The place is close to airport, just 5 min. Close to train station also, about 7 min walk. However, the hotel has no air condition and fan provided was so old and noisy. Probably if it during cold season, should not a problem but during my stay it was summer and early fall. Therefore you can feel the heat.

Hotel is good, convenient to access by Tram, One disappointment was the cleaning lady opened the door even though we are inside the room resting. I don’t know how they can do it. Even the door was locked. On the second stay i got another room where door lock was not functioning, so check for door safety

Hotel location is very very good, just along the famous Bahnhofstasse, and only 2 mins walk to Zurich train station. Staff were excellent. Rooms are clean.

It comes with great value. Excellent location which is near to the train station and bus station. Very convenience to go to the city center for shopping or other tourist attraction. Breakfast is good. There is a big supermarket called Coop next door. The room is spacious with high ceiling. Staff look a bit cool but they r quite helpful. What a comfortable and pleasant stay!
Good location, about 8 mins walk to the Zürich hb, Starbucks , Mcd , burger king and several restaurant are close by. I like my room 220 & 221 because there are additional door to be secure our privacy , so both rooms can be connected like connecting room, convenient for families.
The place is ten minutes drive from the downtown area on the outskirts of Zurich. Parking is very convenient and free, we are traveling by car so it is very friendly. Breakfast is generally not much. There is free coffee and water in the refrigerator on the first floor. Check-in and check-out are online and operate the front desk manually with working hours restrictions.
It's just next to the airport and has convenient transportation. I don't know if there is any activity or what, but the price during this period is ridiculously high, and the hardware conditions are relatively unworthy of the price.

MManuThe hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Noise of planes is loud and rooms are dated. The shower handle in our bathroom was cracked and it cut my finger while I was holding it. For the premium price I paid, I expect everything to be kept in good order.
HHLIUThe hotel is located at the highest point in Zurich. It is difficult to drag luggage up the mountain after the train arrives. You can ask the shuttle bus to help transport the luggage. When you ask them for help in the morning, you still have to look at their faces, and they will make a bad look for you :)
Pros: The room is clean and large, and the view is beautiful! Both night view and sunrise are great
Disadvantages: The attitude of some service staff is very bad! I asked the hotel if there was a hot water kettle and was given an uncleaned one. It was a very bad experience!

We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room.
so here are the question:
1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene!
2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest?
3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured!
4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done
In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs.
The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day.
All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Customer service needs a lot of improvement, particularly a receptionist called Natasha.
After collecting our luggages from the storage, I proceeded to asked her for the hotel room key as we have yet to check in. She then said ”she wouldn't know anything as I did not provide any details to her”. As a front desk staff, I would think it is part of your responsibility to maybe ask?
On another occasion, I asked her if it was okay to get something delivered to the hotel tomorrow as I forgot something and needed it urgently. Her respond was ”Isn't it too late now that I ask her?” The look on her face was a look of annoyance.
I told her I could cancel it if it wasn't allowed. Eventually, my item was not delivered as she probably did not cascade the information to the staff on duty the next day.
Would appreciate if she could respond nicely, especially when you're in the service line.
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with racism?? I've observed that she was very friendly and accomodate a guest of a different race whom asked her for a favour.
If you'd like consistently good service, I'd suggest put your money elsewhere. The accomodation doesn't come cheap as well.
