A perfect hotel with unexpectedly excellent service! From the lobby manager to the bar manager, everyone was always there when you needed them. The food was carefully prepared, and the non-slip flooring in the guest bathroom was impeccable. The marble on the walls looked like a painting, very tasteful. If I had to find a flaw, it would be that the hairdryer is a bit big and heavy, and the body lotion the hotel uses is too fragrant. Other than that, it's definitely the top choice hotel for value for money!

V_TeoEarly check in was not possible but the room is spacious. The amenities in the room are great with a tea set, ironing board, shoe shine and spray that’s great for business travellers. The breakfast was a decent spread with a few nice ones like the Tonkotsu, soba. The onsen was also a highlight, the facilities are great with sauna and multiple shower corners for many people. The location is excellent, just next to the Hakata train station and there are a few pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. The overall ambient of the hotel is nice, clean, and peaceful.

Hip hotel, hip food, room, balcony, all-inclusive food~
And a hotel with a 2:00 PM check-out time ♥️❤️🩷
Stayed here twice. Young, casual, yet professional staff!
The second time, there were no rooms at this hotel, so I
stayed at the Tenjin One Building One Fukuoka Hotel for two nights (same chain hotel).
Here we go~~
For me, except for the pillow, this place was better than the new One Hotel!!
Exit Hakata Station's east exit and take the main road on the right.
A leisurely 10-minute walk, a brisk 5-minute walk.
This is it!!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Canal City, so you can go shopping as soon as you step out. The service is fantastic, and everyone is very friendly. The bathroom has great water pressure, making for a very enjoyable bath experience.

Guest UserThe room was clean and the bathroom was more spacious than other business hotels in Japan. The surrounding area is also quite good, and it's the newest hotel on the island. There's a local supermarket right next door, which makes shopping very convenient.

Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, but the hotel is looking a bit tired (compared to 10 years ago when we stayed previously). Lighting in rooms is poor and the beds are simply old and worn out. Shuttle bus into Hakata is useful but the schedule is pretty limited and whilst the railway across the road is an alternative, there probably are better options closer to town.

Guest UserThe best thing is that the surrounding area is not crowded. It's quiet and everything is nearby. There is a super cheap supermarket, Don Quijote, Sushiro, and Yume Town a little further away. The hotel's facilities are a bit old, but if you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel that's not crowded, this is the best. There is a subway 5 minutes away, so access to the city is easy.

The hotel is very large, the hot spring is on the 2nd floor, there is an open-air pool and indoor pool, and the bath is very large. The hotel is right by the sea, the window of the room is facing the sea, the view is first-class, you can go to the beach for a walk and swim. The hotel's pool is only open every afternoon, we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm, and checked out at 10 pm the next day, so we were not able to go swimming in the pool. Breakfast and dinner are very rich! We have two children (3 and 8 years old), 3 years free, 8 years old will pay 8,000 yen (including breakfast and dinner and accommodation). There is no water in the room, but a pot of ice water is prepared. There is no bathtub in the room, so you must go to the big bath. The hotel has a washing machine and a dryer, 200 yen per time.

The room size is relatively large compared to other hotels of the same level in Japan I've stayed in, which suits the living habits and comforts of Chinese guests. The environment is quiet and clean, and the room has two USB charging ports and free internet access. The hotel also has a laundry room and a self-service dining area with microwaves for heating up meals. There is also a smoking area, which is convenient for smokers. Although the hotel is a bit far from the bustling Tenjin area of Fukuoka, it's conveniently located near the Hakozaki Line subway, providing direct access to major areas such as Nakasu-Kawabata, Tenjin, and Ohori Park, making it a good value for money.
