I don’t usually do reviews but I have to because people should know what they are buying and not be surprised when they get there. I’m not a hard person to please so I choose this hotel which in my opinion was actually a motel. If you know the difference between a hotel and a motel you understood that. Anyway the rooms are very small the decor is out dated very little amenities a free water bottle when you check in, hard pillows, no printing station for the guest, no hotel transportation or shuttle toilet ran all night the shower was dirty small bathroom with very low water pressure the only thing I enjoyed about my stay was my ocean front room I stayed on the patio the majority of the time we where inside our room. The view made up for the horrible room/hotel I would never stay there again when doing my search it kept saying that was the only hotel that had ocean front so be aware when booking your trip to Hawaii because that’s not true!!!

We had such a great time couple days the winds were high, but we didn’t let that spoil our vacation. The sun was out that’s the most important thing in the temperature was in the 70s and 80s and so perfect for people from Seattle Washington rainbows you know it’s a tropical area so the rainbows appear in the sky just so beautiful fireworks on Friday night was outstanding. Looks like all of Waikiki came to look And we stayed in the Tapa building and ocean view just outstanding. The restaurants to Bali was fabulous. The restaurants are on the street level was fantastic and we walked around the city and experience various type of cuisine. This is an outstanding vacation seven days and my wife and I are so glad that we have mobility and at our age so we could really enjoy the beach. Enjoy the catamaran enjoy just walking around the city shopping and so just outstanding. We look forward to another vacation like that. 

Good location, good service, good facilities, the corridor soundproofing is average, the room is close to the elevator and you can hear the elevator running. Fortunately, everyone goes to bed early and gets up early, so it doesn't feel noisy.

I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. The staff were very kind. The room was very clean and was cleaned carefully. Amenities were provided, and some of them can be delivered to your room if you ask the staff. Slippers were also provided. The bread from the bakery next door was large, crispy and very delicious, and there was a line every morning. If you stay at the hotel, I definitely recommend going for breakfast.

So, there were no toiletries and they did not provide though we requested - simple toiletries like toothbrush, tooth paste and razors. This was unlike other hotels which we stayed in O'ahu and Kauai, they were given upon request and given daily knowing that you have requested the 1st day. The pillows were soft and when we requested for them, they came back with 'unavailable', though they managed to get them the next day. The room was made, except for the beds (interesting) and cup was not washed though we left it soaked by the basin for the ease of the housekeeper. The counter that provided beach towels closed by 5pm? The pool is quiet and dead. Haha. Its an average stay.

We spent hours exploring the resort, discovering hidden gems around every corner. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the friendly greetings to the attentive care, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether offering recommendations for dining or arranging memorable excursions, their genuine hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable. As seasoned travelers who have explored destinations around the globe, we can confidently say that our time at the Hilton Waikoloa Village surpassed all expectations. The hotel is very good and very cost-effective. We were delayed by the car rental company for 2 hours, so we checked in late, so the lady at the front desk gave us an upgrade? I was given a room with a garden by the swimming pool. The room was very cozy. The toilet and bathroom were very new and very good. I had the best sleep in this hotel in Hawaii. I don’t understand why no one commented on it. The hotel has its own We also saw real turtles on the beach, yes real turtles! And it was the guy who handed out towels by the pool who I asked at the beginning. After a long time, the guy came to me and asked me if I had just asked a few of them if there were turtles in the hotel. He said he saw turtles and came to call me. I'm really grateful to remember this. The hotel has its own small supermarket and boutique, so you don’t have to worry if you don’t have enough medicine or if your swimsuit doesn’t look good, you can buy them all! ! And the selection is high-end and comforting. In addition, if you stay in the hotel for about 3 days, you will probably get tired of the restaurant. Of course, there is nothing delicious outside. Hawaii seems to get off work at 4 pm, so there is really no choice outside the hotel.

We loved every aspect about the hotel. It was well appointed. The rooms were amazing. The service was great. The sister property was a nice bonus. The beach was awesome and not a piece of plastic was seen on the beach or in the ocean. The check-in experience was pleasantly memorable with leis and welcome beverage. The reuseable water bottle may be the best gift I have received ever. We will be back and hopefully stay longer and more often.

The third hotel in Hawaii was the Marriott at Wailea Beach. I planned to spend my 30th anniversary at the Marriott. I applied for the hotel's benefits and received 2 bottles of sparkling wine and chocolates. The hotel is very beautiful, right by the coastline. I booked three nights and stayed in the hotel. I walked along the beach in the morning, swam and snorkeled in the sea to see fish during the day, and watched the sunset by the pool in the evening. It was very convenient to buy food at the ISLAND GOURMET MARKETS supermarket in the hotel. Parking was expensive, $43.98/day plus tax.

We had a brief but really fun stay here at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa. We were warmly greeted by the sweetest staff member, Megumi. She heard that it was our dream one day to stay here and for our 16th anniversary we made it happen, and she surprised us with Leis! It was incredible. The staff here are attentive and kind and so welcoming! Michael with Maui Gold pineapples made sure to tell us all about the resident HUGE fish in the Koi pond, a cousin to the piranha, whose name is “Mitch”. The kids loved the fun facts he shared, as well as offering us some of his delicious Maui Gold Pineapple and some chocolate buckeyes he generously shared with us. The lobby had our complimentary coffee for guests from 6-9am, and a fun flamingo (yes, there are FLAMINGOS!) and koi feeding at 9am. Upon arrival we were also given two complimentary tickets to grab a cocktail or mocktail at their poolside bar. There were other complimentary offerings as well that we did not take advantage of. The kids spent most of their time on the waterslides. Poolside seating can be difficult to find if you arrive later than 10am, but if you’re patient and keep an eye out, a space usually opens up. The location can’t be beat as it’s directly next door to Whalers, which has great shopping and restaurants that are beachfront. Awesome snorkeling at Black Rock is a short 5-7 min beach walk from the hotel. We were really happy with our stay! Our room faced the mountains and we had a gorgeous view of the sunrise. There are private adult only hot tubs (one infinity sand bottom!) and pools as well. Water bottle filling stations are found on the lobby floor. Excellent choice for families. $35 self park fee or $45 valet.
