I arrived at 22:00, and there was a party, so I could hear the loud background music from the room, but I think it ended around midnight. In front of the hotel, there was an ice cream cart and a cart selling snacks until late at night. I was alone, but the trees in the small park-like space in front of the hotel were lit up and it was always bright, so it didn't seem dangerous to hang around after 1:00. The road was difficult to cross because of the high traffic fees. There didn't seem to be any convenience stores nearby. There was a cafe. There were also a lot of stray dogs. It was displayed as a 16-minute walk to the Taj Mahal, but it was almost 40 degrees that day, so Uber was safe. You can also leave your luggage for free after checking out. The person at the tour desk was a little cold, but he didn't seem to be a hotel employee. The male staff and especially the doormen were very kind. They gave me water after I checked out, and when I had trouble with Uber, many staff members came and called me and helped me kindly. If I come to Agra again, I would definitely like to stay here. This price is really a good deal for this quality!

Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has pathetic service and housekeeping. Their inhouse restaurant Branches has a very poor servicing staff and it clearly reflects that there is no regular training or orientation practise as they clearly lack the professional touch of the hospitality industry. The managers in black coats are nothing but watchers with no touch of service or courtesy. The air conditioning of rooms is fixed by the management and you cannot change it. The warm water temperature for bathing is also fixed by the management. Golden Tulip is a good brand but the Lucknow experience needs a quality and professional inspection or upgrade. Would not recommend it in its current state.

I didn’t have time to fully use all the services to evaluate them. But overall there are no complaints. Adequate price for adequate service.

The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Hotel is a little out of city and not very Marriott standards.. food is not fresh. Room is good though, small but cosy. Staff are always there to help and friendly. But check carefully as overcharges seem to happen quite often. Pool is super nice and so does the well equipped gym. Lots of international tourists. Taj Mahal is close and nice!

We took a deluxe double room. The stay was very average. We faced issues like there was no hot water in the room. Only lukewarm water was available in the bathroom and that too after 10mins of vold water draining/wastage. Also the ac temperature was not controllable. We called the front desk but the room service did not come. Since we were tired, we slept w/o ac only. The food was also very average. Basic amenities and each and every person of the concierge team expects you to pay them. Good points include good ambience, nice and cozy pool with photogenic background. Overall very average stay.

The reception by the front desk staff upon check-in was also very polite, and the other staff greeted me thoroughly, making my stay comfortable. Breakfast, taste and variety are all very good.

Transportation location: The hotel is only 5km away from Agra Airport and 1km away from Agra Railway Station. The location is not bad, but it is a bit away from the Taj Mahal and requires a tuk-tuk, which takes about 20 minutes. Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

Hotel reception service - 2 out of 5 , extremely slow and staff seems lost and unclear. Hotel house keeping and room cleanliness - 2 out of 5 . Bedsheets were not clean , bathroom toiletries were not environmental friendly and clean. Hotel restaurant service : 5 out of 5 . Too good. Staff was very efficient, responsive, fast. Food options were very good. Buffet service and options were excellent.

It is a business hotel. Because I want to go to Naga, I chose to live in Gorakhpur. It is a very good business hotel in the area. The room and bathroom are not small. It is a vegetarian restaurant, even eggs are not available. However, it is a very good hotel.

The property was very clean, behaviour of the all the staffs including owner are so good, cooperative, food quality is purely home made and so tasty.

The hotel is stylish but it is very far from everything. The hotel has a taxi but the prices are more than double. If not for the hotel, taxi drivers will try and extract the maximum from you. Based on location I would not recommend unless you have a car of your own.

A relatively new hotel. The rooms are clean, but there doesn't seem to be much to do shopping nearby. There is a bus terminal nearby, but the area is not very safe. I recommend the hotel because there is a fairly good restaurant. I don't think they served alcohol, but it was very tasty. I recommend taking UBER from the airport.

This is a hotel that impressed us during our trip to India. The service was very attentive, although it only lasted for one night. We went to TAKE A BOATRUDE FOR CEREMONY at 5:15 in the morning.
