Top notch room for comfort and cleanliness! We stayed in the Deluxe King room with balcony. The interior design is beautiful and amenities are easy to use (TV with Netflix, aircon control touchpad). The room, bedsheets, towels etc were all very clean which we appreciated. There is parking for guests in front of the hotel. We came here after a long bike ride around Chiangmai and it was perfect for us. Please keep it up!!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast 🥐 each morning and the stunning views from my window. We chose this hotel and it was very good decision. The hotel is located in the side, not in the old town or riverside and not in the center of Nimman. But the room and the staff of the hotel the breakfast and all the services were excellent we got a very nice room in the fourth floor very spacious big comfortable bad and the stuff helped us with everything that we need . the breakfast was excellent And for everywhere that we needed to go we ordered bolt and it was cheap and quick, At night you can walk by foot from the hotel to nimman center where is a lot of restaurants and night action I really recommend this hotel. I have been in a lot of hotels ,this hotel worth the money that you pay for it

The location of the hotel is right in the center of Chiang Mai, which is very convenient. I was upgraded to a Horizon Club room, giving us access to the Horizon Club on the 11th floor for drinks, breakfast, and supper before dinner. The service overall was great, but there were some issues. We were placed in a conjoined room, and on our last night, we were woken up by noisy guests who checked in late next door. I called the front desk to request that they move the guest to another room, but the staff member seemed unable to provide a solution. I had to take NyQuil to get back to sleep, only to be woken up again at 6 a.m. when the same guest slammed their door loudly. Additionally, we encountered another issue when a staff member entered the elevator with us, pressed the button to the basement, and laughed, forcing us to ride down unnecessarily. These incidents are unacceptable for a high-end hotel and significantly detracted from an otherwise good experience.

Friendly staff, love their outdoor pool, great locations with massage places just opposite to the hotel, within a 1 min walk! Great selections for breakfast. Close to the night market/walking street. Will definitely be back again next time.

We stayed 3 nights here. Everything was perfect except for the mattress and pillows that were uncomfortable to sleep in, we couldn’t get full rested nights of sleep for all 3 nights and had neck aches the next morning. Besides that, the location can be pretty far so it would be ideal to get a local driver’s contact who can pick and drop you but at a higher price than Grab. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the pool was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

Great location for exploring downtown / old town, right next to the entry of a temple Phaya Yakkharaj (Southern Pavillion) and many other sights. On sundays you‘ve a huge night market right in front of your door step, so make sure you’re going to stay over the weekend. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room amenities and the entire minibar incl. Snake is refilled daily free of charge. Furthermore there‘s a afternoon tea time with additional free snacks and drinks. Just the breakfast selection could be a bit wider. Especially when you have your breakfast close to closure (10:30am), you might be disappointed as not much will be refilled after 10am. The room are spacious and well equipped, my kids and I had 2303 & 2302. Just a proper hair drier is need, not this built in useless blowers we all know and hate to use. Also the provided pillows are ultra hard and high, so you may request for a extra soft feather pillow or neck support pillow if needed, which will be provided by the hotel staff / housekeeping. Hotel pool area is clean and well maintained! All over a great place to stay with reasonable pricing and great service!

Good location on the main motorway and able to find multiple restaurants and bars around. Hotel provides karaoke, pools, and bars so you can stay in to enjoy without leaving the hotel.

The location is perfect and the hotel is a boutique style one and very new. The staff are all friendly and helpful, they even helped us to call the taxi which is beyond their normal duties. The hotel is close to many massage, restaurants and cafe, also very close to Lets relax spa and the shopping mall. The overall experience is just great!

The hotel is not far from the Chiang Mai city center. Just 30 mins or less by a car. The atmosphere in there is so refreshing, full of flowers and trees. There was a carnival buffet event on the date we stayed and it was so fun! The room itself is so cute and comfortable. We did a request of some rose petals on the bed and they did it perfectly (see pictures).

Advantages: The hotel is attached to a golf course, with a good view and a comfortable environment. The rooms and bathrooms are large. Bell, the waiter in the restaurant, is attentive and has a great attitude. The hotel provides free Shuttle buses to the city, Wood Carving Street and Hangzhou during several periods. East Temple. Disadvantages: When I first checked into the room, the noise from maintenance work next door was so loud that I couldn't rest. After reacting, I moved 3.4 rooms away and the sound was a little quieter. The smell of formaldehyde in the room was a bit strong. I left the air conditioner on for a long time and didn't pay much attention. I don't know. Are you paralyzed? The sink in the bathroom looks modern but is extremely difficult to use. The water will splash all over the countertop and get wet. I want to go swimming the next night and I have to put on my bathrobe only to find a big hole in it. It’s ridiculous. Unable to use; the lady in the lobby answered the travel questions very perfunctorily and did not feel sincere; I originally planned to stay in Hangdong for 2 nights, focusing on Ban Taiwan Wood Carving Street and cycling around this town. Unfortunately, it backfired. There is no motorcycle rental anywhere, and the hotel's shuttle bus has limited time slots, so you can't fully enjoy your time due to limited time.

The view on the building next to the mountain is considered beautiful. The hotel serves a welcome drink, which is lychee juice, good taste, refreshing, delicious breakfast, not Wow, but it's worth it. There is a fresh coffee machine to press by yourself. Grilled pork with sticky rice is also available. The room booked this time was chosen as Comfy, a studio room. which is a residential building in the front area There is a kitchen part but no kitchen equipment. There is also a microwave in the room. There are also full amenities. Good atmosphere. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel.

overall we had a fantastic stay at the Rin Suite. Beautifully designed. although one thing I wish could be better is the breakfast. Coffee is very important for me in the morning and when I asked for an americano it tasted like water, so I asked for double shots and it didn't come until almost half way through my breakfast. croissant wasn't that great, we ordered 2 and one was not baked properly (mushy inside and cold)..... other than that the service was great which makes up for it. I will stay here again and make sure you order double shots if you are a regular coffee drinker.

What I like If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful. More info about the location The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have. What I think could be improved When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

Unfortunately, by the time that I arrived, it was raining and foggy. However, it didn't stop me from the beauty of nature and place. If you're seeking a magical escape where nature and comfort dance together, ”Onsen at Moncham” is your ticket to a world of pure bliss and joyous memories.

Really nice experience of staying in a hotel in the mountains, since it’s a bit far from the old town , i went to Pong Yang Jungle Coaster & Zipline in the morning , then check at afternoon, thx again to Jai Homestay for helping us arrange the return trip from the Pong Yang Jungle Coaster & Zipline, they are really nice and helpful, they also serve dinner, so you don’t need to worry about that 

The hotel was amazing. I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel has an amazing greenery view and it was very peaceful. Perfect place to relax and enjoy my holiday. All staffs were very friendly and professional. They have many interesting programs that I could join. The food was great too, especially, I really loved their Thai food. Highly recommend trying their massage as well.

Because the design of this hotel is operated by Bill Bensley , and then the owner Howie's feelings for the artwork are perfectly interpreted in this place! It is also worth mentioning that Howie only receives one guest, basically feels like a bag, so the whole estate is ours, he will greet you personally, as if you are visiting an old friend! Howie's wife Jeri's Thai cuisine is beautiful rice and restaurant, there are different flowers every day, they ensure that we are cared for in the morning, afternoon and evening, we also enjoy Howie's hospitality, often share his entrepreneurial experience with us during dinner, and if you want to experience Chiang Mai, Howie will also provide all suggestions to ensure that everyone has peace of mind! I read other reviews before making this trip and felt all the comments were too good to be truth, but it is actually the facts here! This is a very good accommodation experience! we will definitely go back.
