"Great service! The breakfast was really good, and at 9 euros per person, it was quite substantial. The front desk upgraded us to a room with a king-size bed and a twin bed. Since it was winter and raining, it was lovely to walk into a room with the air conditioning already making it toasty warm. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable."

"The room was spacious and the heating worked very well. The key was unique, but the facilities were a bit old. The shower curtain didn't really keep the water in, so the bathroom floor got very wet. The courtyard next to the room was quite nice. Room 509 is actually on the ground floor. I also got bitten by mosquitoes at night, but luckily I managed to kill them quickly. The front desk had a peculiar process: when I checked in, they asked for my credit card to register the number. The next day when I checked out, I inquired about it and was told it was to prevent guests from forgetting to pay city taxes or other fees after leaving. They also assured me that the card information would be deleted later and not to worry."

"This was one of the most expensive hotel we have paid for during our Italy trip but the one with the worst check-in experience. As we saw reviews on Google that luggage has been stolen before with no camera to track, we wanted to lock our 2 luggages together for storage as the room was not ready. But the hotel staff became really defensive and did not allow us to do so, claiming that it’s difficult for him to handle for storage. The hotel even provided a slip that hotel declines all responsibilities of baggages. They do not want to bear responsibilities yet did not allow us to take basic precautions with our belongings. After sometimes debating with the reception and the staff, they finally allowed us to do so but gave really black faces even when we try to take picture of our luggages in the lobby. Upon returning from our long day of walk, the positive note is that the reception and the staff handling our luggages have a much more positive attitude and were more helpful. There were a lot of small stairs to our room so the staff assisted with the luggages. The main good thing is that this hotel is really near to Venezia Santa Lucia station and you do not need to carry luggages for a long distance across bridges. Facility is actually quite old and basic but at least clean. Breakfast view next to canal is good. Recommend for a short 1 night stay at Venice but we will likely not return again."

"hotel is a long walk from venice mestre it took around 10 mins with luggage as the roads were bumpy and had lots of potholes the room was fine however the towels were dirty and had stain marks the staff were kind and guided us to take the train to Venice Santa Lucia which costs 1.50€ bus 2 and bus 7 goes to the bus stop thats about 2 mins away from the hotel and it is very convenient but purchase of ticket is difficult hence not recommended by the staff"

"A good option for a short trip to Venice. The breakfast is simple, and the rooms are a bit old, but it's not far from the train station. It's perfect for a day trip to the main island of Venice, and there's a large supermarket nearby. The only downside is that they don't offer luggage storage after check-out."

"At the reception, one staff member appeared available but didn’t assist me, while she helped the next guest immediately. Around checkout time, everyone needs to use the elevator to checkout but the elevator was slow and sometimes occupied by housekeeping staff. I wonder why they cannot wait for just few minutes...h"

"This hotel offers good value for money for guests visiting Verona. It's conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk straight after turning right from the train station exit, then another 7 minutes straight after turning right again (totaling around 15 minutes). You can reach the old town arena in about 25 minutes on foot, so most interesting places are within walking distance. The staff are friendly; I found the room a bit cool at night, and housekeeping promptly brought an extra blanket when I called. Breakfast is Italian style, with a good variety and tasty options. The hotel's decor retains its 1970s charm and is well-maintained. While some room facilities are a bit dated, particularly the electrical switches, you can see what was considered state-of-the-art in the '70s. My only regret is that the shower is over a narrow and steep bathtub. I was concerned about slipping, especially for older guests, and there were no grab bars on the wall, so I largely avoided using it."

"Hotel is located in a good location. When you get off the plane . Which is very easy to reach from the airport. You can take either trains or bus the reach venice main island. However you need to concern about the charging problem. As the electric plug in may not working. You would need to prepare 1 more USB-A cable in case for not working. The restaurant still opening until 2230. You can get still get any food before this time"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station, making it very convenient for trips to Rome and Florence. There are also many boat terminals nearby for scenic boat tours, so transportation is a breeze. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even provided a free map of Venice. The morning service staff were attentive and thorough. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room was clean and well-equipped with plenty of power outlets (though adapters are needed). The central air conditioning provides both heating and cooling. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Besides shampoo and shower gel, they also provided body lotion, which was a very thoughtful touch. The heated towel rack was a fantastic detail, ensuring warm towels every time – they really think of the guests! The entire room was very spacious, and the facilities were brand new. The family suite has a unique design and can accommodate four people, offering good privacy."

"Hotel is located right by bus lines from center Mestre and train station. Our stay included breakfast which was decent. Room was modern and simple though not much amenities were provided (I.e. complimentary bottled water which many hotels in Italy provide)."
