On the last day of our trip, we booked this newly opened villa hotel. 👍 Beauty seems to have entered the scene of the Thai idol drama. It is gorgeous, exquisite and beautiful. It can be seen that the owner has carefully polished every small detail in the room. There is a large swimming pool. The children of friends are soaked in it and refuse to come out. The brand of washing seems to be very expensive and smells great. There is a Thai girl who can speak Chinese at the front desk, very beautiful and comfortable 😌 Everything is beautiful, incredible 😻

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the local attractions, making it easy to enjoy the area. The breakfast is variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return in the future.
My six-night stay at the Bella Nara Hotel in Chiang Mai was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I stepped into the elegantly designed lobby, I felt a sense of tranquility and warmth. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready with a genuine smile and helpful recommendations for exploring the city.
The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and Thai charm. The amenities were top-notch, and the daily housekeeping was meticulous. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to Chiang Mai's vibrant night markets, temples, and delicious street food.
The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, featuring a wide array of fresh and flavorful options. The serene pool area was a perfect oasis for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend the Bella Nara Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay in Chiang Mai. The exceptional service, beautiful ambiance, and convenient location made my trip truly unforgettable. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape in the heart of Chiang Mai.

We stayed 4 nights, 2 nights classic city view and another 2 nights mountain view. Bed was comfortable. I like the service that they provide pillow selection as I usually sleep with memory foam. Great services. Staffs are attentive and I would like to thanks the concierge name “Noon” who helped us alot on planning the tour trip and recommended us some of the nice cafe and food.
The spa was great too.
Definitely will come back again.

Top notch room for comfort and cleanliness! We stayed in the Deluxe King room with balcony. The interior design is beautiful and amenities are easy to use (TV with Netflix, aircon control touchpad). The room, bedsheets, towels etc were all very clean which we appreciated. There is parking for guests in front of the hotel. We came here after a long bike ride around Chiangmai and it was perfect for us. Please keep it up!!

Excellent hotel highly recommend, the staff was friendly, location was perfect super close to both the Saturday and Sunday night market. Room was clean and spacious. All amenities needed was provided only hair conditioner isn’t. TV had an extensive options and channels. Elevator is available in the premises.
The only con I would find was the fridge wasn’t cold and the breakfast area had to go up a flight of stairs from a separate entrance outside the main entrance.
We are extremely satisfied with our 3 days 2 nights stay at our Villa 6; Two-bedrooms villa type with private big swimming pool and exclusive outdoor Onsen is a bonus. This hotel provides world-class courtyard landscape with waterfall inside our villa room & equipped with modernised high-tech app in the villa that made us feel like we are in holiday atmosphere.
The breakfast delivered every morning 9am to our villa as requested and they have 6 options healthy menu to choose and food are considered delicious and enough for everyone.
Each room has individual standing shower, bathtub, shower tub and digital toilets. My husband really enjoyed his toilet experience during his stay.
Provides wide selection of mini bars like- evian, perallagio, coke, beer chips, almonds & cup noodles and replenished rapidly.
Provides in-room dinning menu from <Deck One> my boy & his friend enjoyed their food in room service deliciously.
My husband & I tried their Spa service located at 10 mins drive from the hotel. It might probably belong to same group or they outsource. I tried body scrub and facial treatment service and we were assigned at a rooftop villa suite massage room. The therapist is very skillful and pleasurable. We tip them 500bahts each therapist for their excellent service during songkran.
CONS: the master bedroom bed should be KING size or super King size instead of Queen bed. Recommends to upgrade their mattress quality. Overcrowded with furniture inside our master bedroom.
CONS: Pest control services recommends frequently, but hotel is.kind enough to provide mosquitoes pad and spray etc.
CONS: Our arrival experience is not very pleasant as the receptionist lady obviously lack of SMILE; maybe she is upset to work during Songkran. However our butler boy is very friendly and good enough to communicate with us in English. We love his services and tip him generously.
We will love to come back again however the room rates are really high comparing to Ritz Carlton/ Conrad in Koh samui; but why not ?
The 2-bedroom room is very suitable for friends to travel with children. I like the independent swimming pool on the first floor. You can swim and chat at any time. The location of the hotel is a little off, which is more suitable for self-driving travel.
But the overall texture is very good, and the breakfast tastes good. The only drawback is that the hotel is a healing hotel that advocates nature, so there is no air conditioning in the restaurant. Chiang Mai, which is more than 40 degrees, is a bit hot. I will stay here next time.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, it only takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel by car from the airport, the environment and decoration are very elegant, very suitable for a group of friends or family to stay. Initially booked when I saw not many reviews, a little worried, but later WeChat contact with the staff, found that they are very responsible, if there is any problem, will immediately arrange the staff to the hotel to handle.
Special reminder to remember to add breakfast when checking in, only 350 Thai dollars / person, you can enjoy a fine breakfast, the hotel did not arrange staff to the villa to cook breakfast, the process will not affect the guests, juice soy milk coffee, fried ghost, a choice of staple food, fruit and dessert, really very rich.
The disadvantage is that each room water pressure is different, hot water is not very stable. The hair dryer has very little horsepower, it takes a long time to blow your hair, and if you need to wear makeup, the room is dimly lit, which is not very convenient.
Overall, this hotel whether you want to walk to eat, shop, massage is a walk out the door across the road to find, so it is really convenient.
Fantastic chill hotel. But note that the location is relatively remote. So once you get into the hotel you either have a little more fat or you would have to spend money on Grab. Hotel's environment and amenities are nice. The balcony is super.

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews for hotels, but I must write this one. Very good hotel, warm service. The service staff will think of small details. My daughter stayed in bed in the morning, and the breakfast manager prepared a takeaway box to help us prepare breakfast for her to take back. All questions about the itinerary were answered. We encountered the largest flood in history in Chiang Mai, and all the itineraries were disrupted. The hotel was in the worst-hit area, and they considered us from beginning to end and did their best to arrange it. We took a small boat, and four hotel waiters, including a deputy manager, pushed the boat in the chest-deep water. It took an hour to reach the land. The hotel arranged other hotels to get us out of trouble. Thank you very much. A memorable hotel!

LLYNNINTHEBOXI visited Chiang Mai in October 2024 but was unable to secure a room during my last trip. This time, I was fortunate to book a room for my 3 night stay.
The receptionist, Khaw n her team were incredibly friendly and helpful. She noted my request for a firm bed due to my back condition and ensured it was accommodated. Not only that, but she also fulfilled my request for four extra pillows and even upgraded my room to a Premium room. Khaw went the extra mile by assisting me with booking massage therapy, either by email or phone.
The bellboy, Pong, was exceptionally helpful as well. Since I primarily used Grab for transportation, he always made sure I was getting the best rate compared to taxis.
The room was spotless n the bed linens were crisp and fresh. They were also very generous in refilling the drinking water. While some guests mentioned in their reviews that the corridor and shower area were dark, I found the lighting to be just perfect.
Their international buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of dishes. We also tried their weekend seafood buffet dinner, which was absolutely incredible! The selection of seafood, along with a wide range of local and international cuisines, was truly indulgent. To top it off, we were entertained by live music throughout our dinner, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Looking forward to coming back again n soon!!

CCassThis is our second stay at Art Mai Hotel. Thank you very much for letting us check in early and sending us delicious desserts to celebrate our anniversary! I really like everything here, comfortable room, friendly smile, good service and delicious breakfast. We have great memories and look forward to staying at Art Mai Hotel again next time!
HHC524Really quiet and relaxing hotel. 5 mins walk yo anusarn market and the larger Night Bazaar.
Breakfast was delicious and love their semi buffet approach to reduce wastage.
All in all well worth it and the excellent reviews are justified
NNoahFrom the moment I stepped into this riverside hotel in Chiang Mai, I knew I was in for a special experience. Nestled by the gentle flow of the river, this hotel offers a perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. The room I stayed in boasted a stunning view of the river, where the morning sun casts a golden glow on the waters, creating a breathtaking scene to wake up to. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and style, with plush bedding, elegant decor, and all the modern amenities one could wish for.
The hotel's location is not 100% ideal, but offering a peaceful retreat. For those like me who are tired of the chaos in the heart of Chiang Mai but don't want to stay too far away. Believe it or not, this is the right choice. I found it incredibly relaxing to sit by the pool and watch the traditional boats glide by. In the evenings, the riverside area transformed into a magical space with twinkling lights and the soft murmur of the water.
As a boutique hotel, the breakfast is OK and the staff is very friendly. The rice noodles I tried there were, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were attentive, and friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They can speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai.
In conclusion, this riverside hotel in Chiang Mai is a gem that offers an exquisite blend of natural beauty, Thai culture, and exceptional service. It's a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Chiang Mai in a serene, luxurious setting. Highly recommended! Get a motorbike, they are a large yard to park!

GGuest UserWe have two great stays in Buri Sriping.
Welcome drinks of lemongrass tea(less sweet😋) to offer while checking in. We stayed in deluxe room which the size is good, with separate bathtub and shower, water temperature and pressure is good. I love their toilet bidet switch which is easy and clean. Air conditioning is great for my husband as it turns to really cool shortly. Bed is very comfortable and with two different pillows per guest.
They have a garden of well maintained plants and flowers. Swimming pool of good size and the view is relaxing and peaceful. There's a small gym and restaurant offers all day dining.
There's also a laundry room that you can help yourself with only $40 bhat for washing.
Breakfast are of good variety, they will change a bit daily, eggs are cooked to order.
Staff are polite and friendly from front desk, house keeping and restaurant.
Location is a bit away from the city center but still, you can be easy access by grab/bolt car.
XXujiaI am very satisfied with the service of this hotel. There is a Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk who helped me solve a lot of problems. I must give him a thumbs up. I originally read the previous reviews because I was worried about dogs barking. After I went there, I found that the guest rooms had Chinese signs. If they heard a dog barking, the staff would go to the neighbor's house to negotiate. In fact, I didn't hear a dog barking during my 4-day stay. I also like their breakfast, which has an a la carte menu and a small buffet. The decoration of the hotel is also very good. It is indeed a small boutique hotel. Thank you very much for the hotel's service.
