I read two negative reviews before traveling and was a little worried. After the results arrived, I found that my worries were unnecessary. The hotel has beautiful greenery and the rooms are very clean. We are a family of four, two adults and two children. We did not fill in the correct number of people when we made the reservation. When we arrived, we were told that we needed to upgrade the room type. Although we had to pay the price difference, the extra bed fee and meal fee for the children were included. Very reasonable. Everyone must fill in the correct number of people before making a reservation. Had a very nice three days. For ten days this time, I booked 137, Raya Heritage and Four Seasons Hotel. 137 is my first choice next time I come to Chiang Mai.

We chose this hotel and it was very good decision. The hotel is located in the side, not in the old town or riverside and not in the center of Nimman. But the room and the staff of the hotel the breakfast and all the services were excellent we got a very nice room in the fourth floor very spacious big comfortable bad and the stuff helped us with everything that we need . the breakfast was excellent And for everywhere that we needed to go we ordered bolt and it was cheap and quick, At night you can walk by foot from the hotel to nimman center where is a lot of restaurants and night action I really recommend this hotel. I have been in a lot of hotels ,this hotel worth the money that you pay for it

Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Located in the central area of Chiang Mai, it is not far from Chiang Mai Old Town and Central by car, very convenient. Service: Breakfast is not bad, it is a set meal, you can eat enough, the best thing is that the mini-bar is free and rich, better than 5-star hotels.

It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel, will recommend to everyone. The reception and security staff are so friendly, amazing and professional; the security level is definitely worth the price. Indoors and outdoors are as clean as you could expect and even the breakfast is wonderful. Design of the hotel in general and the room are awesome!

Chiang Mai Riverside
From the moment I stepped into this riverside hotel in Chiang Mai, I knew I was in for a special experience. Nestled by the gentle flow of the river, this hotel offers a perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. The room I stayed in boasted a stunning view of the river, where the morning sun casts a golden glow on the waters, creating a breathtaking scene to wake up to. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and style, with plush bedding, elegant decor, and all the modern amenities one could wish for. The hotel's location is not 100% ideal, but offering a peaceful retreat. For those like me who are tired of the chaos in the heart of Chiang Mai but don't want to stay too far away. Believe it or not, this is the right choice. I found it incredibly relaxing to sit by the pool and watch the traditional boats glide by. In the evenings, the riverside area transformed into a magical space with twinkling lights and the soft murmur of the water. As a boutique hotel, the breakfast is OK and the staff is very friendly. The rice noodles I tried there were, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were attentive, and friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They can speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai. In conclusion, this riverside hotel in Chiang Mai is a gem that offers an exquisite blend of natural beauty, Thai culture, and exceptional service. It's a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Chiang Mai in a serene, luxurious setting. Highly recommended! Get a motorbike, they are a large yard to park!
Shangri-La Chiang Mai

Night Bazaar Area
The location of the hotel is right in the center of Chiang Mai, which is very convenient. I was upgraded to a Horizon Club room, giving us access to the Horizon Club on the 11th floor for drinks, breakfast, and supper before dinner. The service overall was great, but there were some issues. We were placed in a conjoined room, and on our last night, we were woken up by noisy guests who checked in late next door. I called the front desk to request that they move the guest to another room, but the staff member seemed unable to provide a solution. I had to take NyQuil to get back to sleep, only to be woken up again at 6 a.m. when the same guest slammed their door loudly. Additionally, we encountered another issue when a staff member entered the elevator with us, pressed the button to the basement, and laughed, forcing us to ride down unnecessarily. These incidents are unacceptable for a high-end hotel and significantly detracted from an otherwise good experience.

What can I say but only good stuff about this well located and well designed hotel next to the river. Windy and comfy. Very satisfied. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Recommend to rent a car to move around. This hotel is very homely and the banyan tree is iconic. Nice. Room was good and firm bed helps me sleep well.

I am very satisfied with the service of this hotel. There is a Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk who helped me solve a lot of problems. I must give him a thumbs up. I originally read the previous reviews because I was worried about dogs barking. After I went there, I found that the guest rooms had Chinese signs. If they heard a dog barking, the staff would go to the neighbor's house to negotiate. In fact, I didn't hear a dog barking during my 4-day stay. I also like their breakfast, which has an a la carte menu and a small buffet. The decoration of the hotel is also very good. It is indeed a small boutique hotel. Thank you very much for the hotel's service.

Chiang Mai Ancient City
Great location for exploring downtown / old town, right next to the entry of a temple Phaya Yakkharaj (Southern Pavillion) and many other sights. On sundays you‘ve a huge night market right in front of your door step, so make sure you’re going to stay over the weekend. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room amenities and the entire minibar incl. Snake is refilled daily free of charge. Furthermore there‘s a afternoon tea time with additional free snacks and drinks. Just the breakfast selection could be a bit wider. Especially when you have your breakfast close to closure (10:30am), you might be disappointed as not much will be refilled after 10am. The room are spacious and well equipped, my kids and I had 2303 & 2302. Just a proper hair drier is need, not this built in useless blowers we all know and hate to use. Also the provided pillows are ultra hard and high, so you may request for a extra soft feather pillow or neck support pillow if needed, which will be provided by the hotel staff / housekeeping. Hotel pool area is clean and well maintained! All over a great place to stay with reasonable pricing and great service!
