Second stay here. Large, clean modern rooms. Spectacular view from the pool terrace. Will stay again. Gym needs some repair work though.

This Hotel is one of the nicest Hotels I've ever stayed at and all the staff members were really friendly and helpful! Pang on reception was a really helpful and smiley Young lady, I also liked the Chef who cooked the eggs I called him ”The Happy Chef” as he was always smiling 😊 Great value for money 10 out of 10.

I loved this hotel very much. So beautiful garden and view from the chalet! Very spacious and beautifully decorated room. Very quite area and 3 min walk from the beach. Breakfast are pretty good with a lot of options. I ll come back again!

This is not a holiday for anyone who is not capable of walking. All of the rooms involve needing to go upstairs or walk for a while and there's not very even-footing available for those that can't walk very far. Even just to get into the lobby or into the restaurant you need to be able to walk upstairs a lot. When you first arrive they do give you a quick rundown of all of the facilities available and they supply a map. Then someone will escort you to your room via golf cart. The front desk staff are very informative and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are very quick but not particularly informative. The first time you walk in nobody explained how the buffet works. You should approach the staff and give them your punch card before you get food. The masseuse was excellent. This part of the resort actually has quite a few restaurants and shops and a pharmacy in the area which is different to a lot of the hotels in Khao lak, so that actually makes it much better than some other places where you would have to get a taxi into the town centre to see anything. The beach is beautiful and perfect for people that like to see little creatures as there are plenty of crabs around.

The room is clean, all amenities are there, the staff is polite. Breakfast is buffet style. Very varied and delicious. We were driving from Phuket to Krabi, stayed overnight and also got to the festival. The impression of the place and the hotel is pleasant. Within walking distance there is 7/11, kfc and a pizzeria.

WHAT A WONDERFUL RESORT!!! ❤️❤️ the room is huge and clean. we arrived early around 11-ish but receptionist is kind enough to per us check in immediately because according to her the room is ready. they even decorate the bed for our honeymoon. they serve welcome drink (non alcohol) as well which we can enjoy up until 6pm at the beach bar. the private pool is great but since my room is facing the middle walkway to pass through other room, we had less privacy. my honest opinion, please add more tree or fence to golive the guest more privacy while enjoying the private swimming pool. locationwise, i find it serene and peaceful. the breakfast was okay, but less option for halal food. overall, im greatly satisfied with the resort.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was practically unusable, and mobile data didn’t work unless you bought an AIS SIM card, which could be an inconvenience for those relying on connectivity. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you value a quiet, relaxed environment, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere, just be prepared for the additional cost and Wi-Fi limitations.

A beautiful property, with really gorgeous spacious rooms, huge super comfy beds and lovely details. The pool is also exceptional, clean, large, well maintained and with the most incredible view. The hotel also has a fitness room, which wasn’t advertised but a massive plus. A couple of small points though - the ‘forest pool’ isn’t really maintained at all and could do with a bit of tlc. However it’s not near the main pool so doesn’t affect that at all. The food is predominantly western and overpriced. At breakfast the only Thai offerings were stir fries, whereas I would have much more enjoyed traditional food. That said these are only small points and we loved our stay.

Doesn't provide toothbrush/toothpaste until you request, they also don't give you sufficient as I stayed there 3night, asked to buy my own toothpaste. But location is good if you want to be by the beach else it's kinda far from everywhere, best to have your own transport if you plan to go out, altho there is PAID shuttle service to ban hiang. But this place knows how to squeeze you it's pretty in nowhere. They have a convenience shop at hotel front which is pricey. Cleanliness is ok, but considering old hotel, you get some dirty corners. And bed was tad hard, tv limited channels.

Pros of the hotel: - located within walking distance from shops, a night market, a small fruit and vegetable market, cafes, 15 minutes to the sea; - stylish design of common areas, rooms, a swimming pool; - the room is spacious, there is a large, comfortable bed and excellent pillows, air conditioning, TV, safe, work area, kettle with tea and coffee, drinking water, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, dental kit; Cons of the hotel: - no soundproofing, you can hear both the street and the corridor. In the neighboring room every day at 6-7 am a small child woke up and screamed, as if he was with us; - no balcony, nowhere to dry wet bathing accessories properly. But the railings near the window helped out; - the breakfast is bad. They can cook eggs, rice soup, hot and cold drinks, at the buffet: vegetables, over which flies always fly, tasteless sausages, ham, bread, butter, jam, honey, Nutella, cereals, local desserts, tea, coffee, water, juice, milk; - the service is mediocre: you ask for two eggs for breakfast, they bring one at a time, drinks are served after everything is cooked and you have already eaten, cleaning of rooms is unclear: there is no way to indicate that it is required, only the option ”do not disturb”, soap, tea have not been replenished for 3 days. The problem, in my opinion, is in the ”universal masters”: people from the reception work as waiters in the restaurant, the restaurant staff clean the rooms after breakfast, or vice versa, only the managers know here. - the pool should be cleaned more often from insects that have fallen into the water.

Very peaceful and quiet. Good for a couple retreat. The food is generally catered to foreigners but the staff are willing to cook to suit your taste preferences. The restaurant staff are very attentive and good.

La Flora was the 11th Hotel I stayed at since I left Taiwan on the 23rd July, 2023. And, I absolutely loved it! Our family enjoyed a lovely dinner while the sun was setting. It was wonderful to sit at the beach and have breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was great! We also enjoyed the pools a lot. La Flora is great for families. I have wanted to come to this hotel for a long time. The scenery is really charming😍My wife likes it so much💕I really wish I could stay here. The service here is also very good and I feel like home👍🏻 It’s just that the traffic here in Wonderland is relatively remote. You must have a car to follow the surroundings There are no stores. But the hotel will try its best to provide it to customers. Because it was the rainy season, it was a pity that the date I booked happened to be raining. It rained heavily and I didn't see the sunrise. But the beautiful scenery in the rain also has a general flavor.

The place feels like a foreign country. With British architectural design Combined with a elegant Greek god statue is a great experience. I will visit again next time.
