I can give this place the highest marks! I only have one small comment regarding cleanliness (in the bathroom), but! In this case, this does not prevent you from giving the best marks on all fronts) Internet is great! The water is hot! The rain shower has good pressure and the breakfast is great! The water has been supplied! And we agreed on a safari on the river for 5000 for two) Great place!) 2 minutes walk to the beach) There is no fruit in the breakfast photo, they were brought a little later) They also allowed us to rinse off in the room after we had already checked out and returned to get our things) The bathroom is newly renovated))

The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean from the roof top pool as well as from many of the rooms. The staff were very welcoming, even though we arrived before 2pm they made an effort to get our room ready quickly and let us check in early, which was very nice after an over night flight. Its easy to walk from the hotel to a number of restaurants, casinos, as well as to some of the popular attractions in the city. The restaurant in the hotel has a nice buffet, as well as a rooftop bar. The hotel was so nice that when we passed through Colombo when we were leaving Sri Lanka, we stayed there again.

First of all, the breakfast was very good. There were all kinds of local food that I have never seen before. Secondly, the male checkin receptionist wearing glasses was very friendly! He tried to introduce many local spots and helped handle the noise issue caused by the people next to my room. However, the female receptionist was not really helpful and quite stubborn. That male staff said I could enjoy an extended checkout due to my midnight flight during checkin, but the female receptionist said no to me later. After I explained what that male staff promised to me, she only gave me a two-hour extended checkout. The point is what all the staff say to guests should be consistent.

I stayed at Cinnamon City Life Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the view was amazing. Everything about the stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

This was a great transit hotel. I booked it last minute because I realized I got in too late to Colombo to get a 2.5 hour taxi to Ahangama. This was a great place to spend the night and I would have stayed longer if I didn't have to get to Ahangama. The people working the front desk were kind and very helpful. The place was really clean and had aircon. While waiting for my taxi I hung out at the pool, which was beautiful and very clean. The people at the front desk even set up a reliable taxi service for me with Damith. Add his number to your WhatsApp and set up a taxi ride with him, he is great +94 77 657 6457. He also does tours all around the island.

The room was okay, just a little small. Hotels here generally don't provide slippers, and you'll need to ask the front desk for a toothbrush. Also, you'll have to buy a travel adapter to charge your phone, as most chargers from home won't work here.

Excellent little French hideout in the middle of Colombo. Friendly owners and staff, delicious French breakfast, and a wonderfully designed room made the stay one of the best ones we've had in Sri Lanka.
