Location is good near Maya Shopping Center also the hotel is clean and new but the breakfast is not good enough for the price of this hotel overall I would like to give 7 out of 10
Overall I liked the hotel. Location is around 10 min walk to the southern gate of the old city. The hotel provides a free shuttle/tuktuk to 2 of the old city gates. You can take it one way and then either walk back or take a cheap GRAB.
Rooms and hotel are nicely decorated. My room had a nice balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool area. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Bed and pillows were soft. Shower had very hot water. AC was really strong. My one complaint is the floors. The tiles were very dirty. I posted 2 photos from my room. I wouldn't use it to determine my stay there again but would be good if the hotel did a better job cleaning them. Room had complimentary potato chips, instant noodles, soda, juice and water.
Breakfast was from 7-10am and was included in the room fee. I've stayed at other hotels in Chiang Mai and this place had my least favorite breakfast. Eggs were cold both days. Fruit wasn't sweet both days. Just a normal buffet type breakfast.

Great Location. Burmese receptionist from the front desk is very helpful and gave very good suggestions to explore the city and for food hunting. Room is also fairly clean. Pleasant stay overall for good holiday.
This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly and service was excellent. So our journey in Chiang Mai was both comfortable and smooth. We hope to see you again next time, thanks Anyin!
Absolutely loved our stay at this industrial-chic hotel in Chiang Mai! The design is stunning - exposed brick walls, steel beams, and concrete floors create a unique urban vibe while still feeling warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches.
The location couldn't be better - nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and night markets. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering excellent recommendations and arranging tours.
Highlights included the gorgeous garden pool surrounded by lush tropical plants, the delicious breakfast with both Thai and Western options, and the cozy lobby lounge perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, from the custom-made furniture to the locally sourced artwork.
This hotel perfectly captures the spirit of Chiang Mai - modern yet traditional, stylish yet down-to-earth. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. A true gem

The hotel is located inside the air force base next to the airport. It is a restricted area and can only be entered by car or motorcycle, not on foot. As it is so new, most drivers do not know how to enter the hotel. The front desk service is very good and will help you and the driver to explain the hotel location. If you call a taxi back to your hotel, you will probably need to tell the driver where your hotel is (you can drive to the control point and then give directions)
The hotel room is new and clean, with plenty of air conditioning. The room is very large and you can see the golf course outside the window. The toothbrush is very soft, but the furry slippers are really not suitable for me as a germaphobe.

Really like this hotel
1: The environment is very good and the traffic is very convenient. It is a long walk from Tha Pae Gate.
2: The room is large and the decoration style is also my favorite simple style. There is a big bathtub, but unfortunately I don't have the habit of taking a bath.
3: The boss is very nice. We went to Chiang Mai for the first time. We were not familiar with the surrounding area. The boss was very enthusiastic to help us recommend where to eat deliciously. Every time we recommended it, it was very appetizing to our appetite.
4: Don't worry about communication problems, because the boss is our communication problem in China
5: Because it was during the epidemic, domestic masks were not easy to buy, so I asked the boss to buy us a little mask, the price is very reasonable,
6: Say so much good, also say bad, the only thing is that the hotel may be a bit noisy in Malay, but you don't worry, the boss is equipped with earplugs, shut the glass before bed, it is no problem, the glass has sound insulation effect, so don't worry
Forgot to take a photo of the room.
The staff is fluent in English and friendly, and can help arrange car rental, one-day tour and other trips. There are few kinds of breakfast, but the taste is excellent.

The hotel location is good , walking distance to 7-11, MCD, Starbucks, and nice food court ~
The hotel's front desk staff (Kreen)is very friendly, the service is good and polite~
good locations. Front house is very attentive, but room service is only done in the afternoon. Slight smell in the room but acceptable.
To summarize, it’s an average budget hotel, don’t expect too much

FFiat789The accommodation is located not far from tourist attractions. Especially during the night, it is convenient to travel. But the walkway in front of the room makes noise from the sound of shoes rubbing against the floor and guests walking in and out and talking loudly. (Some groups are intoxicated) throughout the night. If this sound can be corrected, it will greatly reduce the disturbance during resting time. Because the bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable to sleep on.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and comfortable, the hygiene is very good, and there is a large bathtub for taking a bath. The waiters at the front desk have great attitudes and can help solve all problems as soon as possible.

FFrench DudeFinding Phra Singh Village in Chiang Mai can be a bit tricky without GPS, as it's nestled within narrow alleys, but arriving at the hotel immediately surprises you with its beautifully wood-themed facade. The lobby, although small, is wonderfully decorated and fragranced with cinnamon, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth—upon arrival, we were seated on a sofa, served a refreshing fruit juice welcome drink, and had our passports quickly processed.
The hotel may be compact, but it is stunningly designed with extensive woodwork that adds to its charm. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring windows that actually open—an increasingly rare amenity. The minibar was well-stocked with both complimentary and paid options, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was top-notch, although the water was a bit too hot for my liking.
One downside was the air conditioning, which only targeted the feet area, making it advisable to sleep with socks on to avoid getting cold. Surprisingly, a flashlight (which lacked batteries) was mounted on the wall next to the light switch. When asked, the staff explained that the region often experiences power outages during rainstorms, which accounts for this unusual provision.
Breakfast was excellent overall, except for the omelettes, which were a bit too bland and pale for my taste. However, dining in the hotel's garden environment was truly delightful. The staff throughout our stay were outstanding, enhancing our experience with their attentive and friendly service.
In conclusion, Phra Singh Village offers a blend of hidden charm and exceptional hospitality, making it a memorable place to stay despite its few quirks. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a unique and intimate experience in Chiang Mai.
CCory LeeVery nice hotel for a very decent price. Very clean, and rooms serviced daily. Extra amenities such as slippers and robes were nice additions. A couple different pools, but only one was open during the stay. Rooms are very large, with kitchen-like cabinets, but no dishes and cooking not allowed. Kettle provided and drinking water daily. Must re-connect to wifi several times a day, which is a bit annoying. And muaic playlist at the pool consists of about 4 songs that played on repeat all week, despite several requests to change it up a bit. There are a couple of lounges, one playing live music and NBA games!
SShirley^Excellent: The room is clean, comfortable, simple and stylish in design, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bathtub and a living room
The waiter has good service and smiles
The hotel has a beautiful environment and is comfortable, with plenty of check-in slots
The location is not close to the city. It feels comfortable and quiet. There is no problem with a car. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the city. There is a convenience store nearby and a restaurant opposite.
Missing: It may not be the peak season, the fitness room is not open, and there are no instructors available.
JJessie.lymingI was attracted by the swimming pool on the picture of the resort, however it was a little bit disappointing in fact🙈 And the location was a little bit hard to get in too, unless you liked quiet environment for stay🤔 I think the biggest advantage of this resort was the rooms were big enough as you can see😂 But there was ONE thing I was very concerned about: the lock of the door🚪 I forgot to take the picture of it but it was only a normal door lock, no other security lock on it😅 It made me feel unsecured even we lock the door🔐 To sum up, I think I won’t come back again although the breakfast was good🫣
แแหม่มจู้The hotel is very beautiful, the view is good, the decoration is beautiful and natural, but it is comfortable. The breakfast is good, the restaurant is good, the food is delicious, the room is spacious, the bed is very soft and comfortable, there are many beautiful corners to take pictures, but the way up to the resort is steep and there is little parking space. There are many mosquitoes and they are big.
FFred ConcklinWe reached the hotel at 5am in the morning after a 14 hours train ride from Bangkok. We could check in early but we had to pay for 1000 Baht which was too much and was full price for a room. Hotel is spot on. Room is spacious, clean, very good air conditioning, shower was a little bit disappointing, toiletries, free bottles of water, no free toothbrush, clean towels as well as bathrobes. Big smart tv, mini bar, microwave were in the room. Nice comfy bed and pillows. Nice swimming pool and pool towels were provided. Overall good stay
JJaiGThis is a good budget hotel with the location approximately 10-15 minute walk to the old town. There are some bbq restaurants in the vicinity and a few decent coffee places not far. Outside of the hotel you can hire an electric bike or normal bicycle as part of the city wide scheme.
I loved the fact the hotel had a 24 hour drink area where you could get hot water , tea, juice, water and coffee. They also have a range of drinks to purchase.
The pool is a decent size but just felt a bit dirty when I used it with drinks bottles surrounding it and fallen leaves that hadn't been cleaned, which I know probably can't be helped.
The room itself was a decent size with a hard bed. We were on the ground floor so had no view (other than of a wall) and I had nowhere to dry my swimming clothes. Had I stayed in a room with a balcony my experience may have been different. We couldn't get the safe to work and the receptionist did come and check it and said the battery was low and they would sort the following day but no-one did. The layout of the bathroom means that everything gets wet easily. Our drain was blocked in the shower on the first day but then the cleaner sorted during the clean of the room.
I found staff to be friendly. I wasn't expecting the 300 baht deposit for the keycard upon check in (which is cash only). You also only get one keycard per room. I generally don't have cash but seemingly had some change in my wallet.
If you're after a quiet budget hotel for a few days then I think this is potentially a good fit for you.
