugally stocked minibar. No free water was available. The breakfast was quite limited with a minimal selection of cold dishes and even less cooked food, available. The bread was very tasty. The hotel doesn’t provide dinners. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Art Museum, Old Town Museum, and Old Town Hall. The hotel rooms are also very comfortable. The only drawback is that the B2 of the garage cannot accommodate slightly larger cars.

The flight was delayed, the hotel arrived in the early morning, the front desk was very nice. Because I dragged two big boxes, it was very hot when I arrived, and my face was red, and I specially sent a small fan to the room, because the Danish hotel is not air-conditioned!

Great view! The employees were really nice. I had hoped for a room on the upper floors as I feel the least disturbed, but unfortunately it was sold out so I got a room on the ground floor, which was annoying as guests walk past the room and look in all the time. So not much privacy in the room. I think the room lacked a hair dryer and electric kettle, and maybe an air conditioner or similar on the hot days. Breakfast was fine. There could well have been more options.

With my husband I stayed two days in this structure. I chose it first of all for the price, not that it was low, but at least fair. The location is ideal, very close to the center, the cathedral, the main street and the local riverside, everything is easily reachable on foot, including the train station. We had a studio with two single beds, small but well-used space, there was everything that could be needed, even for a longer stay. Bathroom a little out of date, but clean. A little penalizing the fact of not having any contact with those who manage the structure except by email, no one welcomed us (they sent us a code for the box that contained the keys) and no one greeted us (and consequently for example it was not possible to leave the luggage a little more on the day of departure)

Our room was a studio apartment with a great balcony and absolutely everything you would need. The kitchen was filled with various equipment such as a coffee machine (even the filter papers were there), kettle, hob, microwave etc.: really useful in pricey Denmark! The balcony had a table and chairs. The bathroom had a heated towel rail and mini hair and body wash bottles. Our room was really quiet as the hotel is located in a peaceful but central area. Check in and out was simple. The beds were comfortable. Locating the hotel isn't difficult if you enter the Scandinavian Centre and go down all three levels via the escalator or lift: on the ground floor, there's a Sixt car hire office on the left just before the revolving doors where you exit, then walk past the small bowling alley on your left. The centre was always open and accessible so it's easy to use to reach the hotel. There's a supermarket a few minutes walk away too, and Aarhus city centre.

FC Mitt Willan is a hotel used to see Jo Kyu-sung, but I think it's the cleanest and best hotel in Herning! Above all, the hotel staff were so friendly. Arrived at 10 o'clock and checked in immediately, smiled every time I passed the reception, kindly guided me to the swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc., so I have to come again because of the hotel. thought!! The breakfast at the hotel is okay, but the bread is really so delicious that I asked the staff where to sell it and went to the bakery. Help me use the microwave in a late time, so I'm going to do a good vacation. Everyone who comes to Herning to see Jo Kyu-sung is really recommended here-!

This is the second time I have stayed. It was very good and the breakfast was delicious too!

It’s a small boutique hotel with nothing much to offer. The rooms and bathrooms are very very small. Overly priced. The breakfast was alright. They also helped us with warm milk and food information but very overpriced but maybe it is the only one in town

Such great proximity to the exhibition centre. The BEST breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Clean and tidy. Shower is great. Staff obliging. Rooms are nice and cosy and obviously set up for warmth in winter. Nice outdoor areas for catch ups with friends
