We booked a triple room. It was a bit on the small side, equipped with three narrow single beds (0.8m wide). However, its location is exceptionally convenient, very close to both the train and bus stations. We were taking the Norway in a Nutshell train in the morning, and the station was literally right across the street – incredibly convenient! A significant bonus was the ability to use the laundry room at the hotel next door, which had both a washer and a dryer. This was perfect as I managed to wash and dry all our clothes for three days, which was extremely helpful. There was no daily housekeeping during our two-night stay. While the water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent, we found the heating from the air conditioner wasn't very effective. Overall, it was a decent stay.

A self-service hotel providing excellent and friendly service and facilities. Though the room is a bit too small for two, it’s clean and tidy. There’s a cooperative cafe next to it so that you won’t worry about your breakfast. It’s suitable for single travellers exchange students or couples. But need reconsider when you come with your family.

This apartment is great. The sofa bed is well made by the time we check in which is a very welcoming gesture. We were there for christmas, the apartment is very near to the Christmas market. A very centralised location. You have all you need in the apartment.
The hotel is right on the waterfront, offering lovely views. Since Bergen isn't a huge city, it's conveniently located for all the major attractions. The train station, Funicular, and port are all just about a 20-minute walk away.

This hotel is about 10 mins walk to the Wharf fisherman market and 20 mins walk to Bergen Train station.it is clean. Breakfast was very good wide selection including fresh avocado fruits, smoked salmon.
The location is excellent, just 240 meters from the Avis downtown car rental, making it ideal for anyone planning to pick up a rental car. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the heated bathroom is a fantastic feature! Check-in is self-service with no staff at the front desk. However, I encountered a small issue upon arrival, and I'm incredibly grateful to a tall male hotel staff member for his enthusiastic assistance. The service was truly five-star, and I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Bergen.

It's about 10 minutes from the train station. The location is pretty good. It's in the city center and close to the cable car. There is a flybus at the door of the hotel, which can go directly to the airport. It's very convenient. It costs 169 Norwegian kroner per person. In this way, you don't have to drag your suitcase to the train station. After all, it's all cobblestone roads, which are very troublesome to walk.

Just near by the Bergen station is so convenient to us to catch the light train. And the room is so big and comfortable that can open two big size suitcases and still have enough room for walking. There are free coffee and tea in the first floor and that help to fill up hot water. The reception are all friendly.

GGuest UserFantastic hotel, friendly staff, modern, clean, and spacious room, comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast has a great variety of options, the potatoes in particular were amazing! (I need to learn the receipe for how they cooked them!) Gave plenty of energy for exploring Bergen, the fjords, and the mountains, made even easier due to the hotels brilliant location right near the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again.
MMalenikeleixiThe location is excellent, right by the pier, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxed stay. It's truly in the heart of the city, with seafood markets and restaurants just downstairs. The only drawback was that the main elevator was quite small, so I often had to walk up and down the stairs, which was a bit tiring. Everything else was perfect.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location! Adjacent to the colorful fishing houses, the corner sea view room has windows on both sides, and you can see the panoramic view of Bryggen. The hotel itself is a historical building and an early port office. There is no need to set a wake-up alarm, because there are seagulls knocking on the window on time every morning 😀. The front desk service attitude is very good, but the actual room cleaning efficiency is a bit low, and it needs to be reminded. The free dinner is an unexpected surprise.
AAToiI recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic.
What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century.
GGuest UserGreat location esp to light rail, bybanen to airport 150m away from hotel. Central to everything incl Bryggen.
Rooms are small, dusty, noisy ! The hotel operates a club 2 floors above rooms and I guess they expect to sell rooms to drunken revelers who dont mind noisy music till 2 am in the morning - I do mind. Its been terrible as I have a morning flight and getting sleep was impossible.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a former stock exchange with a certain sense of design, but the rooms are rather cramped. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful. If you stay, you must add breakfast. The hotel is located within a 6-minute walk from cable cars, hot chocolate, piers and other attractions. You can park your car at the door of the hotel to unload your luggage and check in, but the parking lot is actually quite far away, 7 minutes by car, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk back to the hotel.
Wwillie253The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right next to a Nio car dealership and just outside the fish market. Bryggen is only a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. We even had a direct view of the landmark Bryggen from our room window. Parking is available in a large lot just a couple of blocks away, offering plenty of spaces, including many for electric vehicle charging. I'd recommend using the EasyPark app, which allows you to set and adjust your parking duration conveniently from anywhere. Our room size was decent, though the amenities were quite basic. I also noticed a higher proportion of female staff. On our check-in day, a weekend, we found the sliding window in our room wouldn't close. The lovely lady at the front desk explained that maintenance staff were off on weekends but kindly offered to try and fix it. She couldn't, but fortunately, I managed to tinker with it and get it working myself. Breakfast was relatively generous. They were quite punctual about clearing everything away at closing time – perhaps a bit eager to finish their shift. We had booked for two nights. However, on our first night, we were on a road trip and unfortunately missed the last ferry due to misjudging our time. The hotel refused to refund the cost of the first night, so we ended up checking in only on the second morning. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the room, but remember to bring your own slippers and toothpaste. The shower enclosure is quite simple, so be mindful when showering (as water might splash out).
