Centrally located with easy access to key spots: 15 mins to Galle Face Green, 10 mins to the Red Mosque and Pettah Market, and 5 mins to Dutch Hospital Food Arcade. Most places are walkable, with plenty of tuktuks around when needed. Queen Bedroom was spacious and fairly clean. Basic amenities provided, but you’ll need to request a hair dryer and iron (no ironing board). My TV didn’t work, but aircond was cold. Overall, a solid and convenient stay for exploring Colombo.

The street where it's located is far from the center but near train stations and there's a nice temple, 10 min walk from the hotel. The location is not bad. The room was ok. A/C worked well. Breakfasts were modest (tea/coffee, toasts, butter, eggs, fruit.. papaya was really delicious). The service was nice. Really polite and helpful receptionists. Helped me with pickme app. The lobby was fresh and cozy.

First of all, the breakfast was very good. There were all kinds of local food that I have never seen before. Secondly, the male checkin receptionist wearing glasses was very friendly! He tried to introduce many local spots and helped handle the noise issue caused by the people next to my room. However, the female receptionist was not really helpful and quite stubborn. That male staff said I could enjoy an extended checkout due to my midnight flight during checkin, but the female receptionist said no to me later. After I explained what that male staff promised to me, she only gave me a two-hour extended checkout. The point is what all the staff say to guests should be consistent.

Clean, comfortable with nice view to the Indian Ocean. Very good gym with view to the ocean. Good massage service but very expensive. The breakfast was excellent. Good location in the city center, next to the USA embassy but very dark outside at night. Many restaurants around but the hotel has also excellent restaurants. The roof swimming pool has nice panoramic view but it was crowded.

Overall experience is good. But there is some areas need improving Since my reservation AI went for take my evening snack. As per mentioned went to Pinklobster outlet. Had to wait to find someone in that outlet. And I went to Reception and informed there is no one and they called. Again I went back and stay around 15min and one of the person cam and inform us there is snack in another location. Pool bar service is perfect In the evening there was no lights in out corridor and evening Wifi not worked in our room informed to reception and they help us to resolve the problem. In the restaurant plates are not in good condition. There is lots of scratch marks on the plate. (Black marks)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing excellent hospitality throughout my visit. The stay was absolutely value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and service-oriented—from reception all the way to the airport drop-off. Exclent service from the staff. Refurbished and newly renovated room but still have pungent smell of painting but staff very helpful when asked for air freshener. Great stay. Central location

We had a day to kill before our late night flight home, so booked a room and used the hotel facilities. The rooftop pool and jacuzzis are excellent. Decent range of food and drinks you can order up there. Also had a choice of many restaurants on site for our dinner. The room itself was lovely and met our needs in terms of having somewhere to freshen up before the airport. Note that the room has a window but it’s completely frosted, so you get natural light but no visibility. It didn’t bother us but might be an issue if you were staying longer. I don’t like that there’s a huge window between the bedroom and bathroom, esp when staying with a friend.
