I had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – I could sit by the window for hours just enjoying it. The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location made it easy to get around, with cafes and shops nearby. Overall, I’m really glad I booked this place, and I would definitely stay here again next time.

Highly recommended hotel in Sapa. Breakfast is superb. Hot chocolate was so good. Very accessible, staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the fansipan through the hotel but unfortunately we couldn’t make it on time. We asked the staff if we are able to go the following day, and luckily, they were able to accommodate us even tho the ticket is valid only for one day. The hotel is clean and new. The rooms are spacious compared to the ones we stayed in Hanoi. I’m one who values space and this hotel fits my criteria. Toilet is also huge. It has a shower area and a bathtub. It is also well lit. Amenities are provided and are of good quality. The hotel is right on top of the hill. Great view and privacy. Extremely near to the well known attractions called the Fansipan. The hotel has a wide selection for breakfast; from local, to western. The hotel can be inaccessible due to its location. But you can always call a GRAB with only costs SGD2-5 to the tourist attractions. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. I will be sure to visit this hotel again in the near future.

Hotel service was good if you don't mind the location near cemetery. Is opposite the hotel,, some room facing the cemetery. So if. You book request for mountain view than is OK. Breakfast good. Spa so so n price expensive than other place. We had our dinner at the coffee house on the day when we arrived . Food taste not too bad. Price a little high. Over all the hotel was good.

We had an amazing stay at Bamboo! After a disappointing experience with our previous Airbnb, we came across Bamboo’s listing and were impressed by the great deal—so we made the switch, and honestly, it was the best decision we made on this trip. The hotel is incredibly clean—you’ll feel completely comfortable walking around barefoot. When we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioning, we called the front desk and were blown away by how prompt and helpful the staff were; someone came up within a minute and resolved the issue immediately. A special shoutout to Julie, who made our stay extra memorable! She was so kind and went above and beyond, even helping us arrange a taxi to the train station. Also, don’t miss the hotel breakfast—it’s fantastic! The pho is a must-try, and the fresh fruits were so sweet and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch hospitality!

This is a very impressive place. Starting from the service and ending with how comfortable and pleasant the stay was. The house is in perfect condition, the bed is incredibly soft, all the necessary items for living, but the most important thing is the view from the balcony. The view of the mountains. It is simply unforgettable, as well as the territory around - very beautiful. Special attention to the bath by the huge window overlooking the same mountains - it is really cool. The bungalow is not next to the reception, but you can always call a buggy, which will take you and bring you back 24/7. We took a room with breakfast and it was amazing. A huge variety of dishes and most importantly very tasty. We will definitely come again!

Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am. I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up. A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself. After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated. Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly. Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing. Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area. Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour. It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered. The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay.

In the new district to the south of the old street, the terrain is high and the view is wide. The room has a domestic four-star level. Downstairs entertainment, bars, mainly Chinese consumers. Traffic is slightly inconvenient, and there are cars at the door. Vietnam is dominated by motorcycles.

토파스 에코로지에서 6월초 2박했습니다. 지금까지 수십번의 해외여행중에 손꼽히는 숙소였습니다. 다음에 다시 오고싶다는 생각이 드는 곳이었어요. 숙소는 옆에 숙소와 충분한 거리가 있어서 프라이버시가 보장됩니다. 그래서 아마 방마다 발코니 뷰가 약간씩은 다를거같아요. 스태프들중 일부는 영어 대화가 어려웠지만, 먼저 현지어로 신짜오 인사해주면 반갑게 응대해주었어요. 하나같이 최선을 다하는 모습이었습니다. 4계절 온수풀은 아이랑 놀기에 더없이 좋았어요. 다만, 사파 시내에서도 40분은 들어가야하는 곳이라 주변에 다른 식당이나 상점이 없어서, 모든 음식을 숙소 안에서 해결해야 하는데, 가격 대비해서는 훌륭하다 생각되지 않았습니다. 물론 가성비 생각하면 이 숙소를 잡지도 않았겠지만, 약간이라도 아쉬운것을 굳이 꼽자면 음식이었어요. 그외에는 절대만족이고, 누군가 묻는다면 추천해줄 숙소입니다.
